Well, I have a computer with 16GBs of RAM and upload/download speed of 300mbps.
I'm running Bitcoin-qt, Namecoin-qt, Feathercoin-qt, Dogecoin-qt, and Digibyte-qt, all of which are full nodes.
I don't get lag.
How big is the Blockchain at the moment? For bitcoin? Something over 20GBs. I have 4TBs, so I never check. Yes, 20+ GB. Devs are trying to reduce the size to around 20 GB or below. It will be better, IMO. Kindly, MZ |

Just make sure you backup your wallet.dat!!! It doesn't matter if new transactions go into your addresses after the backup. The backup only contains the keys needed to spend the bitcoins in your addresses!
how to make backup wallet.dat ? which one do you use, blockchain.info or the others ... please explain to me ... Just encrypt the file and store it in your USB. Since you are using blockchain.info wallet, don't forget to make a new backup after creating a new address in your wallet. I think a backup will be sent to our email after an address is generated. Im new in linux and i cant find a guide on how to use oclvanity. Can someone please send a me a link? (I can use ./vanitygen -i 1Test , for example, but i wish i could use my HD 7970 for the task... i hope it goes faster this way )

You can copy wallet.dat to a removable disk or any other place from AppData/Roaming/Bitcoin or ~/.bitcoin . If you are using blockchain.info wallet or other online wallet, you just want to get the private key. You can get it using dumpprivkey yourbtcaddress . If your wallet is locked, then unlock it before dumping private key, otherwise, you will get an error message. When you get the private key, you can import it in Blockchain.info wallet or other wallets. I use blockchain.info wallet. It is better than coinbase and all, IMO. Kindly, MZ |

I think we should ask to implement escrow in new campaigns before/when joining. It is really bad. He got a nice profit as he ran with all the money. Promoting the site was a bad idea.
