761  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be worthless? on: March 12, 2019, 03:26:53 PM
Literally possible.

If no one is buying bitcoin means there is no demand for it which makes it totally worthless coin.

But the chances of happening 100 billion market to be worthless is 0.001%

Right. You can say it's impossible but it's highly unlikely. People can say all the negative things they want about bitcoin dropping to worthless value but i think these people know by themselves that it's rubbish to really believe it can be worthless.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: March 11, 2019, 04:43:53 PM
It is getting harder and harder to watch Lakers.
Well, I guess you have an idea on where the team's going soon?  Undecided
This season is definitely done for the Lakers, especially with Ingram also out for the rest of the season. There is not point in watching their games anymore since even LeBron is not as he was before, complaining all the time to referees about everything. Let's just hope next year, they will make some good trades and be a top seed in the NBA.

That is called aging. Grin
If you are getting old you complain at everything even if you are in the wrong place just so to let your pride win.

Look at them without Kuzma and Ingram around. They are using the reserves. But it is a good thing too. Give those guys some minutes and let them have that comfort on playing in a live game and not just practice and cheering.

Oh, how I miss Phil Jackson. He is one of those coach who can make every player be known. All the payment for the whole roster will be worth it.

Lol. They're probably tanking now to get a good shot at the nbr1 pick in the draft. But yeah it's a sore to watch the lakerd these past few games especially lebron. You would think that the guy compared to michael jordan would act a little better than the antics he's pulling every game.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is bitcoin gambling really accepted in China ? on: March 11, 2019, 04:17:01 PM
The last few weeks we have seen a lot of bitcoin volume in the market and its coming from China ('s economy problems Tongue) . So wouldnt it be a good idea for gambling sites to start providing the services to Chinas huge market also  ? I mean i dont really know any BTC casino doing it in china, only a few of them have it chinese-translated. Is it legal to gamble with bitcoin in china?

How can you say that the current volume in bitcoin is from Chinese market ? I doubt this and also the volume in bitcoin is very low these days.

I am not sure if gambling is illegal in china. You need to provide some evidence to support your point of view. Anyways as an whole china will be the big hub of bitcoins.

It's not illegal but the chinese government obviously scorn things they can'y control. They do have big gambling hubs like in macau but these are heavily regulated by the chinese government. I don't think they'll take it easy on crypto gambling if ever.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Facebook Gambling??? on: March 11, 2019, 04:14:55 PM
Well, there's the possible thing that it will be happen but I guess like the messenger apps it is separate to the Facebook main platform.
So far facebook now has a lot of online games, so probably it will happen that there is also launching gambling apps through connected in facebook. However, we don't know yet if that really happens just like rumors that they have a crypto coin but as of now still rumors.

I am not sure that facebook will lauch its own coins anytime soon. I think they first need to support crypto currency. Last year they told that they will ban ICO ads etc. Even if they launch the crypto currency, it will not be related to gambling anyway.

Ban has been lifted i think and with such a large platform as facebook, i think that even now there are already gambling games played in it whether it's crypto or fiat. I've seen several sports bettings in facebook already and with apps easily accessed through it, other gambling games can certainly be available.
765  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TREND is our Friend on: March 11, 2019, 04:09:13 PM
Well to be honest You are telling the truth but that might not always be the case. Speculation on terms of trends doesn't seem like a bad idea but be careful of pump and dump groups, as much as possible you can ring information in there but never ever join their trades from where they are going to uphold it. It's a simple bait yet many still falls for it. Also avoid join crowding as much as possible, and invest at your own risk.

Yup! Some of these trends can be manipulated by big players to have gullible small ones jump in only to get stuck when these biggies decide to let go. That's why information is very important. Don't just rely on what's currently happening and what's making the market move.
766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Jump in with trend and get out with the trend! on: March 11, 2019, 04:06:28 PM
There is a saying in forex and stocks trading that "the trend is your friend" this is truth and I really see this as one of the trading secret not to break and it is good you invest from the beginning of the trend in both directions and sell when the trend is about to come to an end.
So many have incurred losses for not doing so, not selling when everything seems to be coming to a bad end, but still holding on and believing that it'll come up again.
In crypto where unpredictability is the other of the day, the trend is truly your friend, you must take advantage of it, buy when the trend is signaling good, and sell when they are ominous signs that it's about to end.

Well you must have the experience to be able to take advantage of trend swings. Many things to consider since we also don't know when the exact start or end of trend will be if we're new to trading. And some overestimate it's length so they miss the right time to ride it. It sounds very simple but you still need to put in work to understand these trends.
767  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is better option for trading Bitcoin or stocks ? on: March 11, 2019, 04:03:51 PM
Got to be very careful with these trading, as we need to understand that we need proper strategy, and only then we will be able to gain. And it is also very crucial to be joined under right broker to avoid any major problems.
Well, from point of view of a financial analyst, I would say that stocks are best for the people who want instant and risk fewer profits in the quick market.

Bitcoin is a long term ideology and people dealing in Bitcoin need to give high time to make both money and influence over the market. People speculate and invest in Bitcoin because a Bitcoin could be instrumental in giving away funds stocks might never.

Yeah and with bitcoin still at a very young stage compared to stocks, it provides really good potential for early investors. Though the risk is obviously greater, many dynamic traders now prefer trading with btc than stocks. Take time to learn both and then decide which suits your style better.
768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: March 11, 2019, 03:48:47 PM
Instinct its important but learn to use other tools that ensure successful trade.  Like knowing how to read a chart and using technical and fundamental analysis will also help
I do not think instincts are that much important, it's just a spontaneous belief or thought and can always be wrong, it's more of less like emotions.
Instead of following instincts, it's better to apply normal analysis, such as fundamental and technical ones and getting to trade with other forms as well, instincts are based on luck

Well most of the time though the market moves away from what ta's dictate and you have to be a little flexible with your decision making. It's different from having your emotions take the lead. If you're already an experienced trader, then you'll develop certain instincts for certain market movements.
769  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you lose your confidence as an investor? on: March 11, 2019, 03:46:02 PM
Despite the fact that large companies are beginning not only to be interested in blockchain technology, but also to introduce it into their ecosystems, the belief in the investment component, on the contrary, is getting stronger every day!
Well, people who invest in any business look for profit and in case the profitability probability decrease down, they do not invest further so this is the reason some people might not invest anymore but bear in mind that this is very different market.

Cryptocurrency is the next disrupter of the world. Blockchain is going to devour every business in the next decade and this is a very lucrative opportunity to invest in such ventures and make the difference.

And that's what people should be looking at instead of the short term fluctuation of the prices in the market. Crypto will have a huge part in the future and i think giving up on it at a very early stage just because of a bear market, will leave a lot of people with regret.
770  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading is like having sex on: March 11, 2019, 03:38:06 PM
My friend just quote this one. I think he is right

Day trading is like having sex.

''Get in and out as much and as fast as possible to get satisfied maximally.''

I think this exactly explains day trading. I am a day trader myself. I rather get in and out of the market 50-100 times a day and take small profits with smaller amounts of my balance than trying to chase a couple percent in 1 trade.

Hahahaha, your post makes me laugh so hard because trading is just like that. Now i'm betting for the long term trading, let's see if this bring some nice profit for the future. But i want to play the short too, as you say is to make a small profit, but with this, the snowball could grow fast.

It's putting a naughtier perspective to it dude but it does make sense lol. Though i don't think everybody will be able to have satisfaction with that since not everyone can read the market as efficiently as others. Though if you can trade with little profits several times each day then that's good for you.
771  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with small budget on: March 11, 2019, 03:35:13 PM
trading with small capital can run well, the most important thing is that it must have a large knowledge capital in trading in the crypto world. because that is the key to success in getting large capital
But it have a huge advantage to those who have huge amount of capital cause it is a basis of our gains, only we need to manage it well or otherwise it we all lost them. But if we are just a starter, it is better to start for small and just eventually when we are ready enough to trade and fully knowledgeable with the market flows.
When we do have larger capital then we can really extent our possible trading system unlike on having a limited fund. When it comes to possible profitability
having bigger ones will give out the chance on giving something bigger too since we can risk bigger orders since we do have larger capital. We can utilize
and really have that advantage.

Well you can raise your capital amount as you go by trading of course. When you don't have that much experience yet, most trades would likely end up with mistakes so you have to have only the right amount to lose. The longer you trade, the more you understand that market and it's movements, then you can trade with bigger amounts.
772  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do most of You Traders just use a Laptop for trading with??? ? on: March 11, 2019, 01:57:53 PM
More often using a mobile phone than a laptop, because I am more outside the house.
When i am back at home and before go to bed at night I use a laptop
Trading with mobile is risky just like see the case of OP you might enter wrong amount and will lose all the money with silly mistake so I suggest you to bring your big screen equipment with you which is laptop or the tablet where you can see all the trading window without any difficulties.
He might still use phone but its better he limits his activities on phone when it comes to trading with it, you know we have lots of trader that are also on the go with stable internet, imagine I am inside a bus and need to trade, it would be difficult to start operating my laptop in a bus for trade that cannot wait to I get to a location where I can open my laptop, take for example too, a site engineer that need to move round and not stable on a spot but with his phones, he can still keep his eyes on the trade, just need to be careful as you said not to enter a wrong trade.
It good to also trade on the go since great opportunities can arise anytime in the crypto market due to the volatility in price of the market but the best way to make a successful trade on the go is by setting a price alert app which keep you update about any change in price of the market without this trading using the phone is dangerous as jrrsparkles said.

Nah it's the same for me. You can make as much mistakes on a laptop or desktop if you're not careful. The thing is that some big trading sites don't have mobile app and you would have to use a mobile browser. You have to be a little more careful then. If you're going to trade on a mobile device on the go then probably best to find a mobile exchange app like binance.
773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will the bull run return this December? on: March 11, 2019, 01:52:06 PM
The bull run december last year that we anticipate didnt happened, so for this year I think we need to be optimistic again and hopeful that this year will be in favor for us crypto enthusiasts.

In my crypto-portfolio the value of my coins were decreasing rapidly last year 2018, but I chose to hodl and go with the flow.

I want to experience the bull run again wherein the value of my assets were soaring high each day. Well just like what others say good things will come to those who wait so lets just be patient.

How many times we see that whatever general public anticipate, the exactly opposite happens. People were hoping to see bull run in last quarter of 2018 and instead price dropped from 6000$ to 3000$ which no one expected.
We do not know exactly when the next bull run will come but surely it will come within 24 to 36 months from now.
Well i'm not looking at any timeline at all for a bull run lol. Yeah you're right about people's expectations last december based on the past last quarter bull runs, and how the opposite happened. I think we have to lower our expectations based on historical movements now since it can prove to be a potent bull trap.
774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit cryptocurrency trading its not for you! on: March 11, 2019, 01:46:34 PM
Cryptocurrency trading is for everyone, but if you complaint most of the time because you always loss your coins or capital, and giving any FUD about it, it is actually good for you to leave this field of business instead of giving negative feedback in crypto, which is not good habit as one of the community here.

Well that basically means it's not for everyone. There are people who are not capable of detaching themselves from certain situations that needs detaching, like trading. These people would eventually end up giving in to panic or starting one and would lose a lot of money in the process. So better stay out.
775  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic selling and postpone from trading, which one is the worse one? on: March 11, 2019, 01:32:05 PM
I think it would be worse to sell all the coins. After all, then you do lose the chance to make a profit. I imagine how they will feel sorry for when the market will rise.
Panic sellers are getting worse, they don’t learn from the market at all. This is more pain i think, especially if those coins you sold at a loss will pump and created a new peak. We make mistakes but you have to learn and control your emotion. This is the market where you make a small mistake can create a big impact to your money so always be careful.

Well tell that to those that bought btc close to all time high lol. Sometimes a loss is a loss and you have to accept it and move on. I think less than 5 % of those people are still holding to their coins. There are ways to make up for your losses anyway. If you're not well versed yet in something, don't jump easily to hype and just observe.
776  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is 10% a week posible on: March 11, 2019, 01:27:42 PM
Of course, it is possible. I remember that it happened on one of my altcoins doing a rally and in each week it makes 15% - 20% gains until it stopped after a month. Well, it was pumped by news with the help of pump and dump groups.  I  think it could happen again in some coins but not with this current crisis.
It's possible, yeah but it can be attributed to luck and a favorable market condition, in the bull market, such profits could be attained easily and even more as everything will shoot up, but this days every coin is going down daily.
Such profits in this bear market is almost not certain to happen only if luck comes into play

We can accumulate it even though there's no bull run coming and this market condition is quitely profitable if you can spot the alts who's been dump for some little reasons and suddenly pump when developments came unto them.

Well probably for a certain time only but definitely not for a sustained run. A consistent 10% profit weekly would be more than enough to compensate for a regular job and traders who can do that can surely are experienced ones who've been doing it for a long time.
777  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: small gains but cant make it big on: March 11, 2019, 01:23:55 PM
In the present market situation, as most investors have been suffering losses, so you have to content with a small gains. If you take risk and invest in some shitcoins then there is possibility that you may earn more.
I think the method you are doing has a very high risk because when you buy shitcoin then you have to be really careful because shitcoin can't be sure how it develops and the most dangerous is the movement of shitcoin is not easy to predict and can't give guarantee.
it is not a good idea, there is no potential in shitcoin dude ? if they experience rising prices of course it is because manipulation and whenever it can fall back and will never rise again, prices in the market do experience small gains, but if you combine them with other potential coins of course will produce big profits too

Well you should be thankful for small gains dude especially in the current market. I doubt anyone would be getting big time profit anytime soon unless they're able to snatch a good token that gets pumped for a short time. But as you guys said, most of these coins aren't really for future use so it's just for some lucky random profit.
778  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Guys, just hold.. We can agree on a few things. on: March 10, 2019, 04:28:03 PM
Yes now keep patient will be become key to make profit from crypto market,  after long bearish the trend will change to bullish but we dont know when that start. Crypto market will never bearish or sideaway forever,  sure there are periode for bull run.

Though i doubt that if indeed a bull run would commence, it would take us to where we were back in 2017. Those people that bought in close to all time high would have to hold on for a few bull runs to get even at the least.
779  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any reason to day trade anything other than bitcoin? on: March 10, 2019, 04:15:31 PM
I agree that all coins are following bitcoin and its safer to trade bitcoin but the rising price of bitcoin is limited, not like alt coin that can easily gives 10% profit in short time, and for bitcoin to rise 10% it will be extremely difficult, to make profit in short term it's easier to trade alt coin and because some of the low transaction volume there is a chance the alt coin can be pump by some whale

Excatly dude. You get a difference of just around a few hundred at best with btc's daily movement so profit would be scarce if you have less than 1 btc to trade with. Compared to other alts that could swing 10 to 20 percent in 24 hours. So if you're day trading, btc wouldn't really be one of your strategic choices.
780  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: will Bitcoin clock 4k today. on: March 10, 2019, 04:08:30 PM
Last febuary, we saw bitcoin hit pass 4k to 4,200k. it looks like we are enjoying a better days ahead till it slumps back to 3700k. After a very much good news and updates surrounding the cryptosphere the market currently has been green recently. do we see Bitcoin hitting pass 4k today and will the uptrend last for long.

Well not today it seems. Though i think that'll be reached in the coming days since we're just bouncing between 3.8 and 3.9k. Market has been pretty stable within those figures for quite some time now and it probably would be on its way up rather than take another deep plunge. I believe we've bottomed out already.
