881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which campaign is better? Bounty campaign or Signature campaign? on: June 07, 2023, 03:28:44 PM
It depends on the kind of marketing team you hire and also your target audience. Back in the day, Bounty campaigns used to a thing with both the projects and bounty campaigners mutual benefiting and then came the cheats, bots and spammers
Yeah. Back around 2017 and 2020 when I attempted to join one bounty, it was just like a hit and miss kind of stuff. You never know if your 3-month work would be worth it in the end. When ICO became like a hot topic, it was just like being visited slowly by scammers until nobody even dared to do ICO bounties anymore.
Base on your story, I think I'm one of the few users here that are kind of lucky at that time then.

We have different story in terms of bounty campaign back in 2017 to around 2018. Every campaign that I joined, I always get the tokens from it, and luckily I manage to sold every one of them. I only joined in a few bounty campaigns (around 5 I guess), and all 5 of them paid me the tokens, got listed in an exchange, and manage to sold all of them. That was the time where ICO are still hyped. After months of joining in a bounty campaign (paid with tokens), I stopped it already, and focused on campaigns which are paying Bitcoins.

We're planning a series of marketing activities, and we want your input on bounty campaigns and signature campaigns. Which one gets your heart racing? Which of these two campaigns do you think will work like magic for FireDAO within the Bitcointalk community and beyond? We trust your expertise, and we want our marketing efforts to align with your preferences and expectations.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong with this one.

Bounty campaign is a general term consists of different types of campaign like Social media campaign, Telegram campaign, Blog campaign, and so on, and so forth. Signature campaign on the other hand, is one of the campaigns under the bounty campaign where you wear signature to advertise the project here.

Many think that signature campaign nowadays is different from bounty campaign, but back a few years ago signature campaign is one of the campaigns under bounty campaign. Now to answer your question OP, signature campaign (paid thru Bitcoins) is more effective than just bounty campaigns (different campaigns). Well, you can do trial and error. Hire a reputable manager here, try both campaigns. One where you are paying the participants with your own token, and one using Bitcoins.
There are still bounty campaigns that has a signature campaign inside of it. There aren't that much but it still exist on some bounty campaign that has a manager. We can see the decline of trend from before and today, I still believe on bounty campaign that still has a signature campaign on it. Knowing that they are willing to pay extra to signature codes and to a bounty manager but if the bounty doesnt even spend anything, it would be a redflag for me.
882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Interact With Dapps? on: June 07, 2023, 02:54:23 PM
If you only plan on trying, use verified dApps since there are a lot of dApps now that can steal you money. You can  use the interet  to search more  information about the dApp you plan to use and you can also find tutorial on youtubr or other platform on how to use it. It's simple but there's really so much to consider especially if you plan to try unverified ones. Interacting with it will be easy as you repeatedly doing it but yeah always be careful.
883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please recommend a reliable Bounty Hunter... on: June 07, 2023, 02:18:06 PM
It's hard to catch good posters if the reward is your native token. Atleast give a participants a token that has a current value, I'm sure that bounty hunters will flock your bounty campaign and you can choose there. You can also limit and put some requirements on the bohnty campaign like only accepting hero members above or atleast have a certain amount of merit to join. You can't expect that people from a signature campaign will transfer to the bounty campaign you have but if you reward is convincing enough, there might be good poster that can switch to your bounty campaign.
884  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May Mga Influencer Ba Tayo Na Tutok Sa Cryptocurrency? on: June 07, 2023, 01:23:23 PM

This is the reason kaya ang onti lang nanonood sakanya vs sa followers niya kasi halos lahat ng viewers niya before is di na nag cicrypto. Iba padin yung quality content kasi yung nakukuha nilang followers is till now active cryptocurrency user pa dahil natuto talaga sila mag crypto at still anticipating padin next bull market. Next bull market waiting ako kung magiging popular padin ba yung mga hype influencers.
885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In-chain Games on Ethereum: Are They Still Relevant in 2023? on: June 05, 2023, 02:45:09 PM
One problem in ethereum network is the gas fee as other mentioned. You future gamers will suffer heavy gas fee prices and this can be the reason on why would they avoid in playing your game. I personally think that Crypto games still has a chance to shine next bull market but you as a developer should consider the problems that happened last bull market where people suffer from high gas prices, weak tokenomics, unsustainable way to make people way to stay in the game and yeah bad quality game that only attractive if the reward token value is high. You should choose gas friendly blockchains as I guess your game will use a lot of gas fees.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin is dead, long live ... what? on: June 05, 2023, 02:10:38 PM
I've saw bitcoin is dead post here too many times already and everyone including them is partying with their gains when bitcoin rise up in value during bull market. What ever bad image bitcoin had in the past, and today which is ordinals. Bitcoin won't die because of it. With the number of supporters even if bitcoin is suffering from a gas price crisis, there are someone who are still willing to use it. Remember the outragous ETH gas fee before? When NFT and nft based altcoins are on trend? There are someone who  doesn't really care that much on how much they spend on gas fees. There are also concious ones who are thinking if they will push through a transaction but in the end, they do it anyways. Bitcoin always has a demand and just like what happened to ETH last bull market, No one will care about gas fees if they really want bitcoins.
887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: European Sex Championship 😳, Will you Bet? on: June 05, 2023, 01:13:53 PM
So this "sport" is a game that is judge by judges, I wonder who would become the judges in this tournament and how can someone be qualified in it. Do we need massive sex history or remarkable sex life? LOL. Also I think that games like this can easily be rigged since it's not a skill we are talking that we can watch it live. As a watcher, It's hard to know in this type of "sport" on who is winning or not. Even with criteria, I believe that it will be hard to notice. I wonder if this kind of sport can be livestreamed for gambler and other people.
888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: June 05, 2023, 12:37:37 PM
during the bullruns price swing was so rampant, i think trading will brings more disadvantage than the advantage since the price swing alone could make you lose more than half of your capital.
so the most logic decision should be waiting until the market normalize, and if we hold some coins that rise in value, just dump it to wait for another bearish.
Well it depends on how good you are in trading. There are traders who really make a lot of money on their trades during bull market since every tokens goes up. As long as you know what kind of token you are trading it will go up. I think it's also easier to trade during bull market since it's easy to predict where tokens are headed, it's according to my experience last bull market. Doing futures on the bull market is the risk that I can see based on your statement since candles are agressive during bull market, there are times that your leverage  can't hold the straight dip or pump.
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2 new coins in almost 1 day? on: June 04, 2023, 02:49:30 PM
In the crypto market, scammers are rapidly creating coins, but it's common knowledge that quality projects are not expected to emerge on a daily basis. Generally, only 4-5 projects gain recognition or establish a presence in the market within a month, while the remaining coins quickly lose value. To make profits from the crypto market, it is advisable to stick with reliable and high-potential coins.
Yep, in our current market situation, only few does really have a potentials  and those with potentials are being funded because investors see value in the project. Beside that, majority of the coins created are just for fun, to scam, experiment and not really meant to have a future value. Things changes in bull market, From the last bull market, we have seen the fundings of obvious scam probects since everybody want to be an early investor, they fake a big amount of risk even on project that doesnt have a potentials at all. In fact, there's a degen token called $SCAM that doesn't have any plans at all and the creator said that he is not expecting that the coin will have a lot of value. This is why we can see a massive uptrend on tokens created during bull market.
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to keep your money in bank? on: June 04, 2023, 02:08:37 PM
Keeping money in the bank is arguably safe. Banks can guarantee the safety of our money stored there. But sometimes saving at the bank also backfires. There are banks that go bankrupt and cause our money to be lost. So saving money in the bank should also be careful. We must choose a good and trusted bank.
Bank is somehow safe depends on how you see it and what kind of financial knowledge you have but there are many bank restrictions that can make us feel unsafe with out money. One example is this is the strict requirements to withdraw a big amount of funds. I've experienced it and it put me in a ver hassle spot in passing the requirements and the bank almost won't make me withdraw my own money. There are also issues like bankruptcy which is common these days. Goverment want to make us think that banks are super safe but actually there are things that people should consider in putting money in banks. Today, almost half of my assets is in crypto snd some are in physical assets and only a little on the bank. I won't take a very hassle scenario again with banks. Also, I don't trust banks.
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Know the Next PEPE on: June 04, 2023, 01:34:22 PM
I've seen influencers on social media doing contents like finding the next pepe coin and other piece of degen informations. I hate quick bucks strategies like this because newbies are the one whoe are really suffering and always losing on coins like meme coins. It would be nice if there's a content like teaching or hot to know what is the next trend or what to anticipate contents. We saw coins dying after being hyped on social media and other platforms, there are a lot of these coins and I wonder when will people try to explore the more sustainable snd futuristic tokens rather than short term tokens.
892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: He Committed Suicide After Losing School fees, And That Of Friend To Betting.. on: June 04, 2023, 01:02:24 PM
What a sad story. No matter how good you are in real life or in your past, it can possibly be  tainted once you became an addict. You can make irrational decisions that can affects other especially you when things go bad. It's a sad thing that this gambler considered suicide as a way to escape his problems. This kind of addiction is on a deep level since the gambler is doing things that people in his surroundings will be affected. I hope that no one in this forum today is considering the thing that this boy did. There are a lot of ways to resolve a problem, and curing the addiction you have is the priority beyond all.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: European Sex Championship 😳, Will you Bet? on: June 04, 2023, 12:09:35 PM
Wth? I didn't know till now that will be a tournament like this will happen LOL. It's crazy to think that someone really did suggest to make sex as a sport and launch a tournament for it. In terms of betting I would personally not. If you bet this early on new  "sports" like this, you will be forced to do blind bets since there a very limited information about the contestant also given the fact that it is sex that we are talking. They won't be a searchable information about the contestant unless if they are a public figures. I'm guessing that the contestant isn't well known.
894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $90,000 all in bet on: June 03, 2023, 10:56:31 PM
I wonder how he felt after losing such a huge amount of money but surely he could have been in constant stress and frustration because big money was lost on the table. He's going to have a hard time recovering from previous losses but I think he'll keep trying and maybe he won't stop until he's managed to recover. Maybe he should take a break from betting for a few days and recover from the disappointment of losing it. But if he still decides to continue gambling, he can do so but must understand the risk of losing could happen again.
Disappointment is certain, even though he has more money but $90,000 is not a small amount for sure he will feel disappointed stressed and even worse will leave gambling for a long time.
I can't understand why someone like Op who has managed to double his fortune from $4k to $90,000 but still wants to double the risk again in a single bet ends up losing all the money.
I can relate to why he made such a decision, this is how he turned $4k into $90k. He just keeps gambling to build more and more because it is never enough but we know what happens at the end. Disappointment is real but we can't do anything since OP is the gambler who loves to make huge risks and he hopes to rob the casino bankroll one day. Maybe he wanna be a millionaire in the shortest way possible, who knows. Just my 2 cents.
Easy come, easy go... When money doesn't take too much effort to reach our hands, we tend to not care for it, so we end losing it pretty fast and irresponsibly. Lottery winners are a clear example in several cases. With 90,000$ OP could have made a decent investment in something solid which would have returned him passive income along the time, that could be used for gambling purposes again without hurting the initial budget.

Now all the progress made along the week (which I suppose to have been a chance in one million) is gone. And it's very unlikely he is going to be able to reproduce such outstanding performance futurely.
Well OP is very confident with his bet and based on the result of his past bets, its clear that he did pretty good in growing his money through bettinf. I wouldn't balme him if he bet that kind of money on a single bet given that he is clear that he did the right choice. Betting has a lot of risk and I know that OP knows it, it's just that the bet he did this time crushed his grown money and efforts to waste. There are good paths in steady growing his money like what you said but OP is confident on his bet and I don't think that he will take a chance to miss in betting on this game.

We should hope that OP learned his lesson in not going all in even how much is his confident on a game.
895  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: June 03, 2023, 10:04:22 PM

Ah yes the guessing game was just so generous one to give away money just like that. It does lasted for very long period of time. Games and rounds section was flooded with Roobet during that period of time. They have been good at giving away money and entertaining their users all the time. Whether it is artwork contest or those games Roobet never stopped amusing us. Smiley

This makes me think, they must have very cool fleet of enthusiasts working in their team. If they keep reading these messages then thanks to all team members. Hope my pencil art is on your desk too.  Tongue

Good old times! I miss these games in the games and round section and also their guess the slot was always fun; easy to participate and and I even won one time! They also did some more contests when there was a big sporting event like the world cup so maybe one day, they restart some of these games.
ohh yes I remember it also! Hhampuz was really making the contest fun and making me very curious every guessing game. With the little amount of clues that hhampuz gave is really a challenge. I remember the time that I spent hours in searching on roobet on what is the correct answer but I haven't guessed any single guessing game that roobet launched. I wonder how you people won that game with just a very little clue that hhampuz gave. It is still a mystery to me and I don't think winners just randomly choose the correct answers.
I believe na mas need natin ng proper education about financial and if possible na maidagdag nila ang crypto as a lessons sa secondary education.

Pag bull run talaga maraming feeling influencer, professional  trader, at crypto expert.
898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to draw the attention of the market if you're a good project?? on: June 03, 2023, 01:25:28 PM
If you are confident enough that you have a good use case and a good ecosystem. It's time for marketing your product. If you are trying to build your community, I believe that it is a good start doing it here first and if there's not so much traction here, you can utilize social media platforms by doing introduction snd promotion there. It's important that you feature your purpose and the offered solution to the problem that the project are fixing. You can also do early sales if you get a good interraction with the community. A influencer might help but I strongly believe that no good project needs an influencer.
899  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 02, 2023, 04:00:18 PM
Unquestionably, players must crack the code of terms and conditions before swooping up offers or bonuses. But are we justifiably passing the buck entirely onto them? The real conundrum, perhaps, is the enigmatic veil of the terms and conditions. Ought the casino lords not take on some accountability for clarifying their cryptic language? Could they not swap the riddles with plain speak? In doing so, they might guarantee their clientele know precisely what they're getting into.

To stir the pot, should there not be a watchdog to scrutinize these terms' lucidity, akin to other industries? In this way, both casinos and players would be tethered to a fairness standard, a level playing field.

Yes, I know what you mean, sometimes it is difficult to discover the true essence of the terms and conditions , but when we read carefully , which is difficult because we can say that things can flow normally because knowing the terms and everything we must comply with and do to be able to enjoy certain benefits things can be seen as good or bad, but that is our decision whether it is accepted or not , as far as I am concerned Whenever they give bonuses or promotions in any casino I learned that you must read very well , because a detail that escapes things can cause discomfort.

The casino itself will not easily explain what they mean in the terms and conditions, and that is one where users misunderstand what they apply to the terms and conditions. But if we are used to it, then it won't be difficult for us to understand, because usually they won't be much different when entering certain codes.
But usually I contact support straight away if I don't understand any of their terms and conditions, through support it's usually easier for me to understand.

Its important to understand what we are reading so if there's confusion regarding om the rules they set we must really ask the support to have clear insights about their written text. Its good to have clear information rather than reading it fast without understanding what you read since maybe this one will create confusion on your side especially when there's trouble will happen on our accounts. Support is there to answer our question so there's no need to be shy to ask them since its their job to answer their clients and help them on their inquiries.
True, Customer support are always open for majority of the casino. If you have a confusion with a certain thing on the ToS, events or any thing that is related to the crypto casino, you can easily ask their support and they will answer you with confidence. I personally haven't tried contacting support because of a confusion with the casino because I'm trying to understand it first and read some information over the net if I'm really confused. Though I may try it someday as a second option in not searching and understand it first. I'll waste some time in waiting than researching LOL.
900  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: June 02, 2023, 03:29:08 PM
As we know, many gambling sites have Kyc requirements when making withdrawals. Some people may not have a problem with this condition, but some people think differently about doing Kyc. Some people refuse to fill in their Kyc data for fear of being misused. That's a natural thing, but is the worry too much?

Kyc actually has a function to prevent dangerous actions, such as money laundering. In addition, Kyc can also protect customers from account breakers.

Now there are several gambling sites that do not require Kyc to withdraw funds. That's good news. But I don't know if big money withdrawal need Kyc or not. I've never withdrawn much money.

Are you one of those who agree or refuse to fill out kyc on gambling sites? So far, the Kyc that you have filled in on the gambling site is safe? I've never had a problem with the Kyc that I filled out at the gambling site. Have you ever felt cheated from Kyc submitted?
I don't think KYC prevents anything to be honest, except money laundering and multi-accounting(especially ban evaders). But for the customer it doesn't give safety neither any benefit, because even in case of credentials loss, the customer could simply sign a message from an address used for a deposit or a withdrawal, in addition to his email address, in order to prove his identity. But if a dishonest casino want to lock your funds and not pay your winnings, he will just need to ask you endless additional documents on top of your initial KYC. So gamblers shouldn't feel safe because they've already pass one KYC.

Also some casinos use third specialized services to process the KYC (so like the majority serious services right now).. but some still like to do it by themselves or transit the documents/informations by them.. So imagine in case of datas theft you could have an innumerable accounts on different services on name without you know! so..
With the third party services like that, your documents/information is being tossed around by the one who has access to it. Your documents are stored in multiple database and that is a hazard given that if only one of those database is hacked, Your information/documents are done. We may never know but our information might be on other hands that we didn't gave access to. The best thing you can do if you submit KYC is to pray that you will not be a casualty if there's a data breached happen on the casino or the third party services.
