Thank you for the reply.having a gradual curve from 25 percent to 1 percent is way better than abruptly switching to a flat 5 percemt pos. I'm so glad I found DMD and can't wait to meet my acquisition goal above picture is v2 v3 will be after 2.5 million total coin trigger a bit different but with same max coins and coin rollout duration  (basical the change is that from 2.5 million coins towards 3.5 million coins there is a curve from POS 25% towards POS 1% instead of flat 5% whole time but the timeframe will be the same until 3.5 million total coins are reached) (for POW DMD 3.0 will have even more changes but that stuff i dont want to reveal now. basical algo(s) change and POW blocktime change rewards change (to adapt for new blocktimes)(at release of DMD 3.0) and at 3.5 million DMD trigger rewards will be reduced with a curve same as POS until minimum reached at 3.5 million coin trigger )  also even if there is a theoretical end of POW/POS written the goal is that that point is never reached ways will be implemented that allow people to burn DMD in combination of using DMD services and apps and this way the total coin cap will never be reached the burn DMD mechanic have no hurry we talk here about things where we have like 20 years time to implement them i just state it now so no one think there is a end .... ... there is no end as bitcoin state once POW give no more rewards the miner mine for TX fees only (and this is 100+ years away) dmd diamond state total coins cap (which would be 30 years away) will never be reached because mechanics implemented in the next years allow use some of the services and apps attached to DMD not by spend DMD for them but by burn DMD for them ... there is no end |

dmd was never designed to be just a speculation medium
when i say the goal is 5$ in 3 years then this goal is
based on true business that is based on dmd
that justify that value

where I wrote about the speculation? why you don't comment on all the rest? am I wrong? people will not buy an expensive coin, if you know that someone can sell a large number and bring down the price. need to get people interested in selling only the interest and not the entire amount. but it seems to me that you are not interested in this. what will prevent to sell you all coins when the price will be $5 and forget about coin? the course will fall and the coin will cost some cents. I agree with the cryptonit. People invest money in real estate, jewelry and antiques. This it seems counter-intuitive, but here it is important to understand that this is a rare diamond digital asset. Over time, the value of antiques is only growing. The same thing will happen with DMD. Just now it is hard to call any exact date. In many ways, of course the price increase will depend on market and services that will be the creation of this coin around. In my opinion, today, inflation in DMD is high enough to turn the game real business. When we come to reduce the award, it will have a positive impact on the market. We have all seen that the diamond market there were people who sat and waited for the time to lose your coins and go out (last sale of 70 thousand DMD). Perhaps we will see a repetition of the story and not even once. But ultimately, the coins fall into the hands of those people who understand that the gradual sale of a small part of the coin brings big profits than dumping a big pile. (As well as it has happened to Bitcoin). I was wondering if anyone could tell me approximately when the reward will go from 25% to 5%? Are we talking a few years? |

It's not delisted from Bter yet, just in danger of being delisted. However, it would be great to get it back up on some other exchanges. I really miss having a BTC/DVC market. BTER has apparently delisted DVC. Got several thousand of these puppies and absolutely nowhere to exchange em. Ideas welcome pay to list it on cryptopia or yobit... the next cryptopia vote finishes in 7 hours and DVC is in 2nd place. Would only take a few ppl to bump it to #1. Fixed the typo  |

I've made the mistake of trying to trade crypto, selling it all, and just ending up losing more than I would've done if I just bought and held. But at the same time buying and holding isn't optimal either. So what should you do? Sell bits and pieces here and there. 5-10% at a time on the way up. And if you think it's a long term solid investment; buy the dip(s). Also in bits and pieces, not "buy aaall the XEM at the first dip". Save money for dip #2, #3, #4.

i have to say im surprised not more did give a cloudmining promo key auction a try
its like 250 bonus stake income on top of the normal DMD CLoudmining income of ur with ur bid bought shares
maybe we described it to complex and only a few people understand its a great deal
anyway who got one enjoy
and who didnt there are 3 keys left to give it a try and understand why some people did get themself multiple of this keys

I just started harvesting...! I'm excited. I now have an importance if .57%. What is this for?
Importance does a few things, but the most relevant is basically your chance of hitting a block.. Lately I'm averaging like 4 blocks/day with just shy of 2% .. Most of the blocks I hit have no reward, I'd estimate like 1/7 of my blocks have a reward.. rarely it's like 4 xem, more often it's 40-100, every once in awhile it's 500+. All depends on the transactions happening. Im harvesting 2.25 million XEM. I used to get lots of small blocks around 6 XEM, and now i seem to get fewer blocks containing XEM and they seem to contain much more per block instead, ive had anything from 40XEM to 300XEM over the last month per block. How many NEM you get a month? Typically at least 200-300 XEM, but it was alot more than this with the recent pump. I almost feel like if you're only getting 200-300 NEM per month via harvesting that it's bettee to buy on an exchange vs harvesting. Thoughts??? 200-300 Xem a month using 2.25 M Xem as vested amount is quite very low, unless 1 xem =1 USD . This is exactly why I'm trying to get XEM added to Polo margin trading. Hi,
do you have any idea how much XEM you should have vested to increase your Importance of account to the NEM cloud (at least from 0 ‱ to 1 ‱ and more) + how often you should get a contribution or send XEM to somewhere else? Sending and reciving money regardin the POI idea.
Is there any available XEM harvesting calculator?
I'd be interested in knowing more of the metrics that go into this too, not so much in a mathematical formula, but explained in prose. |

I'm wondering why the chain.nem.ninja doesn't tell me anymore if I'm remote harvesting. It used to tell me it was active. Now, it's just blank.
I opened my wallet when I first noticed the blank and had to turn delegated harvesting back on, so something had happened to kick me off. But now that it's turned back on in my wallet, it still won't say "Active" on the explorer.
Why did that change? It was very helpful to be able to just check on the status of my address and whether or not it was still harvesting without actually having to open the wallet.
Unfortunately, nembex is displaying wrong/no data. Will be fixed soon. OK, good to know. Thanks. Seems to be working now--at least on the question of whether or not remote harvesting is active. |
