Place some trades, enabled 2FA, or try any of our other features to help us stress the site before the final launch. If you find a bug, we're handing out bug bounties as well. Having a great exchange helps us but also helps the NXT community.
If we get 100 signs ups using that code and active on our site, we'll add NXT before our public launch.

There's a tremendous opportunity to take the lead here for a currency that works better than bitcoin. POS is the technology that can do that. NXT could become the new Google of alternative-currency but if it does it will be first and foremost because it does what Bitcoin does better than Bitcoin does it. Asset Exchanges, Decentralized Exchanges and Colored Coins are cool and revolutionary ideas (Ripple actually has a bit of a head start on NXT in this area) but being able to send micro-transactions over the internet anonymously is really still the Pièce de résistance of what is really going to attract people in droves.

Anoncoin is adding the zerocoin protocol. http://www.reddit.com/r/Anoncoin/comments/1x71aj/zerocoin_update/Keep in mind zerocoin is more of a protocol than a currency. We don't know if or when the researchers might actually release a coin into the wild. It looks to me like they'd just release a set of technical specs. So if Anoncoin can pull it off, Anoncoin basically will be zerocoin. Yeah, Nxt is about to release zerocoin as well. |

The 1st stage gets 15% of the distribution, but if less BTC is received for the second stage, the second stage investors would actually get more EXO for their BTC. I kind of hope this happens, because the complaining will be hilarious. Yes, I find most complaining to be hilarious. |

That would be great, she cracked SHA1 scheme. Yeah, just need someone to send me a detailed description (with links) to what we need for the audit. I've actually been waiting for someone to send me that for about 3 weeks, but no one has yet. |

i think we can give the 1st round guys (who send to dev team btc address directly！)more percentage exo coin！
they are the people who really take some risk！
eXo advertised escrow on the OP, so those using escrow should be on the same field as those that didn't. Regardless, doesn't really matter what we say, it's up to eXo at this point. I would recommend at least 20% for early bird, especially if you are rewarding 50% to miners who take absolutely zero risk. |

It would be nice if there was a multisend feature in the client. If I could line up all the addresses of hard working nxt'ers and one-click send a given amount, say 1000nxt (as in each would get 1000) I'd be very inclined to give more regular donations in just this way. Sitting at the computer and putting in 50 or how ever many transactions is a PITA.

The "early bird" is incredibly diluted, eXo needs to combine second and third round at 10%. Early Bird should be at least 25%.

I've done some cleanup and created a wiki page for Nxt Site Integration. It combines all of the existing how-to guides into one spot, and it's linked from the main page of the wiki as well as the "how-to" guides page. Information has been updated to reflect the Google doc posted earlier today, and the correction suggested by CfB, related to not re-using sendMoney before verifying that the original transaction has not been altered, has been made. Finally, for all would-be wiki folks: if you want to contribute, follow these instructions to get set up. The wiki is intentionally moderated to prevent vandalism & spam, AND to facilitate language translations. No request (from a real human) for edit access has ever been denied. Thanks for doing this. |

yes I am writing a response to you (the last one until tomorrow around 15 o'clock).
Honestly if we would like to scam you then you will not see us anymore online. Then this would be the last post forever. The amount of direct investments is quite high even without any escrow money. If we would like to get everything well then we would have to deliver a product - and that is exactly what we are trying to do. I cannot guarantee that eXocoin will be a success (regarding what it's worth on an exchange or something) but I can tell you that we will not disappear and that we are going to release the whitepaper tomorrow.
The whitepaper will be something like a snapshot of what we actually really have programmed plus some features that are going to be integrated in the next days or weeks.
We are going to provide at least some screenshots (maybe a silent video or "open-alpha" in 1-2 weeks).
We see the whitepaper as a working paper. So we would like to request for comments on everything in it. We are going to rework the whitepaper with your response. Those questions you ask that are not answered in the whitepaper will be added as well then. Right now we are finishing the first version of the whitepaper. We are on-time for the release tomorrow. As of version 1.1 or 1.2 of the whitepaper (maybe in one week) we will add code snippets not only as proof but with request for comment as well if you like (especially about security concerns).
early-bird investments close in less than 5hours. At this point of time thank you again, Anon, for your escrow service and of course thank you at all investors no matter what sum.
We are thinking of either making only a 2nd stage (1st stage and 2nd stage would get both 2,5 % from 3rd stage). That stage would start in about one week and would be open until the end of the open beta.
Also, we are thinking of shrinking the mail-giveaway part a bit. It depends on how many people will apply for this giveaway. Right now we have 500 applicants. While this is good it is not good enough if you compare it to the high amount of investments. If we do the math it turns out that (say we get 1000 applicants till the end) each of them would get 10,000 EXO. In comparision you might get (just a value that *could* be nearly true, I do not have an overview on how much coins Anon is holding right now) 10000 to 12000 EXO for 0.1 BTC investment. So we do not think that 0.1BTC investment with high risks match a simple email application!
We will see how many applicants there will be in some weeks.
Since those people who applied under the condition that they get a 10%block did not have any risks or costs we think it is acceptable to shrink that amount and add it to all IPO stages so that a mail application might match a 0.04 btc investment or lower.
We might consider shrinking the mining part as another option (5-10%).
To be honest (and I think you believe that) we did not expect to collect so many money. That is why our early spreading plan might not work the way it is.
With making only one more stage and monitoring how mail applies will rise or shrinking the mining part we want to ensure that investors will get a fair amount for their money.
As for now we will do the following:
Tomorrow after the release of the whitepaper we are going to catch up with *ALL* PM and mails (well not sure but I guess this takes the whole monday as well). While doing so we will update the early-bird investors list as well. Then we have a clean picture of the situation and maybe can start a vote on what you would like to do (shrink mining/mail, cross out one stage, cross out interest block etc or everything at once).
We are not going to answer any questions regarding the whitepaper until we have done this. Thereafter (from tuesday on maybe) we would like to make a discussion about the whitepaper as mentioned above.
Next post: tomorrow when whitepaper is online.

Let's hope he stays true to his word. I would say increase the early bird to 25% with a 2nd round of 10% and decrease mail giveaway to 5%. 2nd round investors are taking no risk. |

No offense Anon, but I would totally disagree, if this is a scam, your name will be associated with it. The fact that you are willing to escrow, post in Nxt thread, and created volume on this thread, has led many to invest directly with eXo and the OP has subtly hinted in several posts that he would prefer direct investments. Personally, I don't think any new IPO's should be allowed on BTT, it should all be done through Crypto IPO sites.
I totally disagree. If this coin is a scam and people get their investment back from Anon, allowing escrow will be the new must-have for future IPOs. Not saying Anon is responsible at all. He is providing a good service which he will make BTC. But his association will make other naive users directly invest. If eXo is a scam, they will really like Anon's involvement because it's brought at least 50BTC of direct investment. I'm against people using Nxt thread to promote this project because there are many new users who will see this when it should have been irrelevant. |

Well if it turns out to be a scam I wouldn't blame Anon. He just asked a couple of questions in NXT thread, so to say he showed interest and people followed this interest. I did the same. I mean we are all grown ups who can make their own decisions. As for escrow, that is his business. I must agree tough that he is a best thing that happened to the IPO. Yes of course, I wouldn't blame Anon, he's trying to protect investments, but its his business to strum up support for this which I think is a conflict of interest. |

Just to let you guys know that we now have a 3rd "use case" for the AT prototype which is a "Crowdfunding Agent" (see http://ciyam.org/nxt for the AT docs). So what does it do? Basically it means you won't need to use a "website" like Kickstarter or the like at all - you will be just able to create an AT for your project then people will be able to send funds to it which will be refunded if it doesn't meet its funding target by the target time. Of course it doesn't give you any guarantees about the project itself (and I don't think most "crowd funding" websites do either) but it absolutely guarantees the account where the funds will go if the target is met as well as the refunding if the target isn't met. One more middle-man gone! (sorry in advance to all investors in platforms like Kickstarter) Awesome work CIYAM |

I don'T agree, everyone is responsible for their own act. If people send directly when escrow is avaible, it is their problem if this turn to be a scam. Yes it is their own fault, but we have many new members on BTT, several that give credibility to projects by association. They look at all the people who have sent investments and assume it's safe to send directly. If you read eXo's posts, he subtly encourages users to invest directly because he doesn't count on escrow investments. |
