I'm guessing SSD's are used mostly because of their speed difference vs. classic hard drives. They have great random seek times (fractions of a millisecond because the disk doesn't need to spin to read data) plus most current SSD's can do about 550MB/s read and write speeds. Compare that with 200MB/s max on hard drives and it probably makes more sense to host this site on SSD's. SSD's are also getting better and better - they're becoming more reliable, coming with larger capacities, and faster speeds. The newest Intel SSD's can do about 1.5GB/s read/write, obviously for a much higher price. However that doesn't really relate to the question.
I think the major reason they're used is because of their quick random seek times, making it multitudes faster to prepare web pages for the thousands of constant users on this site compared to a hard drive.

If you're sharing the internet with others who browse this forum, or signed up on a public connection that could be why. I've heard that the only reason users have to pay to sign up is because there has been a previous ban on their IP, or that it's a Tor exit node.
Also, are you using a VPN? If you are then that's probably why you're being asked to pay for signing up. Chances are that accounts registered on the VPN's IP have been banned before.

I'm going to have to deny you as well. It looks like very few of your posts would be considered constructive. Many of them are very short posts in giveaway threads, asking for loans, or bumps.

I haven't used Mycelium on iOS before but I have it for Android. Are you able to change the fee amount, like on the Android version? On my phone I'm able to click the box underneath the "Miner Fee" text to switch it between Economic, Normal, or Priority fees. I suspect you should be able to do the same. Edit: Here's an image of the page I'm talking about: https://i.imgur.com/EhcWJdi.png - the blue boxes are all clickable and changeable.

I agree that maintaining a campaign is a ton of work, probably more work than most people would guess, especially when you're checking all posts to make sure that they're quality posts and on topic. I'm managing the Rollin campaign, and managing a campaign for just 22 people is quite time consuming too, I'm probably spending about 45 minutes a day on average, if not more. I think it's also safe to say that although I'm compensated by Rollin for my work, I'm definitely being paid less than minimum wage where I live for the work I do.
I wouldn't get into managing signature campaigns to make money, but rather if you have a bunch of spare time with nothing else to do.

Updated, spreadsheet has been updated. However after looking through your posts I see that the majority of them wouldn't be counted for this campaign due to them just being numbers, or posting addresses in "get free bitcoin" threads. Keep that in mind during this campaign.

It wouldn't have all the features you want (number of shares submitted) but you could set something like this up with MiningRigRentals. Sign up, and input your pool mining information, then point your miners to the MRR proxy. It's easy to change pool credentials on Mining Rig Rentals afterwards at any time. Usually MRR is used for miners to rent their hashpower out to others, which often pays more than mining bitcoins directly. However if for some reason you didn't want to rent your hashpower out (I don't see why you wouldn't want to though) then you could just set a high renting price. IIRC Mining Rig Rentals supports all three of those algorithms too, so it would be a start to a solution for you.

Accepted, however I see that you haven't changed your signature to the Rollin signature yet. As soon as you do this, let me know and I'll add in your post count to the spreadsheet. Signature has now been updated. Cheers. Perfect, the spreadsheet has been updated.

I can verify that this works. He gave my account premium access just a few minutes ago. Everything went smooth, and it says that I have premium access for a month now.

I asked for a loan, and they let neg trust because they tought i do scam... But i didnt. I have proof.
That may be the case, but we don't accept users with negative trust. It's the first rule of the campaign: Users with negative trust are not allowed to participate in this campaign Sorry, but I cannot accept you. Are you sure he has negative trust? He is showing as neutral to me I'll send him a PM in a moment seeing if he is still interested in joining the campaign then. On another note, payments for April 11th have just been sent out.
