Mala napomena - nema "poreza na zlato" u Hrvatskoj. Sa obzirom da je Bitcoin ubacen u isti kos sa dionicama (sto je naravno glupost), mislim da bi ipak trebalo provjeriti hoce li takve stvari ici u zastaru nakon 6 godina. Recimo da je netko bio placen za svoj rad u dionici neke firme, drzao je tu dionicu vise od 6 godina, prodao ju i ostvario profit. Nekako mi bas i nema logike da nece platiti porez jer je ostvario kapitalnu dobit, sto je ista stvar kao da je prodao kripto koji je zaradio prije 6 godina.
Iskreno, nemam pojma na koji način se se oporezuje kapitalna dobit na dionice, međutim, dionice i crypto valute se koliko ja znam ne gledaju kao ista stvar. Konkretno, kupiš bitcoin, držiš ga 2 godine, prodaš i zaradiš "na većoj cijeni", ne plaćaš porez na kapitalnu dobit. Porez ne postoji u ovom slučaju. Sve unutar 2 godine - plaćaš porez na kapitalnu dobit ako je ima. Ako bitcoin "zaradiš", moraš napraviti tu nekakvu "konverziju" btc u kune po "nekoj srednjoj cijeni definiranoj na kojekakvim exchange-ima", zatim plaćaš sve moguće i nemoguće poreze i ostale namete (zdravstveno, mirovinsko itd.) na tu zaradu neovisno da li ćeš bitcoin mijenjati u kune ili ga holdati. U slučaju holdanja, neovisno o već plaćenom porezu, u slučaju da unutar te 2 godine cijena bitcoina poraste i odlučiš se prodati ga po većoj cijeni, plaćaš porez na kapitalnu dobit. Ako ga držiš duže - ne plaćaš ništa, oslobođen si poreza na kapitalnu dobit. Nakon 6 godina, ako piše u zakonu da ide u zastaru - onda ide zastara, tu nema rasprave više. Piše lijepo u zakonu  |

A što se tiče drugog, dobar prijedlog, svatko može predložiti i druge korisnike i njihove postove, ne mora samo svoje.
Vidim da su se neki koje sam htio predložiti već javili (@rikafip htio sam predložiti trust temu neovisno što je prijevod i @dkbit98 onu temu za arhiviranje), no dobro, da ne duljim, jedan za btc jedan za shitcoine: Cryptofrka za analize u ovoj temi, zapravo ne znam koji bih post predložio pa da ne biram. Slackovic za  postove u ovoj i ovoj temi ( doduše, ima i po drugim temama dobrih postova...) Ako može ovako? |

The point is people should be able to speak without being attacked.
First of all, if you don't have the balls to attack someone with your main account, then don't make the post. You look like a big pussy and need to crawl back in your hole and hide. That's basically what you're doing by making the post anyways. Hiding behind the new account thinking, "if i post this with my main account, i'll be attacked" is total bullshit.[...]
I ask that the community not respond to any accusation such as this unless a person posts from their main account.

This speculation is just that... speculation and I doubt it's going to change until there's a new release. Of course this is my personal opinion so feel free to disagree. As I've mentioned in multiple occasions, nobody is hiding the fact that there's been delays.
Excuse me, but how is investor complaining that you didn't deliver something which you supposed to deliver in 2017/2018 (2 years ago) speculation? I find it pretty silly to call the site a scam while things are being worked on. Right now it feels more like pressuring the site to rush out a release just for the sake of it.
So you invest in something and they say they will do something in 2017., you complain in 2020. that they still didn't do it, and you call that a silly accusation, pressuring someone  Yes, I believe it's silly to accuse of being a scam when a response has been given about how the things that the complaint is about are being worked on. Scam would be if there was no effort being put into anything and everything is simply being left as it is. Then again, maybe my definition of a scam is different than yours. This sound like very bad excuse. Why bitdice didn't add games to site when they said they will? They ran ICO, took money, so what happened to games then? |

Now they didn't complete most of their promises and site looks and works same as it was before ICO Ok, looking at roadmap picture, they said they will have these games available in 2017/2018., games should have attracted new players and I suppose that is one of the main reasons to invest in gambling site, if they still didn't release them then they lied to investors, tricked them to invest and scammed them. Why is this in reputation? |

Yes, I saw that[...] PM7 "saw" that quickseller merited that thread, and it is really stupid situation, I should now take this as " PM7 saw quickseller did something" and say " OK, you saw QS did something" Well, no, PM7 didn't really address accusation post from page number 3: BTW, I always had an inkling you two were one and the same as you just start to see these things when you spend so much time on the board, but it was all but confirmed for me when I noticed both you and QS reporting posts with the exact same phrasing. The odds of that happening between two random people is very rare and obviously not something someone else can mimic.
I have found only this reply on page number 5: I have reported many posts, without the expectation of any kind of recognition or reward (unlike some other people who brag about their report count), and for no reason other than to make the forum better and cleaner. I however will no longer be reporting posts as this has been ‘rewarded’ with information from this activity being used in a witch hunt. I would recommend others do the same if the official stance on disclosing this information is too bad, we have the right to disclose it when we wish. I don’t think many other people would feel this kind of disclosure is appropriate.
