Can anything be done about all the empty tables in the lobby? Looking at PLO there are currently 7 empty tables at 50 PLO, 4 at 100 PLO and 8 at 200 PLO, this is for 6max and there are 9 handed empty tables as well.
To whom it may concern
open client and go to >Hold'em >No Limit > Micro there you will see so many tables and all with zero players. how can we get rid of those tables. to much scrolling for nothing.
hey guys / sorry about that but ST6 is testing some stuff and needs to leave 'em up for a bit longer for testing IMO sort by players at tables. 529 tables for 270 online users xD def looks bad

Scamming people is not nice work but I will assume you don't mean it like that. Few pages ago, there was a 270 BTC transaction that was connected with 1 of the tiny withdrawals. I did not verify it though. And just quickly assumed that this 270 BTC is at least the minimum they got.

Well in one of the first few pages of this topic you can see that the site (design-style, all the code and copy-writing-style) was an exact copy of a previous ponzi called PokerByProxy. So the ponzi owner just keep using that software for many ponzi's, doesn't take too much trouble I guess.
All the trouble was reading a bit about arbitrage and making a fake report of it every day. For let's say 300+ BTC in 3 months, that's not much time/energy.

I am still not convinced about the PHCoin and concept. But as a webdeveloper with some design knowledge, I just wanna say that #2 and even #3 look way better than #1

Yeh a decent spammer will just create a new account in seconds. So it basically just affects us normal players. I think back to an hour again should be ok or perhaps message limit bit higher or smth. Or ideally just set message limit bit higher for people who don't have newbiechat (average real annoying spammers are new accounts.)

benjamin07, I think you misunderstand the concept of bitcoins.
Bitcoin is a decentralized and trustless currency. This means you don't have to trust your bank or government to take care of your money. You can keep your money all by yourself. Obviously in this situation you do have to trust yourself to make wise decisions with it.
"Trusting" your money with a pretty obvious ponzi is 100% the opposite of what you are supposed to do with bitcoins. YOUR mistake, not a mistake in the protocol.
But I agree we might need to educate users more. I tried my best in this topic since the beginning, but people seem to be very ignorant when greedy and blind of the possibility of making money.
I also agree that bitcoins, at least in the current form, are not for everyone. I would not recommend my mother, who barely can use computers, to use (large sums of) bitcoins, indeed also for security reasons. Would be great to think about solutions for that. Blacklisting, reversing payments, etc are not the solution though. And I am pretty sure that my mother wouldn't "invest" money in a pretty obvious ponzi like this, so that's even a different issue compared to hackers/viruses/etc. (or IMO not a very big issue at all, many ponzi sites accept usd too, not related to bitcoin)

So there is this stranger with a mask on (completely anonymous) in the alley. "Pss hey you, give me some dollars, I will use it to trade and give you 1-10% profit every day. I got this office in Geneve with 10 employees."
Will you give money, yes or no? And, if that turns out to be a scam, will you blame "the dollar" or yourself for making a terrible decision?

Yeh, not sure what it means.
Anyway, bid: 0.65 btc
(I can't afford a coin for an account :p)

SWC -Mastodon is the impersonator > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=332354 Click "Report to admin" if you got a PM from him. It is allowed to trade accounts, but Seals doesn't really acknowledge it. This means that right after the sell, the account is considered joint ownership. You should make a pattern of logging in for at least 30 days. This way they can see you are the new owner and not Mastodon. In this 30 days you must make sure that your bought account Mastodon doesn't play any game at the same time as Mastodon's new account. Otherwise this can be considered cheating since Mastodon will be still consider as partial owner of that account. Read more about that here: http://grindabit.com/index.php/topic,693.0.html

BTW. Even though this turned out to be a scam for many. My Netflix code is still working after 3+ months. Sure, it can be cancelled any moment, but so far I enjoyed my subscription was obviously a gamble from the start.

edit: why can't I see now on the left the red trust? I can only see it when I enter my profile
Only some forums show it, like marketplace forums.

So you will accept without any confirmation? Sounds risky for you.
