we need like 2 factor authentication
I made a 2FA mod for this forum, but still waiting for other people to check my code: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=364307.msg7733979#msg7733979 If anyone can check it out, would be appreciated ! And perhaps we would have 2FA soon then.

Yes, that name exists. Gotta email them for password recovery (expect some serious questions / validation methods.) GL.

For those searching for that coupon, its through the link:

https://www.buytrezor.com/?a=opensourcematters89 (so code: opensourcematters89)

It only shows in the cart.

After the change, we were amazed by the strength of the feedback showing that you all really do care about open source philosophy.

That’s why we have decided to revert the license change.

Nice Smiley

Ledger doesn't publish any source at all, at least the Trezor source is still available for audit. I don't agree with their decision but to consider Ledger all of the sudden better now, seems silly.
1126  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [ESHOP launched] Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: January 29, 2015, 04:30:09 PM
I don't know much about it, but a license that doesn't allow commercial usage only would make more sense to me.
1127  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Dice House Bank Investment Comparison Table: Now with 25% Scam Rate! on: January 24, 2015, 12:24:46 AM
I am wondering what amounts you use to calculate "Bank turnover" (and therefor "Expected annual return".) I mean BitDice's BR has 2 big investors on 10x kelly. Their virtual bankroll is 4340. The 1 BTC investor's share is 1/4340 not 1/960. So I am not sure if you use 960 or 4340. It looks like 960 though, which would give x4.5 higher wrong results than the real expected results. With DiceNow it's the same.
Time to re-read what I said.

Although I removed my investment at BD because I cannot put my own kelly, their math does work out imo.

Their profit is even closer to expected than any other site:

Profit: 870.8 BTC
EV: 873.2 BTC
Profit/EV: 99.7%

I have 2 (obviously new and sealed) white Trezors for sale here in the PH. $99 (Stamp price) each including local shipping with LBC or Air21. That's a decent discount and with local shipping you should get it in a few days (+ no troubles with any customs.) PM me if interested.
1131  Other / Meta / Re: My old Account is now the MOST UNTRUSTED account on the forums! on: January 13, 2015, 10:58:20 AM
So I guess with the falling BTC price you can finally pay him back all his money soon. That's actually good news.
1132  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rolldice.io -The first provably fair for Investors and Players Bitcoin dice game on: January 12, 2015, 09:32:51 AM

We have developed a specific solution to this issue : a stand-alone roll server, to be deployed on a machine managed by large investors, or an highly trusted third party.
Would there be a risk of that trusted party to take advantage of the seeds?
I assume so since there seems to be only 1 "server seed".

We had some kind of discussion about "provably fair for investors" before, and I do agree that only "an audit method" (not really provably fair) is realistic at this moment (for a quick game like dice.) In "my method" I assumed the dice site AND audit server would generate a seed (see here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=774458.msg9147921#msg9147921 ) So in that situation both the dice site and "auditors" would need to collude and cheat together. Also great against hackers, would need to hack both servers to cheat with the seeds.
1133  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceSites.com - List of dice sites w/ statistics, graphs & verifiers on: January 12, 2015, 12:40:13 AM
I must say ireally like the idea behind this website  Tongue
Note: It does not seem to be updating properly the past few days.
Thanks.

Yeh the "total" statistics are still updating every 15 minutes automatic.

But I am having some problems with the historic data (graphs and top 10) Basically I am triggering that update manually, so that is a bit off time to time. I am looking for a permanent fix Smiley
1134  Economy / Gambling / Re: PocketRocketsCasino.eu - NEW UPDATE, NEW YEAR PRIZES, largest dice invest site on: January 08, 2015, 08:15:21 AM
https://pocketrocketscasino.eu working fine here.
1135  Economy / Gambling / Re: noxxraffle | The Coin is Real | Play Today! on: January 07, 2015, 12:18:45 PM
No website (not automated). Not provably fair. And a house edge of 16.6% (?!) Ehhh.. is this a joke?

Sorry to say, but within the bitcoin community those things aren't really accepted, I highly doubt you will get players this way.

Using marcotheminer as escrow is fine though and donating some to charities is obviously good. But this is not going to work this way.
1136  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | The Most Popular Bitcoin Game | 1% Edge | Active Chat | Free BTC on: December 23, 2014, 07:03:14 AM
He was "only" able to withdraw 40 coins. I am personally still curious for the technical details. Stunna said he will still share that info later.
1137  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceSites.com - List of dice sites w/ statistics, graphs & verifiers on: December 22, 2014, 11:04:14 AM
Thanks all. I am still planning to add more sites and features. Just don't have that much time lately with the holidays Smiley

The current sites should be all updated automatically every 15 minutes though, so site is still okay Smiley
1138  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cashout BTC to thai bank account on: December 14, 2014, 04:51:29 PM
Maybe https://coins.co.th I have used their Filipino service before and worked fine.
1139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : now with added CLAMs : Play or Invest on: December 14, 2014, 03:19:32 AM
Just-Dice.com number 2 in "most invested dice sites" Tongue But I guess it's ok since it is still much less than a JD BTC site Tongue

1140  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitDice.me 1%, >1000฿ INVESTED. >41฿ MAX PROFIT. OPEN SINCE FEB 2014. on: December 14, 2014, 02:37:22 AM
I understand very well that the site earns only 1% compared to PD and therefor the affiliate earnings will be also around 100x less than PD. Even if BitDice would give all house profits it will be 10 till 20 times less.

Still I would personally prefer "something" (even if it's 100x less than PD so 10-20% of house commission) than nothing. I referred 170 people in the last 40 days to the .me sites. Now while this might have been only a few new players that really wagered money, still for me it would be satisfying to at least see some affiliate commission on it Wink (more on principle than the actual profits I guess) Obviously either way, I will keep my website the same so I am not "demanding" it, just asking hehe Tongue PRC (also invest-model) also has an affiliate program, so it must be possible.
