Yeah If I did not sell a single coin I would have more then I have, but I got a lot my way with no stress. yeah im selling a bit. i had hoped to wait till the new year as then we will have a nice federal tax credit for that year because we will have a 6 kw (maybe 12, we are debating) solar system put in and it will offset offset the taxes from selling any decent amount of coin. but this price is too good to pass up cashing in a bit. lol i sell 90% of the BTC i mine from 600 all the way to 10k lol yeah i left a ton of mony on the table probbaly millions but I put it all back into my farm or to pay electricity bills which is all a good tax deduction by the time btc hits 100k I wont care sicne ill be mining close to 1 BTC a week |

Nivida 1070 and higer get more profit mining zcash and equhash than mining etherum even dual mining
although with the spike i. dcr price im not so sure.
I have all my 1070 and 1080 tis pointed to btg and im making around .45 btg a day
I think the price right now is low for its scarcity
just lastvweek it was trading at $120 ish now its near 400 i expect a spike at some point
to 800 or so if all other alts keep rising with btc
so mine and hold i think is the strat on this one

If you dont use X11 algorithm, you can connect up to 5 Baikal X10 miner.
When you have received your miner, connect it to the PSU and delete all of the default pools.
Then you can connect up to 5 miners on a PSU.
I will never use X11, so it is ok for me.

On First Day of MainChain launch itself BTG Dev has alerted about centralization on one of the pool, which is not fair for any one who interests in BTG. Miners has to understand and shift there Hashes to other best pools (not biased, next best available pool BTGpool.pro as of now..). It fair for everyone who is spending on resources like Time, Hardware and Power should not be wasted un-economically!!
Dont like supernova either, constantly logs me out, never get notifications when rigs are down and my hashrate is always lower on the node that it should be, I have 10 rigs of 1070s mixed with 1080tis , i should be at 28k sols but pool consistently show 25k sols If ethpool or another pool starts a btg pool , Im out |

Hi guys, I need a little advice
I flashed my Vega 56 to 64 and applied the 1050hbm reg file.
I tried changing the GPU core and voltage in overdrive.
I can’t find any config that keeps it stable. My mem is stable but I can’t get the core to stabilize.
My most stable was 1480/980mv for core and 1080/900mv for hbm.
There are 2 indicators that make me believe that my gpu is not stable.
1. The lights near the 8 pins are flashing every few seconds.
2. In GPUz at sensor page when you look at the core clock graph it keeps fluctuating.
At every fluctuation Hashrate instantly drops to 1400-1600 and comes back to 1800+
It seems that I need to mod the SOC clock to be higher than 1107 but I can’t seem to mod the reg files.

Im at a lost with this D1800 board, i cant get it to post for the life of me, ive tried 2 different ram sticks, 5 different GPU's... just nothing... gonna file claim to get my money back, the seller has not responded to my messages in over a week.

try redo the sata and molex connections with dedicated cables - you should have 4 sata and 2 perifs on your ATX PSU do you hear a beep upon power on? I get zero sound on powerup, just gpu lights/spins up and cpu fans start turning no noise my guess is it is a shorted board. not that you did it. but it may have been a return. If you put the molex in upside down the board shorts. been there done that. once the board shorts if you wire it correctly it then does exactly what you describe. my second board I wired correctly and it is running 2 1080 ti's and 2 1070's What do you think about the RAM? it just seems so loose in the connection....did you have issues with installing the RAM? Also this was my first time inserting anything into it, i made sure the molex was installed correctly on each slot, so i have no clue how it became shorted at all. That D1800 uses DDR3 Sodimm memory.... pls double check one last time... I got 10 odna's the b250's just arrived. As for the d1800 ddr3 is good not ddr4 Storx if you want to mail it to me in NJ I could try it out I owe 1 board with ram and cpu to one person -------- please pm me I will ship with an upgrade as I delayed you I have to replace a doa board 1 + I have a buyer for 5 so 6 to the same guy please pm me the other 3 I am keeping I have 50 hours work to do in the next 24 not going to do it all. Ive used these cases, but the ones that are $100-110. This one it looks like they just removed the front fand and added a crossbar to screw the gpu edge to..... idk if its worth the extrs $ because I can make my own bracket... but YMMV. yeah it does not even come with fans smh |

If you were just starting to build a rig, I would suggest that you should start atleast with 4Gb cards for DAG size consideration. It is projected to increase by mid 2018 so 3Gb cards will be useless, atleast for ethereum. I don't know exactly the ROI for 1060/3g but it is much cheaper by 50$ compared to1060/6G. And if you are techie and lots of spare time, you may want the 580/570. You can lower the electricity consumption by modding the Gapau BIOS. If you just want something like plug and play, go for the 1060.

Easy man, just bought the server PSU from ebay for $ 50 -70
And add there with your solderer as many connectors as required
This ^^ Could do 6 with a single server PSU. More than 6 possible if you get the 1500W psus. Youre better off bitting the bulllet an buying a 1600 watt evga, plug and play , it easily has enough connectors for 6 vega cards, I buy some server psus as a bridge sometimes for my 1000 watt psus to provide juice to some of the gpus and make the 1000 watt supplies less taxed, but I promisie you its much easier and simpler to power an atx board off an atx psu. bunch of my 8 card rigs are stupidly unstable using server psus as sometimes when a rig reboots or dies since the gpu still is reciving full power from the server psu it never shuts down from the error vegas are far more stable than modded rx cards so thigh might be a non issue |

Good power reserve. I like it. But I prefer more GPUs in the rig. The troubles of running 6+ Vega seems resolved soon. But we still wait nonreference models of Vega56. Manufacturers promissed nonref Vega in October but now the end of NOVEMBER and we see nothing ref vega will always be best for mining in a farm since you can better control the direction of the heat |
