note since r3wt is no longer the developer of this coin --- i am unloading the few I own

I am not sure why r3wt gave up the coin I think it was well built and had some good long term potential in a sea where very few alt sha 256 d coins have any potential at all........his reasons may be buried in posts above I just found out about it though.

It was his coin so he had every right to run it as he chose and if turning it over to others to run it was his choice I wish him well.

A true ninja launch , first I heard about it..... ----------edit ---- someone must have heard about it since total merged network hash rate & difficulty somewhat lower no doubt as people are switching to solo mine Electron !!

and then there were FIVE............

Within 6-10 hours difficulty will adjust to level of the other coins ( my guess after a quick peek at the source) ....

then everyone can mine 5 coins at the same time !!

Ive gotten stake 3 times from the ten latium I got from their website and one referral lol none from this coin well after 36h

in plain english it means the stake is 'unfairly weighed' so don't expect much ,

normally before i mine any coin since I am a developer myself I look over the source , just check it out, when I compile the wallet

when I did this one, i was doing a few other things, and figured i'd throw some sha hash at it,

i don't have enough sha 256 d hash to mine bitcoin really so i have a few other i mine on and off,

figured this looked like one to try for a day or two

when i finally got round to looking at the code i thought, ok , no thanks..........

I have 2 new clients running on testnet over a week, tweaking the future of cinnamon coin, the network has actually been running really well on proof of stake only and keeping up decent trade volume on coins e the past few weeks. Sorry no proof of work coins now but I am a developer who works on things carefully and this project is still young only born last September, I don't want to rush out a fix, fork the coin and kick everyone off the network and have another issue in 6 months. thanks for your patience.

And yes as someone mentioned to me in a pm I am the developer of Photon the blake 256 merme mined coin and spending time on that project also but this coin was launched 5 months before photon.

there is no conflict of interest and I have enough time to keep these and the other coins I am involved with running .....

If tests go well I will release something in the next week......

it builds, i have several nodes running and have since the coin was launched including the one running the Photon block crawler

follow the directions for building blake coin daemon in linux on blake coin page 2 or 3 in this forum

this merge corrected my leaving out the level db make file in the original commit

so if giving means just helping out with some coding or promotion or input when we have something of value......
