The dashboard is a good idea, but can we change the coin from ETC to ETH ? for the pplns pps question, I recommend pplns. Less fee = more for you. Luck, over time, with a good pool operator, averages out. I find coinotron to be a good pool. better than dwarfpool and f2pool thats 100% sure. i did not compare to ethpool with pplns, but i cant even connect due to the infamous 4444 port isp block i have.

yeah I find some 470s can have reported core temp quite low, but vrms will be pretty hot. for example I had 55c core, so i put the fan pretty low, but vrms were almost 100c...this is due to bad cooling design IMO. wolf made a great post about something related to this. I actually ordered 1 xfx 480 4g today just to check it out, looks like the vrms and memory is actually cooled.

VRM'S are rated pretty high, IMO if you see 80-85c there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

I'm getting 620w for 4 470s at the wall, includes all the system and 2 120mm fans at max rpm. 105mhs + 2100 dcr, like 520dcr per card. If I drop it down to low dcr intensity it drops down by almost 40-60w. My voltages are a little high, but this is rock solid stability. 0.92-0.93v. Had 0.88v but some issues every 48hrs, especially when claymores rig does the ETH fee, pool disconnects, etc. So its very possible to get sub 500w for the whole system.

jesus christ, even in the old ages its a myth people thought it was flat. people had the same mental capacity as now pretty much, How do you know, where you there? well for example, Eratosthenes in about 200BC calculated the size of the earth, the tilt axis of the earth, etc.

the VRM's get really hot on aftermarket cards...I'd say 60% minimum fan is good. on watt tool you can see the vrm temps.

How to use patched atikmdag.sys ? I flashed moded bios, than installed previous driver to match atikmdag.sys and graphics cards "disappeared" for driver.
Edit: Updated from 16.8.2 to 16.9.2 and it works, but can't adjust power limit in watmann and increasing mem clock doesn't do much of a good thing. I'm confused what is this patch for
new drivers do not require a patched atikmdag. Use msi afterburner or something else, or watttool, I find wattman really buggy sometimes, but some people can use it without problem.
