remove paste with rubbing alcohol, like 99% kind or something like that.  best is microfiber cloth.  Only put a pea size amount of thermal paste in the middle.  You cant really mess this up except if you put too much thermal paste and it leaks on the side.  if the paste is conducting then you can damage the card.  In any case, I highly suggest to watch some youtube videos to see people doing it first !  Good luck and have fun.

Too much time has passed. The guy is already dead and Nicehash did it.

hahahahahahahahah that would not surprise me at all....
983  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Diff contest Aug 9 to Aug?.Prize a black sealed Trezor wallet. Picks are closed. on: August 28, 2017, 01:36:13 PM
ok, thanks for the effort.  With the number of people participating, I suppose you could also make the picks x10, I mean instead of 1.1% to 1.2%, its 1% to 2%, so one full % per pick ?

Good job guys, we need more of those infographics.  Maybe more serious looking business style ones.  We also need to pool our efforts together soon to get the coin on other exchanges.  In a few more airdrops, we could get the coin on cryptopia, that would be something great.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 28, 2017, 01:26:19 PM
All this talk of dumping.  Liquidity is quite low for SIGT unless we get more exchanges.  so if the price keeps dropping...it will trigger some dumps, which will trigger some bigger dumps, which in turn, will trigger more.  flash crash warning.  I dont see the problem though.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.8 (Windows/Linux) on: August 28, 2017, 01:23:20 PM
From reading the discussions here, W0lf you could release a paid nix build on usb, with tools built in, plug and play form for miners.  Would be more interesting than what there is for AMD miners at the moment.

Thanks, Got the airdrop, 429 coins.  I know for some the rules are hard.  I got blacklisted last round.  But if you do everything, you will get your onions.  For the signature...you guys had 2 weeks now.

And bitcoin's price is up, up and away (hopefully). Im confused as to what Bitcoin cash...will do...arent we heading towards a hard fork ?  so 3 coins.  Where does that leave BCH ?
989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you dumped your BCC yet? on: August 24, 2017, 10:02:37 PM
I recently dumped it.  A hard fork incoming, who knows what that will do.  If it trends lower I may buy it back.  I wouldnt be suprised for it to go to 0.4, simply because I sold.  Life works like that after all.
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: August 24, 2017, 02:38:56 AM
Well I apologize If I do have my facts wrong, I have not researched this particular issue.  I thought the CWI miner could only mine on your pool ?  And yes locking a miner out of a specific pool is even worse.
991  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: The lagest Bitcoin mixer is about to stop working on: August 23, 2017, 07:49:03 PM
Well how about DeepOnion, the wallet is connected over TOR and your IP is hidden.  Sounds like a winner to me Smiley
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: August 23, 2017, 04:23:32 PM
Please stop pumping absolute shitcoins, we all know how it works.  buy a shitload under 1 sat, or mine when the coin is dead, then pump the coin through various means (hey thats you), then put some action in the markets (next step), then sell and dump.  Even if they dump at 3 sat that is still a huge profit I suppose.  that particular coin has been out for a while...Also having a closed miner to a single pool is going the wrong way, but you are free to do what you want I guess.  I'm not taking any sides here, just telling it like it is.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Fifth alt coin thread last four got too big. on: August 23, 2017, 04:20:51 PM
Claymore will release a new version with lbry mining with asm, so x2 performance I guess.  VEGA is a beast for dual mining I have heard.  Power usage is extremely high though, it needs to be underclocked and undervolted A LOT.  Have you tried with msi afterburner beta V 16 ?  on msi website its only v12 i think, you have to go on guru3d to get the v 16.

Hi everyone, so I've written an article on DeepOnion for all to see.  Nothing fancy, just pointing new users in the right direction Smiley

@Claymore First, I want to thank you for your great software. Second, I wanna know what is your opinion about miner not working on Win7 with Blockchain drivers? Is it a problem with drivers or in miner?

Try the procedure for installing the leaked unofficial driver fix.  By robinh00d (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2068446.0).  It worked for me.  If not, just upgrade to win10 Smiley
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INTENSE COIN - Blockchain backed decentralized VPN - Hybrid PoW on: August 22, 2017, 10:39:33 PM
Yeah I didnt realize confirms would take so long.  All is well, I can confirm payouts are ok.  the pending balance just doesnt mean anything....its not related to your immature coins.  From the blocks, I see the pool mines about 90% of all coins...I'd gpu solo mine, but someone should post a guide on how to do it with the wallet they gave us I dont have time to tinker with everything today.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡ [ANN] ⚡ DeepOnion TOR Integrated ⚡ No ICO 🚀 FREE Airdrops 🚀 6th of 40 Rounds on: August 22, 2017, 10:13:17 PM
Im not so sure about that 80% rule proposal.  Someone could unload all his onions, and if the price goes down (or if he makes the price go down), he then buys the onions lower and re-enters the airdrop.  He can do this every airdrop.  If the price doesnt go down, he doesnt buy back the onions.  I'd rather it stay 90% or ban but hey all opinions are welcome.  It would create trading activity and volatility though, which can be good for the coin.
998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.8 (Windows/Linux) on: August 22, 2017, 09:53:45 PM
@claymore You may want to install the unofficial fix, or use that procedure.  I got it to work finally but it was a pita.  for win7
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INTENSE COIN - Blockchain backed decentralized VPN - Hybrid PoW on: August 22, 2017, 06:52:11 PM
