Litecoin's Stars for the week ahead, May 4, 2013

'There's no business like show business...' So goes the song. And more of us are in showbiz than we realise. One way or another, we are all keeping up a pretence. We all have a bit of a front that we put on in the hope that this will give a particular impression to the rest of the watching world. There's no harm in this, nor need it be a problem when our true personalities turn out to be very different from the images we prefer to project. But it is a factor that you would be wise to make an allowance for this week.

Litecoin's Stars for Saturday, May 4, 2013

There are days when making a determined push is the right approach. But this is one of those days when doing nothing at all seemingly ends you up in the right place at the right time. Sod's law, but pleasant when it happens all the same. You are handling discreet information well now, attracting secrets from others without even appearing to ask. If you can't say precisely what you feel or think, you would rather stay silent.

Bitcoin's Stars for the week ahead, May 4, 2013

How powerful are you? What can you accomplish if you really try? Who will listen if you speak out? Don't be so sure that you know the answers to these questions. The planets now suggest that you are in the process of acquiring great strength. You should not even need to assert yourself dramatically or emphatically. A few well-chosen words in the right ear will do the trick. And if you just set off in the direction that feels most appropriate in your heart, you will magically complete your most important journey.

Litecoin's horoscope for Thursday 02 May, 2013

Let's discuss a hypothetical situation. You are a passenger in a vehicle. The driver is reversing round a tight difficult corner. You can see what they can't see, a wall very close to your side. So, should you keep quiet and be polite because you don't want to be a backseat driver? Or attempt a quick, gentle word like, 'You have noticed this, haven't you?' And if the wall does get hit and you have not said a word, whose fault would it be? OK. I will leave you to consider all that. It's an analogy that may prove helpful today!

Putting Hashking on your dartboard I can understand. But what's wrong with Maggie?   Cry

There was a coal mine and a steelworks in the town I grew up in until the early 1980s. Now there is no work and lots of heroin addicts.

Some of my people, here in Argentina, also could tell you some of what was wrong with her, but meh....

Though personally I feel that her causing the fall of the torturing/disparisido Argentinian military fascist junta of that time was a very beneficial side effect of defending the rights of auto-determination of the Falkland Islanders for choosing to not have to live under such despicable, corrupt invaders - which gov are even now one of the world's greatest incentives for bitcoin as they f-up their economy with endemic corruption & continue to rob their citizen's money as always.

Re: UK - I remember one had to join a many months long waiting list for the 'privilege' of maybe eventually getting a land line phone installed back in the '80s, even in central London, before Magie kicked some complacent arses in to actually even first hearing about the concept of customer service & open market competition.
1728  Economy / Auctions / Re: AUCTION - 30x 1BTC (Series1) Casascius coin on: May 01, 2013, 01:44:52 AM
It's how the auction has been set up, it's an endurance test, if he hadn't bid then someone else would have, OP loses out as most ppl with this much spare cash need to better allocate their time to other things like earning or spending it, but it's how it is...
1729  Economy / Auctions / Re: AUCTION - 30x 1BTC (Series1) Casascius coin on: April 30, 2013, 11:49:31 PM
Anyone who is interested in bidding is going to be following this over the next half an hour for sure, do them all a great favor & change it to after 01:00 then bids extend the auction for 5 minutes (or 2 mins), most ppl have better things to do & you will actually get a higher price as ppl won't just say FI & bail.

100% agree. But it's a little late for that considering all the people who won't be back for an hour now.

That's why I sugested 01:00 GMT/UTC which is in 1 hr 10 mins, everyone who is interested in bidding will see the change.

btw, extending for  1 hr is excessive imo, if someone is interested in bidding 5 or max 10 minutes is plenty, better still 2 mins as Casascius successful auctions or it could drag out for ever & many ppl aren't going to devote that much time to checking it every hour I expect if it gets bumped by last min bids.

Sleep for 7 hours, it may be still going strong if ppl snipe every hr after 24:00 UTC.

To me Crypts links more to an underground burial place like under a church than to Crypto coins, also it sounds too like the gang name Crips for my liking.

Bitcoin's Horoscope for week of May 2, 2013

http://www.freewillastrology.com/horoscopes/tarot_cards/tarot27.jpg   Nairobi is Kenya's capital and home of over three million urbanites. A few minutes' drive from the city center, there's a 45-square-mile national park teeming with wildlife. Against a backdrop of skyscrapers, rhinos and giraffes graze. Lions and cheetahs pounce. Wildebeests roam and hyenas skulk. I suggest you borrow the spirit of that arrangement and invoke it in your own life. In other words, be highly civilized and smartly sophisticated part of the time; be wild and free the rest of the time. And be ready to go back and forth between the two modes with grace and ease.

He also removed the dates from the last four or so results & 'send money by' entry address so as to try and catch any newbies who may stumble unawares upon his site, he's quite pathetic really.

I'm sure that you won't buy best not to handle these without wearing cotton gloves or something similar as once brass gets touched by hand it can tarnish quite badly in time, if you don't have gloves then either don't touch them or if you must then only by holding the edges, please to excuse if this is all obvious anyway already.
