Most of the largest companies using Bitcoin are listed on major stock exchanges, but I don't think there's a strong connection between the stock price and Bitcoin markets - except maybe in the case of Overstock.

Generally it's a bad thing if something like that happens, but it looks like most economies are more stable now (except Argentina and a few others)

NYSE Bitcoin index certainly adds to the reputation of Bitcoin, but there are a few important events waiting to happen:

-Solution for block size
-Final version of BitLicense
-Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust (ETF) / Gemini
-Last USMS auction

I find it notable, because this is a positive Bitcoin news article published by the Russian state-owned news corporation, just after they lifted the ban on bitcoin-related websites. They didn't report most good news about Bitcoin for a while.

The UK government is actively researching Bitcoin and has very easy regulations compared to most countries.

They are taking a slice of your fiat money if you decide to convert your gains to GBP.

Sure it doesn't pay much, but after a year and with this low BTC price, you could store a decent amount. Then let's say BTC goes back to 1K and beyond on 2017.
Would you report those gains? how would you do it? If you don't do it, how do you avoid revealing your total BTC stack when you buy something BTC/exchange the BTC for fiat to buy some stuff?
What is your plan with this?

I'm spending these coins so I don't need to touch other wallets to make small purchases.
