881  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Neteller to Bitcoin Exchangers on: October 16, 2015, 03:09:12 AM
Isn't netteller allowing you to exclusively buy bitcoin from them? I heard this over the beginning of the summer. I opened an account with them but didn't go into it any further as I didn't have any funds to complete a transaction.

Neteller has no Bitcoin cashout option at all. We are the only merchant in the world that offers this service.
Then what was it that Netteller allowed to do with bitcoin? Deposit only? What use is that if can not exchange then cashout? Just a place to hold bitcoin, that is what a wallet does.  Cheesy

Yes you can still sell your Bitcoin to them. then you can use the funds to deposit to webservices. Neteller is a eWallet that is used to deposit to certain stores and services.

How long does it take for the sell process, if one wants to sell Bitcoins and receive Neteller? Is the process automated? And do traders have to provide their ID and stuff?

I know a few people who might be interested in this as they gamble at some sites which doesn't accept Bitcoin yet but they do accept Neteller and other similar e-wallet services. And what these people do now is go to LBC and search for traders but if there is a better/easier way they might just opt for it.

You can sell 1000€ each day withou verifying your account. Its partially automated and only needs one human click per transaction (for safety reasons, will be automated fully soon). Process takes on average 20 minutes including waitng for the BTC confs.

Its an excellent rate too.

PS: check out our tellafriend system to earn some bucks of those guys Wink

Will do. Thanks Smiley

883  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] QUICK MONEY -- YOUR GUIDE TO GAINING BITCOIN QUICKLY on: October 14, 2015, 01:49:56 AM
It's an interesting concept... The concept he gives to double your bitcoins is not a "guaranteed" way by any means necessary.  The content is roughly 3.25 pages long and tells you his concept of a way to have a higher percentage chance of winning at satoshimines.com .  If you don't prefer to gamble, then this ebook might not be for you.

Thanks for the review, it would help people who don't use their common sense. I hope they realize that there is no guaranteed way of doubling your money, if there was, OP would not be here trying to sell it for 0.01 but instead use his own method and keep doubling his own money. To me these sort of guides are nothing short of a Con.
884  Economy / Gambling / Re: The best bitcoin roulette game on: October 14, 2015, 01:42:07 AM
I play European Roulette and I used to play at CoinRoyale at one point and it was good but then they changed somethings and it isn't the same anymore and now I play at BitStarz, although very rarely due to shortage of time. The game provider is afaik SoftSwiss and I do get a bonus every now and then from Casino but I usually prefer playing with my own money with no wagering requirements and their interface is really good.
885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best sports betting sites on: October 13, 2015, 12:10:46 AM
DirectBet.eu would be my first choice too but since it's an on-chain betting site, you'd have to get use to how to make use of live bet by sending in your bets in advance with impossible odds and confirming then when you see the opportunity and with the recent attacks on blockchain it's better to place your bets in advance. But they have auto instant withdrawals and which is one thing I love the most about them.

Apart from that I really Jetwin.ps 's interface, it looks really attractive but for Cricket they only offer one line for betting whereas DirectBet offers a lot more lines to bet on.
886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Paradox # 1 on: October 12, 2015, 11:59:13 PM
As far as usage of Bitcoin is, I think it's pretty easy for the modern kids as they're already use to a lot of tech, it might be a bit difficult for the older kids but they can also understand it, if they make an effort. It's a new technology and it takes time, Email, was pretty hard to use for some people at the start but now almost everyone uses it. What I think is a little difficult right now is buying/selling of bitcoin, with all the scam going on one has to be really careful when buying/selling but new people don't realize this and usually are the ones getting scammed and that's the only area of my concern about Bitcoin right now.
887  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Email from bitcoingiveaway on: October 12, 2015, 11:51:36 PM
When you receive these kind of emails you should check the email that came from.
In this case it is varify.blockchain.info [at]gmail.com which means it is totally fake.
If they were real they could do verify@blockchain.info in this case, ignore it and stay safe.

I have seen hackers able to send fake emails with addresses looking as if they came from the original source but even then one should remember that blockchain.info will never ask you to 'verify' your account or export your keys and paste it's content as reply. This is a very stupid attempt of phishing as you can clearly see that he used gmail to make a fake blockchain.info account email which is not hard to notice but there are ones which looks almost as real but OP never give away your address keys to anyone.
888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin was a worst decision of my life on: October 12, 2015, 11:44:40 PM
How many of you can admit that buying Bitcoin was a worst decision of your life? I can. I'm approximately -50% in fiat funds now.
Sooner or later some type of bank chain or coin will come and gain mass adoption - while bitcoin still remaining a geek coin
to buy weed.
I know this forum is more like a cult than a information channel what comes to honest opinions but I know there's others
on this forum who feel the same, almost all of us. Don't let your cult believer ego come in the way.

I absolutely don't think that it was a bad decision at all and I think you must have bought it because you saw the early adopters make some nice money and you thought this would be another get rich scheme and it didn't work out. For me it's a great new technology and being a part of it is a privilege, I have bought before and if my pocket allows me and I will buy again in future but I am not going to ask you to change your mind, it's your money, do whatever you wish to, like I am doing with mine. Who's right/wrong, the future will tell.
889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 11, 2015, 02:53:46 AM
South Africa is best choice for this match i think India will be failed again into this odi match like t20 matches so this good chance to get South Africa over 2 odds at the moment.

I think so too. I use to think that Indians were a better 20-20 side since they play a lot of 20-20 Matches in IPL league but SA proved me wrong and defeated them twice in a row and maybe would have defeated them in the 3rd 20-20 also, if the match was not abandoned by Rain. And after seeing their performance in that I don't think they stand a chance against SA in ODIs and I'd put my money on SA.

As far as other matches go, Ireland has a fair chance but Zimbabweans do have lot more experience in Cricket then them and I think they will win this match easily.
890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel about these situations on: October 11, 2015, 02:47:04 AM
1.Suppose you lose parley by 1 match
2.Suppose you earn little little Bitcoins by betting and make somehow 1 Bitcoin then lose it at just 1 match.
what will you do then try to recover your loss or just forget about it?

First of all, I wouldn't bet 1 Bitcoin on a Parlay, I don't think I'd even bet that much on a single Match even if I am 99% sure that the a team/player is going to win because sports even though looks as if it is easy to predict but unexpected events do happen and even the best of the players/teams have bad days where they just can't perform and lose to a not so worthy side.

I have lost several parlays like that, losing just one match but I don't chase losses because I only bet what I can afford to lose. And usually I just bet on single Matches now.
891  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: October 10, 2015, 02:04:16 AM
Nothing is safe, it only matters what you believe in, read more about Bitcoin, what's happening with it, is there a scope for it in future, do your research and then make your decision if you want to buy it or not, people buy gold everyday, I don't, maybe because I don't feel it's a safe investment, but I do buy Bitcoins and I think it's safe. But just because I feel that doesn't mean you should too, don't make your investment decisions based on what others tell you on the internet and let this thread/survey be only a part of your research.
892  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin wallet(s) setting for poker room withdrawal on: October 10, 2015, 01:43:32 AM
I m reading thru the Coinbase site but I can' t find the withdrawals methods (once I ve already exchanged Bitcoin to Eur or USD, I mean withdrawals methods like Skrill Nteller or bank account).

Do you know wich they offer?

AFAIK Coinbase only lets you withdraw money to your Bank account, if you want to sell your bitcoins and receive money to Skrill or Neteller then you'd have to use other exchanges like LocalBitcoins or sell here in the forum, but do remember that on LBC you wouldn't sell directly to the exchange, you will be selling to traders, the site just acts an escrow, so that you only release Bitcoins once you have received the money in your account. But I wouldn't recommend you trading with Skrill or Neteller due to the fact that a scammer may try to get charge-back after the deal is over, I don't know about Neteller but there have been instances where people have successfully charged-back Skrill.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: October 09, 2015, 02:34:58 AM
“Gambling is an act of faith of gamblers.”

There's a point when gambling turns from entertainment to addiction, very few people can tell the difference but preaching will not stop people from gambling OP. Every Cigarette pack is served with the warning that it is injurious to health, does that stops them? people smoke every day knowing that they might someday develop a cancer and die from it.

Let people make their own mistakes and hope that they learn from it.
894  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin wallet(s) setting for poker room withdrawal on: October 08, 2015, 03:23:04 AM
You can, you don't need to send to coinbase but do remember that when you deposit with Bitcoins to Neteller there are some restrictions as to what you can do with that money as oppose to when you deposit using your bank account.

Bitcoin deposits can be used immediately for transfers to NETELLER merchants or transfers to other members. Bitcoin deposits cannot be used for purchases or withdrawals using your Net+ card.

But I wouldn't recommend depositing directly from Poker room to Neteller, make sure to have atleast one wallet that you own in between, the reason for that is Neteller uses Bitpay to accept BTC and should you run into some trouble due to unforseen circumstances and your money is not credited you might need to provide proof that you yourself sended the BTC to bitpay and sending from an address from which you can sign a message might prove helpful in that situation.

896  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to make Cricket betting more profitable on: October 07, 2015, 02:13:42 AM
If you're so sure of your ability that you can predict the outcome of the game then only thing you need to do is start putting bigger bets, even if odds are low you can make good money by putting huge bets, that's all you can do really. Also, on almost all matches you'll see different bets, such as.. Top Player, First Dismissal, Most Sixes etc. And odds on those bets are usually better than the match odds so if you can predict those too put some money there.

There's also LIVE betting, which is done while the match is going on and sometimes you can catch great odds as they go up and down depending on the situation of the game, so maybe give that a shot but be ready as the window to put in the bets is quite small. Here DirectBet suggests how to take advantage of live betting by putting the bets in advance and confirming them when you see an opportunity.

But that's all, sports betting is as simple as it gets, predict the side which is going to win and put money on it, the larger the bet, the bigger the profit.
897  Economy / Gambling / Re: POKERSHIBES.EU - Longest-running & Friendliest Crypto Poker Site now accepts BTC on: October 07, 2015, 01:52:36 AM
Not Maverns Software again what that put me off straight away  Sad

What's wrong with Mavens?

I don't see anything wrong with Mavens software, I think it's the most easy to play with, fast to load and works on almost all browsers and I think many will say the same about it, so don't worry about your software.

It's good you started accepting BTC, although PokerSHIBES still sounds like a doge site but I don't think that will matter too much if you manage to gather a decent crowd who play on ring tables and not just freerolls and that's going to be the hardest part. I don't have much time on my hands these days, but I'll see if I can try it this weekend. All the best to you.
898  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB -> PokerStars $$$ -> Will send BTC +120% on: October 06, 2015, 03:05:15 AM
What scam? I said I will send first lol

It is advised to use ESCROW to avoid getting scammed.

At this point nobody is responding, im willing to try anything.

I can see that and your desperation but don't let scammers take advantage of this, I would advise you to not send first but rather use escrow so that you don't lose your coins.

Edit: NLNico is trusted, so you're safe there.
899  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: October 06, 2015, 02:58:25 AM
I find it difficult to understand how some people are choosing one or the other. That just doesn't sound smart to me. I currently have bank accounts in 3 different countries, and I think I've got 7 wallets with 3 different software clients to access them.
You shall not put all eggs in one basket...

Exactly, why not both?

Bitcoin isn't completely legal right now, it's in somewhat in grey area and until it reaches a legal status I don't think it's wise to go 'all in' on it, also a bank account has it other uses, for instance I do manage an account because my salary goes there and most of the shops online do not accept BTC yet and you need to have a credit/debit card to pay for those, so as I said until Bitcoin gets a legal status and becomes available to shop everywhere you need a bank account, for now at-least.

And even when it does you'd still need both, I don't think bitcoin will ever replace the fiat, I think with time both will get accepted.
