1761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: March 15, 2012, 08:26:56 PM
Coblee. If you're working on something can you at least let us know? I'm starting to think that litecoin has been abandoned.

I've been working on putting p2pool in the client, but I'm no longer sure if there's enough demand for that. Let me open this up. What do people think needs to be improved with Litecoin?

Well what possibilities have you looked into as far as merchants looking into accepting LTC for payment or maybe LTC merchant solutions?
1762  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitscalper back to business on: March 15, 2012, 02:37:09 AM
Guys,
I'm sorry things are taking this long. We are still trying to recover the lost withdrawals database table, and it seems there's no way to get it back. So we'll try to recover the whole accounting this way :  Please send an email to info@bitscalper.com with the amount you claim you had left to widthdraw, including a list of all your deposits to bitscalper, once we have figured out how much we owe to anyone we will proceed to reimbursements.  Anyhow we're back to business with a powerful new strategy and we'll update the website in the next few days.

And four days later you get "HACKED". LOL

Reaper is the death of litecoin. The trolls over at solidcoin did it intentionally, too. Meh, I'm still using two VPSs I'm renting for 100khash/s. It's fun to get 50 ltc a day Tongue

Litecoin doesnt have such a bad taste in people's mouths unlike Shitcoin.
1764  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [FREE COINS] 10 FREE BTC For users funding MtGox/Bitcoinica with Cash! on: March 15, 2012, 01:06:22 AM
Hopefully this will serve as a way to get some new people into the bitcoin game while introducing more people to our new cash deposit service Smiley.

FREE COINS! 1 FREE BTC for the next 10 users that complete a cash deposit through our company!

RULES:

  • Fund your MtGox / Bitcoinica account by making a CASH deposit at any of the 10,000 locations available int the US. Place your order here: https://www.aurumxchange.com/exchange.
  • You can deposit anything from $10 to $1,000 (our fee is currently the lowest @ 3.75%).
  • Once you have placed the order, post your order number here (Looks like E999999), the first three letters of your email address, and the bitcoin address where you want to receive your free coin!.
  • Go to the bank and pay for the order by following the instructions.

The first 10 users with paid orders will get 1 FREE BTC as soon as we receive confirmation by our provider that the payment has been made (usually within one hour from payment). If I am asleep, I will check all orders and paid chronologically the next day Smiley. Everybody will of course receive their MtGox / Bitcoinica funds in addition to the free coin! So if you make a small deposit, you will actually make money out of the deal Smiley.

Currently open to US residents only since we have no cash deposit options outside the US (YET). This is a race to see who pays first, so there is a chance that your payment will show up after the 10 users receiving the free Bitcoins have been paid for. Valid for orders placed after the timestamp of this post.

Good luck, and hurry up! Tongue

How is it free coins if people who use the service have to pay your fee?
1765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Magazine on: March 15, 2012, 12:52:21 AM
So is the magazine out yet. I was one of the first to order awhile ago. Should I be receiving it soon?

Hopefully its not another scam
1766  Economy / Speculation / Re: [ALERT] BitScalper Message on: March 15, 2012, 12:35:54 AM
Yet they proudly still show just how many bitcoin they "scalped". Creepy little thief.

They scalped all the scalpers!

Now that Reaper is in play, how feasible is it to have a self sustaining mine?

Good question!
1770  Economy / Speculation / Re: RALLY! on: March 14, 2012, 11:47:55 PM

I found out that google wallet is already being used. Check this link and type in your zip code to see nearby merchants that accept google wallet payments.

1772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did I do it right this Time, Analysis on: March 14, 2012, 11:02:48 PM
How about this set of technical analysis for sore eyes? can't you see PROFIT in there?

1773  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: March 14, 2012, 10:51:53 PM
Over the past three weeks or so it has been obvious to me at least that there have been multiple people posting as "Coinhunter". Varying writing styles, varying misspellings consistent with other users such as ViperJBM, speaking from an American perspective verses speaking from the usual Aussie perspective of CH, etc...

Some of the post are plain civil and are laid out in a logical thought process, something CH never was never able to do. In addition I've seen a couple of post that spew about the KWH/SC ratio being eco-friendly, something that was the obsession of Viper.

All of this started right about the time the now abandoned effort to pass Coinhunter and RealSolid off as two different people was launched.

Anyone else notice the "Multi-Coinhunters"

 Grin Grin Grin

~BCX~

You should just marry Realsolid(opposites attract?), clearly you have a huge crush on him by constantly posting about him in every other thread.

Wow I didn't thnk even CH would scrape that far into the bottom of the barrel in getting your support.

BCX, bro, just let it go already. Everyone knows SC is dying/dead and that CH is the biggest douche of all time.

We get it.  Cheesy

1775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Litecoin Development Club on: March 14, 2012, 10:30:20 PM
There are rumors of people GPU mining litecoins with fairly decent results. But they're keeping the miner under wraps  Huh

The source is not credible. I recommend ignoring it until evidence is offered.

looks like this is now a reality

The Harlequin Shrimp can not tolerate copper or high nitrates, and iodine levels must be correct and maintained to ensure proper molting.

So the manipulator has a thyroid problem.

OMFG this is funny but such a waste of space on this forum.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
