1261  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When will the market begin to grow again? Your thoughts :) on: July 24, 2017, 11:16:21 AM
I would say that the next big boom for bitcoin will be right after August 1. After everything settles down and the market opens again, bitcoin prices should skyrocket as people sell their altcoins and start to trade bitcoins again. This has already started in the past few days, but I sense another crash coming soon right before August 1. We will have to wait for some time before we can buy again at a low, but it should happen some time soon.
Bottom line - prices should rapidly increase after August 1 as people come back to the bitcoin trading market.
Your bottom line is 100% right after this August 1st the price will increase like a skyrocket. But I think we will not see one more price fall in next 9 days. There is a possibility but not sure because the price is already take off and I hope again it will not come down. Anyway, we have just a few more days let's see what happen.
Prices are already recovering back and after the execution of Segwit, will further take a ride to the sky.
Nothing can stop bitcoins to stand high than all other coins after August 1st. all those who stayed faithful to bitcoins in the darker time are going to enjoy the brighter time of the bitcoins.
Even those who sold bitcoins at low prices are buying them again to enjoy the implementation of the Segwit.
1262  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tell me the trading strategy. on: July 24, 2017, 09:02:03 AM
My biggest problem in trading is that I was too brave to buy altcoin at a high price, and because of that I often lost my btc, even once I lost 50% of my btc when I bought altcoin at a price far above ICO.

So please give me feedback on this, what should I do?

Choosing altcoin is not easy. A little direction from me, choose altcoin which is obviously its credibility. Look at the community where they discuss the coins you will buy, because there will usually be updates when the coin will dump and will pump.

See if it is in coinmarketcap. Then look at its supply, find a suitable price for your buy order.
Sincere piece of advice though. I will give the same advice for trading with altcoins. It’s wise to study any coin you want to buy. Check in detail its current status in the crypto market, the expected pump or dump in its values. Considering risks of trading with that particular coin can save you from huge loss. I will personally suggest you trading in bitcoins than in altcoins.
1263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain on: July 23, 2017, 10:04:59 PM
I have been following this project for quite  a few weeks now and realize it is one of the best project in the current quarter of the year. I dont see any other project recently which is more promising and trust worthy than this Dimcoin. Great work by the Mods i must say.
Yes, I am too keenly following Dimcoin once I read their whitepaper. The concepts which are based on equity really attracts me as I am looking for such management along with blockchain efficiency for longer time. That is the reason I am too believing this project will find grand success to establish similar to other big coins in more quick time itself.
1264  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 23, 2017, 08:48:51 PM
It's never late to buy bitcoin, the vital thing is that finding the correct and cheap point to collect them. As long you be patient, you'll benefit from bitcoin.
No bro it will rise after 1 August as the statistic and charts are showing in a market. The implementation which is helding by bitcoin. Bitcoin will gain market power after these changes. So it would bounce back to $3000 direct in a two days or three days. Because as the market said. So yes it is possibly cross the $3000 after 1 August. So yes i'm agree with you but somehow.
1265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: July 23, 2017, 07:54:24 PM
I bought and stored them in my hard drive. A long-term investment will be planned in the future
How you can stored them in your hard drive I mean it's confusing what are you saying. It is hard to store in hard drive without any internet. I think you are talking about desktop wallets? Am i right? I hope I’m. Because desktop wallet is only wallet which can be download to computer and saves bitcoin in a hard drive by using this type of wallet.
1266  Economy / Economics / Re: Why not just print dollars? on: July 23, 2017, 03:25:45 PM
It's easy to say that "why not just print money/dollars?"

I don't understand economics before but when I was able to learn about this type of things. I realized that this will make a country into becoming poorer.

Just like in bitcoin, the lesser supply the higher value.

Not necessarily "poorer", the currency simply will have lesser value. The ones that will be really affected are the people that live in that country. Without knowing at all, the prices of the goods and services go up because their fiat's purchasing power has went down, and in most places, it's constantly going down.
Government even imagine in its wildest dreams to print countless dollars. This stupid act will definitely put them into great loss. It would be really tough for them to again make dollar one of the fiat leading currencies of the world. You are right about the printing of fake money. I don’t think so that really affects the real currency of the state.
1267  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: July 23, 2017, 09:27:04 AM
It's good to get rich with bitcoins if you keep them for several years, and you can only earn good money in order not to deny yourself much. In any case, this is a very good opportunity.
Good opinion, I agree if it takes at least a year to get a good profit, a year ago the price of about $ 650, and currently about $ 2700 or up 400% more. This is not a dream but we can make it happen.
Yes, it is my dream to be the richest man in my society and it is only possible through bitcoin which has immense variation in respect of his price, so playing with bitcoin I may earn unexpectedly and can get destination of my aims. Bitcoin is most helpful than any other business for me and I hope that it can fulfill my future dreams
1268  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCKINGS - bitcoin only poker site on: July 22, 2017, 08:13:30 PM

1269  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 22, 2017, 07:22:18 PM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?
For me saving ang investing have a same purposes. If you will buy bitcoins of course you will invest your money and if you hold it of course that is saving.
Saving of money is not good than invest the money somewhere in business. It you keep $ 500 for saving purpose so after some time it will be 500 dollar in saving but if you invest it somewhere in business so might be after some time it have become $ 1000. So investing the money is beneficiary than saving it in a sack.
1270  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: July 21, 2017, 06:19:20 PM
I don't think so.
Btc is very expensive. Maybe it will be recongnized as an official currency but it won't replace Dollar.
If it will replace it will take time, I mean more than 15 years.
I disagree. Bitcoins are very much popular now and soon will be leading currency of the world. They do have the potential to replace dollar forever in the developed countries. At worst, they can coexist with dollar. Bitcoins have all the properties of currency and rather more striking than paper money.
1271  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 21, 2017, 06:00:25 PM

hhhmm ? I think it is possible as the technology grows more but not this time especially in my country. The payment for something we buy in our market is being exchange by fiat ONLY!! Well  at this time we already have ATM, credit cards but not all people have this or not all people can have this since they do not have money to put on this.
Cashless states are possible only when the developed countries are going to make bitcoins as their official currency. Those countries that are hub of technology are soon going to enjoy cashless society but those states that are still in process of development might not achieve this state even for next complete century. Somehow, cashless society is risky as well.
1272  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: July 21, 2017, 04:57:53 PM
I just read on Btcjam blog that they are closing down: https://blog.btcjam.com/2017/05/25/btcjam-is-closing/, now I am just wondering if big players in thebitcoin industry are closing down, is there any future for bitcoin really.

I came to know about bitcoin through btcjam when i was introduced there to borrow. Eve in this forum, looks most signature campaigns might close down because of the ever rising price of bitcoin. Most of them have reduced their payout amounts for posting by more than 50%. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for the bitcoin development?

BTC have a good future as it is standing as a Digital currency which the world is leading to now which adapts digitalization of its system. Digital currency for digital World systems.
Bitcoins are leaders of crypto world and are the upcoming leading digital international currency. As the world is gradually moving towards digitization, there’s no single reason for ruling out bitcoins as the leading digital currency of the world. Bitcoin has a very safe and secure future. People are already using bitcoins worldwide and even some countries have made trading with bitcoins legal.
1273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: July 21, 2017, 04:16:52 PM
Currently bitcoin price is gradually starting to rise as well as the altcoin price
And I agree with you it would be nice if holding the coin in possession for a while because it seems that after past August the price will increase again. And of course anyone doesnt want to miss this good opportunity to get a profit.
Agreed! That’s pretty obvious from the current scenario that bitcoin prices are going to increase even beyond expectations after the Segwit. Holding on to bitcoins while prices are dumping definitely pays off when market is going up again. Those who kept bitcoins in their wallets in last couple of months will be the chosen ones to be on the top of world after Segwit.
1274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now... or on July 31st? on: July 21, 2017, 10:45:54 AM
I think the buying days are already over. From the graphs and charts it shoes that Bitcoin has started recovering. As for buying on July 31, many exchanges are already warning of closing shops to confront August 1. There's so much confusion out there about this impending split.
Just keep on buying while it is not that late. The price is still good for buying because the price is quite stable for now. I guess we'll experience this today up to July 28. And if the price seems falling then you just buy by that time immediately.
I have same opinion regarding the rise and fall in prices of bitcoins. Till the end of July, fall at anytime is expected which makes this time the precious opportunity of buying bitcoins. In the beginning of August, we are going to experience huge difference in prices and the graphs will be moving towards green area. That would be the perfect time to sell bitcoins or cash them out.
1275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of news? on: July 20, 2017, 08:52:05 PM
Cointelegraph is my favorite however I try to get updated from multiple media outlets including coindesk.com, newsbtc.com and obviously this forum.
Yes it might be but I would be happy be if you give us an example of every site that you mentioned because it would be helpful for people and especially for me. Because I’m interesting in these types of sites which you have mentioned I have studied about them in a Google it is much interesting. But want to know further knowledge.
1276  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: July 20, 2017, 02:46:41 PM
Im using wallets that i have full control of my bitcoins, the one with private keys. Because of the upcoming event on bitcoin, we should take away our bitcoins on exchanges and wallets that we dont have full control of our bitcoins.
If you are having desktop wallet then you will have no problem. I would to give you an idea. That use a desktop bitcoin. Because desktop bitcoin is 100% protected and safe. There will be no problem in desktop wallets. So yes we should exchange but if we have a knowledge about desktop wallet then we should transfer our bitcoins there for more protection.
1277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: July 20, 2017, 08:21:28 AM
i am agree that bitcoin is sound like money as a matter of fact, we can really make money from bitcoin itself and no matter who you are, where you live, bitcoin can help you to make money. but unfortunately, many peoples don't believe with bitcoin and they are don't care about bitcoin, the worst is they are consider that bitcoin can scam them.
This is where Digital Divide comes in my friend, it resides to people who are computer literate and those who're not.

As matter of fact, as of now, Bitcoin is really like money (setting aside the 'decentralization'), we earn Bitcoin and eventually convert it into fiat.

These people who doesn't believe or to be precised these people who doesn't even know bitcoin are those people that has no interest in 'trend news' online or maybe these people thinks that Bitcoin is some kind of 'networking business'.
In my opinion anything that works for me as an exchange to purchase goods or services is money. I believe that bitcoin has all those characteristics which are required for something considering it money, so I have no problem in calling bitcoin money. It may differs from the traditional money but in the end it is money.
1278  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: July 20, 2017, 07:17:39 AM
Andrew Haldane said one solution would be for the Bank of England to issue a state-backed digital currency based on bitcoin. Supporting this initiative would be a negative interest rate levied on paper currency relative to the digital currency, with these measures do you think there is more possibilities that sometime:

Paper money will be banned entirely?
How long do you think that happens?
would it work?
What security and privacy risks would it raise?
And how would public and privately issued monies interact?

Paper money will be abandoned, but it still takes 2 decades or more in my opinion. Because today there are still many people in countries especially poor and developing countries who do not even know money, do not know how to use the debit card, and atm.
With digital money, we can reduce the risk of inflation in the country, reduce the spread of counterfeit money, and certainly reduce the act of robbery because all protected by pins or the like.
The risk to this is on hackers, where hackers can take over and steal our funds.
You have nicely explained the benefits of digital money and exactly, it will take couple of scores to make usage of paper money obsolete even in developed countries. Still there are a good percentage of people who do not like dealing in digital money. But poor countries where there’s no concept of banks will obviously need centuries to be parallel with developed countries.
1279  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: July 19, 2017, 07:57:54 PM
Not rich by any means.  I don't earn money with bitcoin, as most investment opportunities are straight up scams.  And trading is risky as hell.  I use my own money, hard-earned from my job, to buy btc.  Maybe I'll get rich, maybe not.
The best way to dream to rich is to dream successful was is to bitcoin. Because people nowadays became popular on internet. It doesn't seem to different on other ways to have money but bitcoin was the easy way
That's the risk that there is in the bitcoin world, sometimes luck and profit is not on your side. It takes patience, skill, more knowledge about bitcoin to be able to get wealth in bitcoin. You can not just depend on luck and great capital to get rich
Actually there is no risk. If you have just to know how to investment in bitcoin because if you invest in bitcoin you should have a knowledge that how can you get profit from bitcoin and how can you invest in bitcoin. As you talked about knowledge to earn extra profit so I will tell you one thing this is just to go in a deep and earn in millions.
1280  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: July 19, 2017, 04:14:36 PM
Future of Bitcoin Economics depends on mass adoption of Bitcoin. No body can predict accurately the true future of Bitcoin.
Absolutely agreed with you. Maybe for now bitcoin is at it's peak but later or sooner what if bitcoin's value decrease, people will lose their interest with bitcoin that might affect bitcoin economics. But as long as people are satisfied I forsee that bitcoin will be for a long term.

Only basic investors do that. Most investors enjoy it when the price of bitcoin goes down. It's time for them to fill up their stash. They buy even more coins and then sell later. Everybody knows that the price of bitcoin will go up even after August 1. August 1 might even help us achieve the price that we want and even help in mass adoption.

People don't just lose interest once the market goes down. Everyone knows that the price of something always go up and down. If you're not the guy that do a USD-BTC trade, then you're just going to hold your bitcoins when the price go down and wait a little more. There's no need to lose interest and just end up forgetting about bitcoins. Bitcoin is very profitable so even if let's say you lost money from trading, you will still try and do things to make money from bitcoins.
And on August 1 in general it is very difficult to say something and even to foresee. It seems to me that there are two moments with investors, and this is when the coin is untwisted and money is saved in it, then the coin grows in price, but when there is a general loss of the crypto currency, investing is profitable by buying more promising coins at a low price and waiting for a better time For active trading.
Nobody will lose their interest you are wrong buddy. You should need to study about bitcoin. That what is bitcoin. Bitcoin is 100% trusted so you should trust bitcoin. It is increasing not decreasing but if you are talking on a recent time then bitcoin once again going up. Hence I would suggest you to study bitcoin and the reviews of bitcoin.
