I know the coin is garbage, but I always look for these threads when I first come to the forum. +1 me too. This is some of the best entertainment you don't have to purchase with bitcoins or microcash. PURELY FREE!!!!

Any publicity is good publicity mostly only applies to entertainment, not banking or the financial industry. If this were true, Bernanke's son wouldn't have killed himself and the Enron CEOs would be partying it up in Malibu.
Oof! Thank you, I just woke up. Madoff's son you mean?

MICROCASH IS A SCAM = BAD PUBLICITY = FAIL!

At least the tyrant nodes are gone.
I wouldn't be so sure of that. The 1 million coins each might be gone, but they've still got something to claim 51% attack defense and I don't give soiledcoin devs credit to actually do something innovative. All you need to know about Microcash can be found at http://microcash.org/learn-more.html STEAL ALL THE PAGES!

Coin control? Client modified to return change to the same address? Are these all foreign concepts to the scamcoin community? Don't show your ignorance scamterry. Read the forum if you want to know more about it. SolidCoin v3 is built on a new protocol, it isn't bitcoin sourced anymore. what is this i dont even You don't get it, it's Bitcoin dragging them down, it must be. Or it would totally be a success by now! Nice one ! The comedy gold on this forum is totally worth it. MicroCash = MicroSoft ? BCX what will you do to SC this time What's really funny is how Bulanula has an orange IGNORE button. Hmm I'd say his content is pretty much garbage compared to BCX or myself.

Wow, way to get rid off bad PR... change the name, keep the assholes..
I wonder when you will have to rename Microcash again... looking at the price Microcrash would be nice..
You know how they say, any PR is good PR. Where has the main SC pump and dumper ( BCX ) and his "attacks" vanished to BCX has always been a DUMPER and never a PUMPER of SC. Get your facts straight!

Only at bitcointroll forums could giving money back to the chain be considered theft. Stay with your non interest bitcoin and see how far you go, SolidCoin is becoming a real economic force by allowing a variety of new services to be built on top its protocol.
Personally I think it's an awesome idea that reduces the effects of spam, essentially a self cleansing p2p network, while also giving funds back to the network in a fair manner.
I'm pretty sure you're the only one who thinks it's an awesome idea. But hey, if you don't mind being forever alone... No he isn't alone. He has multiple personalities to keep him company. Like CH/RS/Viperlemonbitch/Psytard etc =)@Cosbycoin This is to serve notice that the terms "ViperLemonBitch" and "Psytard" were coined by me and is for my exclusive use..... Anyway I was "promised" that if I wouldn't post once for 30 days that Solidcoin would die and go away. 30 days later I come back and it is still in the top post. So much for that theory... ~BCX~ Hey bro your special names are OPEN SOURCE BRO! LOL =)

It's funny as hell watching the lame attempts to prop up the price.
Agreed. It's happening again ever since namecoin shat on shitcoin's price.

is it a CPU or GPU friendly coin?
Neither, just RealSolid friendly. sorry, couldn't resist. +1 he he he he he

Can anybody help me out here ? I am getting this error on Mac OS X 10.5.8 : Dyld Error Message: Symbol not found: __ZNKSt13bad_exception4whatEv Referenced from: /Applications/Litecoin-Qt.app/Contents/MacOS/Litecoin-Qt Expected in: /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib Also related thread without solution : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=55105No. Help yourself =) If you don't have anything constructive to say then please abstain from posting it. I really am banging my head against the wall here ... I googled and there seems to be no solution at all. Where can I try older versions of litecoind for Mac ? I am not even trying to run the GUI just the litecoind headless daemon. Also is there such thing like a bitcoin-mining-proxy but for Litecoin getworks ? Thank you ! As much as you've trolled this forum I think you need some help on your own bro!

Coblee is there an updated client coming out in the near future?
What's wrong with the current version? If you have a idea, how to improve the Litecoin client, please write about it here : Litecoin - feature request and please, do not feed the trolls and stay on topic Nothing is wrong. I wanted to see if purely there was an update. I'm sure at some point new features or bugs will need to be fixed.

So much for Litecoin !
Epic fail : both blockexplorers are DOWN currently.
Asking for other stuff is already ironical when you don't have the most basic thing : a web block explorer to see balances etc.
I'd say it's just you being a retard. http://abe.liteco.in/explorer.liteco.in is down blockexplorer.sytes.net/chain/Litecoin also down I never knew about abe.liteco.in ... My apologies ! I'd have to say you are the dumbest person that uses this forum. And that's a compliment in the scheme of things for you that is.

A few considerations to analyze: - + With merged mining, generating namecoins is much more difficult - 40% of Bitcoin (although more people are getting them now). It is probable that many merge-mined namecoins are being discarded by uninterested miners,
- + You can redeem namecoin for domain names (although they are approaching free now), in addition to it being a currency,
- + Namecoins used to purchase domain names are destroyed and removed from the money supply forever,
- - It is doubtful that many have or ever will commonly use namecoin as DNS. It may be more practical as a place to register names for other purposes,
- the exchange rate is also affected by BTC-USD value fluctuation.
Well it looks like the dot-bit.org site is down and so is its forum. Looks like namecoin on a discussion basis has lost much community interest. Bummers.
