Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins?

The best way to store your crypto is in a hardware wallet. I really recommend the Trezor, I recently got one and the peace of mind it brings is worth every satoshi I paid for it.
i think bitcoin hardware is quietly good, and interesting . i dont even try it before but my friends told me that , that could be good and nice. many people are using it now and they want it because they can use them or they can see it even it is offline as far as i know if im not mistaken, but for me even an online wallet is good as long as you have a security options on it. I am planning to buy it too. Anyone wondering what a trezor is ? Well, check here : https://trezor.ioBut that said, the best and most safe way as far as I am concerned is by printing the private key on a paper and then just store as much a you can, no risk, nothing !

Yes there is no doubt that the people don’t understand the things while reading it and sometimes we even don’t go through the whole of the article and just pick a few line from it and them propagate them in a wrong sense. Also if we read the article properly we will come to know what exactly happened and what the company was liable at that time to do.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future?

on: June 21, 2017, 06:55:35 AM

We do not know, we cannot say of what will happen in the future since it is unpredictable. We can see the bright future of bitcoin since there are lots of supporters that totally support bitcoin but then we cannot say if in the voming years if there will be no coins that will.pump up and get the attention of people like bitcoin is having now. We cannot say what other future coin can do and can reach. We really do not know yet even it is successful now we can say what will happen in the future of it. But we hope for good one.
Yes man, we cannot say anything for future what will happen to bitcoin but the thing we are expects from bitcoin is its bright future because in a few days bitcoin had made a lot of progress and as every one knows that the world is going to digital so I don’t think bitcoin will end up it will rise to top and more than that too.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ?
|
on: June 21, 2017, 06:08:55 AM
|
i strongly believe bitcoin will bounce back and keep growing but investing in a crypto-currency in the first place is taking risk so just be firm and have hope. with the wallet i also believe the wave lite client wallet is very good you might want to try it
the price is now trading above 2600$ so its mean that it s already bounce back and hope that if this increasing rate will continue then there are more possibilities that the price of bitcoin will cross 3000$ in next few days and after that will continue o reach to 4000$. That is not what we believe but actually what we hope and not always a hope turns into reality. When I bought some bitcoins last year I had the same plans but the price was quite stable and even there was little downfalls too. I know that happens but when you are buying a large amount and you see a little swing, trust me it almost gives a heart break.

Just received reminder bitcoin dropped a lot, the price of the last week is very unstable, leading to other competing currencies continued to fall, there is no bottom line of that kind of fall, I would like to ask you tycoons on how to look at the future market?
Yes it is, but it is also worth enjoying the ride. The ups and downs happens with all currencies, but since it is marginal, we neglect it. As it is with bitcoins, since there is no one to regulate, it follows its own course. But if this is not happening then traders may not like it to consider it as part of their portfolio.

Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for Bitcoin price fall
|
on: June 20, 2017, 03:53:00 PM
|
the possible reason of it is some people are just collecting their profits in bitcoin and try to buy some bitcoins again in low price or value so the bitcoin decreases rapidly in just a night, also there is a possibility that a group of people just decided to sell their bitcoins and also buy also in a low price because of bitcoin that they sell.
Yes, there is no other sensible reason except that some of the big whales may have sold a huge number of bitcoin with this the supply of bitcoin may increase causing bitcoin price a fall. Other than this reason I don’t think there could be someone because the price fall was expected before the August but not too soon.

We cannot exactly make a price prediction to happen within a time frame, because it always has shown a good price increase at unexpected time. As it went close to $3000 and fallen back, sure this might happensbefore the ongoing month end or need to hold on for a little more time.
Yes, the volatility of bitcoin price will hardly allow someone to portray a picture of bitcoin price with the time periods mentioned. We all know it very well that bitcoin price is too unpredictable that we cannot say what the next moment will happen to bitcoin. This is why it is considered the most risky investment.

Economy / Economics / Re: Housing bubble in Australia
|
on: June 17, 2017, 03:17:29 PM
|
As we all know it's getting more and more expensive to buy a house, and the rate of growth currently associated with investing in a house is just phenomenal, and obviously too good to not be a bubble. We all know that. However, WHEN will this bubble pop?
More and more houses are being built but the demand for it just continues to go up. And many houses are bought and just left to sit there, not even rented out, fueling the problem further because investors just want a safe and profitable investment.
What do you think the governments can do to avoid this? Put a limit on houses per person? Your opinions?
I won’t call it a bubble because there is the demand and availability factor. The scenario is not only in Australia but also all across the developing nations and the business has grown significantly big as in the last few years. Many experts are predicting the continuation of this trend for decades. So, it cannot be a bubble and it may not burst in near future too.

Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any place to gamble IF the Mayweather vs McGregor fight will happen?
|
on: June 16, 2017, 07:01:40 PM
|
He doesn't need the money, have you seen how much he has? He's rolling in a Lambo, has bodyguards like a normal celebrity. Most of his fame didn't come from the fights, but the way he acts outside the ring. Charities, visiting fans at home, all that cocky talk and confidence that people love. He's set for life even if he quits now.
It's obvious that Mayweather doesn't need any money, but people have different standards of living. He is aiming to become a billionaire and own a basketball team Mark Cuban style. If you are ambitious there's no such thing as enough money. The guy is smart so he's calculated in his gambles, I guess he consider it safe to fight once again against Conor for a massive payday even tho his legacy is on the line. Well yeah this is how he is leading his life and he is the one who has to decide to what to but being a fan of him I will say it critically because it is not all the time him but the expectations from him of many people like. I know he is involved in good social work such as charities and stuff but it will be much better to concentrate on his fight more than anything else because the reason for liking him is the ring and if he is not good at it then I am afraid to say he may lose all his fame.

hello and good day i am a newbie here so any help is greatly appreciated. my xapo account does not work to login. when i opened it i registered with home phone so it does not receive texts ( which was ok they used to call my phone and give me the code to enter ) but now since they changed to 6 digits they no longer call on sms and my phone does not accept sms? any advice? i emailed customer support 3 days ago and no answer. Thank you kindly
Yes, it can happen sometimes and it did happen with me once or twice. During that time, I just delete all my browser caches and cookies and try after five ten minutes, and it works. Not sure what causes this, but xapo should look over this, as this causes concern when there is an urgency in accessing wallet.

What is the connection between Suncontract and SONM Development? whether it is the same team?
Could you take time to explain what makes you to ask such questions ? Where do you find any similarity between these two altcoin projects. Usually I never look into dev teams rather than I just focus on white paper and road maps. If the concepts are convincing and having chances to gain investors attentions, then I will go for investing with them, suncontract must be such one.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Dogecoin?
|
on: June 15, 2017, 01:33:48 PM
|
Yes I believe it too. The dogecoin is just a new born baby in front of the Bitcoin. The Bitcoin is the Pioneer and this makes it distinctive from the other in the line of the cryptocurrency. Though there are Alts which are doing quite well but they still cannot compete the Bitcoin because of its decentralized formation. The dogecoin can never be a good alternate to be used instead of the Bitcoin.

Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon?
|
on: June 15, 2017, 08:22:12 AM
|
Im not sure that bitcoin can replace dollar soon but i know that bitcoin will rise and increase its value every time, but if the bitcoin replace bitcoin it will be a good news to all bitcoin holders for sure in that time bitcoin is an hundred thousand dollars value, bitcoin can replace the dollar but not 100%
Soon is not the right word, because although it can, it will take dozens, or even hundreds of years. If bitcoin can survive that long, maybe bitcoin will exceed the dollar, or even exceed it. But as you say, but not 100% Yeah we don’t know whether the bitcoin is going to survive that long or not. If we look at the history of the dollar it is surviving for centuries and is still a very much stable currency. I don’t think the bitcoin can compete ever with the dollar. The bitcoin in this regard has a specific role to play.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear?
|
on: June 14, 2017, 05:36:56 PM
|
Banks still exist even though many people in the world know and use bitcoin in the future. Bitcoin still cann't to handle big things in financial affairs also not be able to beat financial regulation of a country.
People have more trust on banking than on bitcoin but now in this age a lot of banks are also using bitcoin they now accept the value of bitcoin currency .and our new generation want relaxation and they are aware of the value of new inventions so I guess bitcoin is more relax and easy to use so it can do anything.

What is the Reason for increase of the Bitcoin?
Not clear you are asking about the amount of bitcoins in the market or the price ? If you are asking about the amount then it will increase as more and more people will be mining coins. If you are asking about the price, its the demand supply ratio. The more demand something has, the more it's price will be.

|
on: June 14, 2017, 09:06:26 AM

Is this the idea: a) Post an idea in block letters in a forum for 100 $ b) 100 people will buy it for 100 $ each every month. c) 100 x 100 = 10000 so you earned 100000 in one month. By the by, who reviewed your guide and when ? bump
Why do you bump something when you've already been said that no one will give you a single satoshi without a vouch? You'll only get big red negative trust Seems a paid pump or a bump from an alt account as Csmiami is not the OP.

OP, now may lock this topic and for next time you should look out in the service section; there are some services offered where some people will accelerate unconfirmed transactions, some for free and some with minor charges.
Other than these there is no way but to wait and hope and pray that some miner feels pity on you and process it.

|
on: June 13, 2017, 06:59:17 PM
|
If the price of bitcoin now, including already in bitcoin prices go to the moon, I think this is the beginning, because I think the bitcoin will reach the price even higher than the current price, so give a smile for the price now.
How about your opinion?
Nothing to be so over enthusiastic. There is always an uncertainty in any digital currency, including bitcoins. If you recall, in January 2014, the price was around $ 839 but it dropped to $ 215 in January 2015. Though there is a steep rise in the last few months, one cannot definitely say the price won't fall down drastically any time soon.
