Mining Hardwares are not things to buy with just a few bucks and involves lot of money to invest.
Unfortunately neither this thread nor your website provide physical address of your business, without which it is hard to believe you that you really can provide the hardwares ordered, unless we can verify your existence in real world.

What is refund here ? I guess there will be no way to get back our lost money from both trading and gambling as far as I have experienced in these two fields.

If you mean recovering the losses then I believe it will be possible for both gambling and trading but unfortunately gambling never allows us to recover our losses but in trading we may get chances if our skills are enough sharpen.
