So has this been dealt with  ??

I still cannot withdraw any BTC, so no, it hasn't been dealth with so far...

BUT for the sake of compleness, i did get a reply on my ticket saying it would take them 1-2 days for withdrawals to work (this answer was given 17 hours ago)
1302  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] [U3 Antminers] Intrest thread. on: July 05, 2015, 07:28:51 AM
Please just NO. The U3 is terrible, but if you are looking for something similar and most likely much better overall; check out Avalons mini https://ehash.com/product/avalon4-mini/ (no price shown yet)
I really appreciate the input, but like you said, i cannot see a launch date, where to buy one, or a price  for the Avalon4 Mini Sad

The main thing is, i'm a hobbyist, looking for his first asic. I pay .27€/Kwu, so i'll never make ROI. That's why i'm looking for a cheap "toy" to play with, and that's when the U3 came into picture (lets face it, 55Ghs for $20 is dirt cheap).

Now, i'm defenately happy if people give me good alternatives, so i'll keep an eye open for the avalon4-mini.

thanks!

Hi Dev,

You made a nice coin, BUT i think there's something wrong with your only exchange http://bitex.club/
Since it was an exchange i'd never heared from, i trades some IDC for BTC and tried to withdraw...
It's been over 18 hours now, i can not withdraw any BTC.

I've tried to exchange BTC to LTC and withdraw the LTC => nothing
I've tried different browsers, OS's, ISP's to withdraw BTC => nothing
I've tried different amounts of BTC => nothing
I've tried to open a ticket => no answer for 16 hours

Please, if they cannot enable withdrawal, remove them from your OP before they scam some real money from us!
1304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoTrade.Exchange - Multi-currencies trading exchange. Hi security - C.T.E. on: July 03, 2015, 08:13:59 PM
My coins are still not in my account. My tickets remain unanswered, not good service at all.
I would never send a pw in clear text. Let them generate one for you!
1305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoTrade.Exchange - Multi-currencies trading exchange. Hi security - C.T.E. on: July 03, 2015, 06:50:48 PM

Please, read the rest of the thread. This exchange is probably a scam.
1306  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] [U3 Antminers] Intrest thread. on: July 03, 2015, 11:47:59 AM
So, is anything happening?

I was thinking the same thing... Maybe the OP is AFK at the moment, it has only been 4 days, it's vacation time afterall  Grin

In any case: i'd rather have the OP take care of this group buy (i actually don't have the time, nor the BTC to pay for 20 U3's upfront, and then wait for each buyer to receive their U3 to recuperate my BTC from the escrow). BUT if the OP doesn't return and if there are enough ppl from the EU that actually want to group buy an antminer U3 on this thread, maybe we can see if we can buy them ourselfs (only in case the OP doesn't return)...

On Bitmaintech, they cost $20, you have to buy 20 pieces, and the cheapest shipping method to my country inside the EU is UPS ($216.64). Making a grand total of $616.64 for 20 pieces =~ $31/piece + shipping inside the EU. In this case (the most expensive option i presume), our U3's are coming straight from Bitmaintech shipped to our front door, complete warranty and everything  Grin.

I'm sure, if we really try, we can even get them cheaper.... I, for one, wouldn't care if they were second hand, if we buy them from somebody that bought even bigger quantity's, if they were from batch 1 or if we payed somebody going to the US on holliday to bring us back 20 U3's...

1307  Other / Off-topic / Re: Suggestion for tablet.. which brand is best ..??? on: July 03, 2015, 09:44:17 AM
I always pick up cheap ones on dx.com... Actually depends on what your sis will use it for. If it's for watching movies/surfing the web, even a $30 one will do the trick...

1309  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Old Bitcoin mining Rig on: July 03, 2015, 08:52:55 AM
A space heater perhaps  Wink

I think GPU mining for bitcoin cannot be profitable anymore, but maybe some altcoins? Depends on your GPU, your electricity rate and the amount of effort you want to put in...

I'm not an expert on this either, but i think if you specify your electricity rate and the GPU's model, some people might be able to offer you some advice.
1310  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Would you invest in a ponzi where the owner cannot run away with the money? on: July 03, 2015, 05:14:52 AM
i vote for
No, because there must be something hidden that allows the owner to run away
and i believe there is always another way to the owner can run away the money every time they want

Indeed, i don't think anybody would go trough the hassle of developing a ponzi script that allows him to NOT run away with the money...
1311  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What places do you do your shopping online? on: July 03, 2015, 04:58:59 AM
If you're working with stores that don't accept bitcoin, i'm buying a lot of electronics on dx.com, using PayPal ATM... I don't have problems using BTC, but they don't accept it, and they're so unbelievably cheap Grin
1312  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New Cloudmining Provider Hashnet on: July 03, 2015, 04:44:17 AM
Wow secrethedgehog, you really put some effort in this...

Thanks, i think you did a great job. At least, now it's clear to everybody that the chances of this being either a scam or a ponzi are >99%. (especially since you found out they're lying about their company info and address)
1313  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Play Flappy Bird on your Android Phone and win FREE BTC! Faucet on: July 03, 2015, 04:39:10 AM

Im glad you are enjoying our games so much

I don't say this very often, but you did a great job  Smiley My whole family is addicted to your game...
1314  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] Mellow Ads - simple, bitcoin advertising - advertise from 0.001BTC per day on: July 03, 2015, 04:36:03 AM
Wow that is crazy for someone to put all those ads on one page, truly crazy! I would say 5 would be the max limit and even that is being generous Wink

I also think that 5 should be the maximum adds visible on a 1024x768 resolution monitor.

If somebody is running a blog, and one page contains so many articles a user can scroll down 10 pages (giving it a virtual website-resolution of 1024x7680), he can have 50 adds, as long as no more than 5 are visible at one time...

So, i would make it a "soft" limit... For pages that are so "small" that they fit in one browser window, without scrolling, 5 would be the max, for "scrollable" pages, more than 5 COULD be fine... Just my two satoshi's  Wink

1316  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it helpful or harmful to the Bitcoin to offer products/services only in BTC? on: July 02, 2015, 04:51:12 AM
It is too early to open a small grocery or general stores and sell the things in Bitcoin currency, still so many people unaware of the Bitcoin digital currency, even they do not know how much the exchange rates, besides that have you ever thought about fluctuation in the currency value of Bitcoin.

Just hypothetical, wouldn't BTC fluctuate less and less when more and more businesses accept it as a viable payment method?
1317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MangoCoinz Official ANN Thread - Mine cryptocurrencies on you smart phone on: July 02, 2015, 04:44:29 AM
people still don't realize that this app is meant to be a fitness app !!

GO RUN OUTSIDE FOR 2 HOURS and your done, thats the meaning of this app.. dammnnnn..

for the people who leave the app there will be 20 more joining so byeee see ya !

This is virtually impossible in my country, since you NEED to be connected to the internet. Where i live, 3G doesn't cover a lot of places, and 2G is dodgy. Mobile internet is very expensive, and not very stable.

I tried this as a test (knowing i would pay more for the used bandwith then i would make in mangocoinz), but the app kept crashing because of lost internet connection.

This is why i only mine when i'm walking around at home, where i have WiFi, but i only make about 0.1-0.15 Mangocoinz a day  Sad
1318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many staking wallets is too much for a computer? on: July 02, 2015, 04:41:09 AM
Do you really need to run your wallets full time? Maybe you can write a script to close the client after it stakes and reopen it a couple of days later?

I'm pretty new at this myself, but doesn't your wallet have to stay open? I had some XMG for several weeks in a closed wallet, and my weight was 0 for the first couple of hours after i opened my wallet when i first tried to stake...
1319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Profitable cpu coin on: July 02, 2015, 04:38:58 AM
I'm mining XMG, heared monero was also good to mine on a CPU

would you provide me some pools, please?

I use moneropool.com for monero and xmg.suprnova.cc for magi. I use an old blade server with 2 quad core (single thread) XEONS @2.6Ghs (can't be bothered to look them up, but i think those specs are correct).

Don't expect to make hard cash, you'll get a couple bucks a week if you're lucky with 8 threads...

If you're a sysadmin, and you can use a couple hundred pc's on the other hand, you might make some extra BTC (unless it gets you fired ofcourse) Wink
1320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: newbie stake mining on: July 02, 2015, 04:35:42 AM
Alt solo mining more profitable than stacking i think, but u need to know what will make some Altcoin more profitable for solo mining. eg Net Hashrate, solved block per hours etc. cheers  Wink

I guess with solo mining without expensive hardware, it can only be profitable if you mine brand new coins, and hope they will be worth something... It just feels like gambling  Wink
