1381  Economy / Economics / Re: What does being rich mean in your perspective? on: October 27, 2023, 10:12:02 PM
Being rich means living within your means. You do not join the trends of buying flashy cars, top fashion branded clothing, buying houses in some island in the world where you would never live but because your friends are doing it, you join them. Being rich is being able to sleep with two eyes closed every night, walking barefooted so that you can actually feel the grass, helping the poor and uplifting the weak not showing off on social media for the fake likes and love. There are a lot about what being rich means to me. These are just themes of them.
Rich for other people is about living with those expensive luxury cars, having all the material things that are giving them the status of life way higher than the others. Well, that's what rich to them but if we're going to be the simple type of living in richness, it is you have everything you need. You don't live on a luxury life but just a simple life without having any pressures at all. You're okay even if you don't have the most expensive house, clothes, you're still happy with the way you live and that's one simple life of what richness to most of us.
1382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: October 25, 2023, 10:09:51 PM
We can't remove that fact, as like what describe there are female influencers who can attract their followers to try to play, once the game seems enjoyable a word of mouth can be spread and can also attract same people around that may be consider gambling as part of entertainment, though some can go and get addicted we can't remove that possibility but just the same
Yeah, there's no difference nowadays with who's gambling because all of us are into gambling, all of genders. With the word of mouth mostly coming from women and if they are an influencer, they can easily get more attractions and audiences with how many boys do follow these women influencers. They can easily fooled by them and can make them like slaves to follow, sign up the links, deposit and there goes the commissions that will directly go to the influencer as what they've been doing for so long.

with how men gain that enjoyment women can feel the same and can push their way to continue playing while they've got some spare money and time.
It is true that the experience and feeling of us are all the same and it's more enjoyable when they stay longer just as we.
1383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to invest or trade Bitcoin? on: October 23, 2023, 09:17:55 PM
All of us who are involved in cryptocurrency have heard and know to some extent about investing and trading. But I know that there are risks in investing and trading. To do these you need to know some basic things and gain experience. The main difference between investing and trading is the investment period, methodology, risk-taking propensity. Whether you are an investor or a trader depends on your financial needs and investment goals. Investing is long-term and involves low risk, while trading is short-term and involves high risk. Both methods can be profitable if the right strategy is adopted.
Which one is better if I want to invest and trade bitcoins.
No doubt that investing is better. As you have said that it requires lower risk and you're for the long term and that's the type I am. Time will come that I have to trade the Bitcoins that I am holding for long term so that's the next move. We all need to trade Bitcoins for us to experience the profit from it because if we don't, value might get lower when we're in the bull run and we will miss the time of profiting. That is the reason why you need to trade when you are in profit, when you're done in long term and you've got that much already. Then, you can practice trading whether it's with Bitcoins or altcoins of your choice because you're just gonna do it care free and you're fine doing it without nothing to worry about because you've already made profit from your long term hold.
1384  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Simple Reason Why Bitcoin and Crypto Prices Must Fall to Zero on: October 21, 2023, 12:04:47 AM
How many times did we heard that Bitcoin is and was a bubble and until now it hasn't popped? Well, for so many times we'd heard of the same thought about it being a bubble and it did popped as what you're trying to say and that's during and every bear market. That's not enough to prove that there's real demand and it's able to get up and back from the better price that we're right now? It's still quite far from the ATH but that's not the basis of it, the current price of it compared to the past years has been stably showing that there's a real value, a real demand that everyone is getting on it. Studying the model and economics of it, it's something to be amazed of because it's sustainable and this is like another new beginning for it opening a new demand soon.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquaio vs Mayweather 2 rematch on: October 18, 2023, 11:06:07 PM
It's more possible to see the two young Pacquiaos to have their very own careers, successful or failed than to see a Pacquiao and Mayweather match. You guys will see articles made that this is on the works but that's how the media sensationalizing this topic for them to get more readers and attract more people to their contents. I think that it's better to see it being left there and Mayweather won't deal with this anymore as that proves him to be the best and that's better to leave that type of history that he's never been beaten by the 8th time divisions world champion and remains to be the undefeated boxer of all time.
1386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? Selling all or not on: October 17, 2023, 11:05:44 PM
I'd you tell you one thing what many holders have been regretting whenever the market transits from bullish into bearish. All they are selling is that they should have sold already during the peak so they're in profit. This is a matter of your personal decision and it should lie on someone's shoulder for you to sell or keep holding. Because you are on your own on this market and every decision you make is vital and will result and impact your future feelings. Just like those that have missed selling at the top and those that have missed buying at the lowest. There's always that impact that we see emotionally and that's why all we need to do is to plan our time of selling and at what price is not gonna make us regret. Going with that plan, you'll only need to wait and listen to the good tips to you but even with that you are still the captain of your own boat which is your stash including Bitcoins that you're holding.

I do plan on restarting the signature campaign once again
Do you have a time frame or estimation when?
Anywhere from a couple days to a week or so, recontacting the escrow, and looking for a campaign manager.
That's quick, I've just seen you look for a campaign manager and I know that you've got a lot of PMs for sure especially from those reputable ones.

Time estimation will be based upon how long it takes of a response from the escrow, and when I get a campaign manager.
For the escrow matter, it's best if your hired campaign manager will also serve that function as that's what I am seeing from the majority of the campaign manager these days. They're the ones who are also holding the funds of the campaign. But basically, I think it's a package from them if you hire any of the reputable suggested campaign managers that they'll have both of task of managing the participants and the same with the funds.

In regards to this, an escrow with payment in advance will provide payments on time and without delay.
That would do and that's gonna give you an ease and you'll just do the typical top up in advance as well so you won't have any problem thinking of it when it's going to be mostly empty.

I do plan on restarting the signature campaign once again
Do you have a time frame or estimation when?

It will just be bitvest for now, 777coin perhaps in 6-12 months from now, an plan to relaunch the site as a 2.0
So it's most likely going to take a year for your other company to restart, it's still good news though.

1390  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of trading BTC pair? on: October 12, 2023, 08:12:12 PM
I want to know why there are so many pairs available to trade on exchanges.
Does trading with a bitcoin pair help us save fees in any way? For example, if I need to trade other altcoins, I need to first sell my bitcoin for USDT and then trade that altcoin with the USDT pair. In this process, I need to pay a double fee, so trading directly with a bitcoin pair will save me fees in any way?
The fees aren't that much when you're going to do that as they're like a few centavos when you do the trade on different pairs.

How will I profit if the prices of altcoins match those of bitcoin? When I trade with the BTC pair, both will rise and fall simultaneously.
And that's how you profit, when the price of the other altcoins falls down, you buy and then sell when it rises. There's no other ways of making a profit in trading but just as that.
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler avoiding friends after a big win. on: October 12, 2023, 05:32:07 PM
That's a common thing to happen. Many people change because of money. Not only because you managed to win big but also because of other things related to money. So we shouldn't be surprised if that happens to people because money can change people easily. Maybe his partner doesn't want to share or share his winnings with other friends. He did that for many reasons, and rather than just guessing, it was better for him to ask his colleagues why he had changed since winning such a large amount of money. That will answer all their questions and they know the real reason.
That's one thing that will make everyone of us change, money. But also, for some that's just not a real thing because they remain what they are and they're not cutting their bridges to their friends even if they win big amounts of money. It's a matter of individuality and some really knows the true nature of them. They're willing to cut ties just because they've won some amount of jackpot with their bets and they'll not letting people know about that until they start to show signs of avoidance.

We don't know the real story since the only thing we can read here is he avoid people after he win and that is the smart action to do especially if your friends is so eager to get something big since for sure you can lost a huge percentage of your winning. If you start to lose all you got for sure those people will not come to help you that's why you really need to be smart on the money earned so that it will last long or you can use it on other valuable options like use it on investment to make your life more better. I'm sure that we don't want to get broke after that so we need act smart and don't be a one day millionaire.

Only few people can understand that and those people will get angry for the action made by the person who win big is just there if they can see a opportunity to get something from those people so we need to be aware with that and be smart to choose those people we want to give our money with.

To many people got broke immediately after they didn't manage their money so we need to understand those people do that because they are just protecting their earned wealth since they know the value of their money and maybe they already know that it can possibly gone as quickly as they think.
Yeah, that's one point why he could have been avoiding them. Maybe the two are asking that much and he can't give it to them so he started to avoid him. Well, anything is possible and we'll never know the true story behind it since we just read the story from the two and not from the person that has avoided them. Maybe if OP has got some follow up story about how the three separated their own ways, I mean the two and the other one then that's desirable to hear.

1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Practices for Staying Safe When Gambling on: October 12, 2023, 05:47:02 AM
To stay safe when gambling is at our own discretion, if we gamble responsibly then we are going to see the very outcome of doing so, if we don't as well we are going to still get the outcome through the negative end, we should also gamble with all disciplinary caution in other for us not to get it done the wrong way, gambling should serve us nothing than fun and other advantages with benefits to us everytime.
Gambling responsibly is a reminder that we tend to say for so many times to all of the gamblers that can't control themselves and also not gambling in a safe manner. How's a safe manner is? When they're gambling not with their money but others and also doing things crazy such as borrowing money for them to gamble, sort of those things that they're not minding themselves that they're gambling on a wrong foundation.
1394  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Is Better Than Digital Gold on: October 11, 2023, 09:43:50 PM
The main advantage of bitcoin over gold is that it is known exactly how many total coins exist and how many coins are in circulation. In addition, all transactions can be tracked. The advantage of gold is that it can be used even where there is no internet. In addition, gold transactions are less transparent
Both has their pros and cons and whatever works for you perfectly choose it. But majority of us here would agree that having both is like having the best investment of all time and the best investment of the future.
So, having it combined will give you the advantage that you won't miss beacuse you're owning the best of the best. Still if I have to choose, no doubt that I'll choose bitcoin than gold.
1395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Violence and anger could be a sign of gambling addiction in youths on: October 11, 2023, 07:42:12 PM
There is no way we can stop the anger in people unless they are ready to work on themselves and fund solutions to there problem.
There are ways to stop it but it's not just being applied because some gamblers think that they're already like that and they can't find any solution. Means that they don't want to help themselves because they just wanna get stuck being like that.

Gambling can be full of cheating since there are people who are always ready to cheat anytime they have the opportunity.
On the opposite note, there are also cheating gamblers that are blaming the casino thinking that they've been cheated on. But the reality sucks to them that they're just a bunch of losers and that's making them angry about it because they can't accept the hard thing called defeat.
1396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 9 years ago today, an epic battle played out on bitcoin exchanges. on: October 11, 2023, 05:56:33 PM
That's sad on his end looking at what happened next. That's why those that even with the little amounts shouldn't let themselves feel affected by FUD that's being scattered through articles and social medias. I almost fell for that but didn't do the same thing.
Today, that's a lot of money and even not going to that quantity and just a couple of it would make it valuable. I do understand how it feels when someone was able to hit by a FUD and reacted with exaggeration. I just hope that he's fine and was able to move on.
1397  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you manage your finances and family if your income is low range? on: October 10, 2023, 11:48:56 PM
The best thing to make things easy is to open up to the partner to know how much money that comes in for the month,  communication and understanding can help families manage no matter how small that comes in as their allowance and it will make them to manage money well not unnecessary things.
Yes, talks can be done to make everyone understand what your financial situation is. Because if someone keeps on demanding or asking for more but you can't give it anymore, it's visible what the problem is.

When every member of a family understands what is the income that is keeping the family for the month they have no choice of adjusting every budget and standard just to meet up with bills that is very important for the family.
And if they can't really adjust by all means then there's only one way of doing it and that's to help each other, find jobs or other source of income. A lot of families does this and helping each other to keep up with the bills and to make ends meet.
1398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 10, 2023, 10:46:06 PM
That Chet and Victor showdown. Honestly, it's like that I've just watched two thin tall guys which is the actuality of it. Well, they're still young and there will be more muscle build up in the coming months for sure. I don't care about the result of their match as that was just a preseason game.
While Victor was able to play just after being draft, Chet took a year for him to start playing because he got injured last season even before the start of it.

That highlight of Victor flexing on Chet went viral on the internet last night. It even got a Twitter response from Chet who called Victor’s unstoppable move the head butt. His post had something like 50,000+ likes last time I saw it and I think he was right on. The league looks ready to give Victor the superstar treatment and let him get away with fouls.
Yeah, it has blown away the fans with their matches because it's like the most awaited comparison for these two skinny tall boys. It's getting more exciting because with their current body, it seems that they're good to move and they're like free on it.
But it's gonna be more when they have a better body mass and their trainer and whoever is their dietician should give some boost to their physical attribute to make them more appealing. Although these two got good shooting too.

1400  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Common mistakes by unskilled traders on: October 10, 2023, 11:42:43 AM
Remember trading requires not just strategy, but discipline
That's right, it requires discipline too and even you have a lot of capital for trading but you have no patience. It's likely that you're just going to waste all of the money that you have. And this also applies to the new traders that have just been trying out to trade. Because many of them hurries a lot and think that trading is an easy game that they'll make money without the need to be patient. But it's all about being patient and you have to have that as in, a lot of it.

thats right, finding the best oportunity is all about patient and emotion control a trader cant succeed without these two, even more so those newbies that are still kinda greedy when it comes to making decision.
many thought its simple thing, everyone can become millionaire from trading, they don't know that its those big capital owner that make profit usually.
if there is any trader that become millionaire its because their discipline that is enormous as well as their capability of analyzing.
its not just putting order and gain profit, thats such massive understatement and minsunderstanding.
I wouldn't go that far thinking that I'll be one of those millionaires. I'm not just as good as they are but it's true that it's like the opportunity is endless in trading when you know how it works. I'm not belittling myself as I am also aiming that but not through trading but through investing in Bitcoin.
There's a similarity but trading is more active than holding and investing and that's why I'm moving forward to that as both of them requires a lot of patience.
