Wasn't it supposed to be 6Th worth of chips? Do we know what happened to the rest of the chips? I wonder if there's a serious yield problem. 130nm is so mature at this point that yields should be very predictably high.
They are starting it up at 4TH and then ramp it up to 6TH. He stated that.

This is complete ridiculousness.

Also by comparison AsicMiner is approx 60,000,000mhs/400,000 = 150mhs /share

150mhs/.4mhs = 375x valuation

2.8btc/375 = .0074 price per share of labcoin

Wrong calculation.

Labcoin has 10 million shares. AM just has 400,000. Network hashrate of ASICMiner has been around 40TH/s, although including miner sales they seem to consistently deliver dividends more than 20% of network on average, which is around 110TH/s. By doing this calculation like this you are effectively undervaluing Labcoin by 25x. You also undervalued AM by about a half, so effectively you underestimated Labcoin by a magnitude, if Labcoin were ever to be as big as AM.

The correct number based on your rationale should be around 0.1/share.
If Labcoin has many more shares then each share should be less than AM's shares at the same valuation.

A large percentage of potential buyers were wiped-out in the flash crash. That is what is keeping this from going higher right now.

3-4 terahash? how many megahash/share is that? PM me thanks
that is when they first get it running, they will push that to 5-6TH.

TheSwede is fired?
He should be. He was personally responsible for thrashing the stock price.

I bought on the announcement before anyone started buying. I should have made a killing on those plunges but didn't.

Why they have to sell their own shares? They noticed a news can pump up the price by 100% after theSwede's first update. Then they will notice they could easily pump and bump with the shares in the Public Market. They have insider news, and they can even control when to release news and what kind of news they release. Imagine what they will do in this completely unregulated world?

We have to come up with ways to prevent this kind of manipulation without "regulations", either agreements through the exchange, only funding quality business men, etc.

It's the second (if not the third) crash of the Labcoin stock price. On Activemining I've lost the count of how many times it happened.

People that bought these stocks for holding (like Asicminer in the early stages) is laughing at your drama and greediness Grin
It isn't greedy to dump your shares when you see the ships sinking, it is common sense. Why would you not sell and try to buy cheaper?
1317  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 28, 2013, 08:51:02 AM
hmmm, still no news, founder himself dont know, its really unproffesional
Plz read his words more times...
The sample chips is produced by TSMC,Labcoin have ordered it, and the labcoin have sent a requirement for the sample chips last month.they are waiting the chips arriving. It depends the TSMC's production and delivery speed. It's out of Lab's control, It's reasonable. Because this order is too small to TSMC.
Clearly the Chinese mafia has struck again. Chips are sitting in Hong Konk customs for last week.

Funny how everyone had to "agree" to that statement that "this is all just for fun, nothing is real, these companies don't exist in the real life" thing and then on the same day the bottom fall out of Labcoin.

What kind of professional PR comes on a blog and says "nothing to report yet, later"?
1319  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 28, 2013, 04:43:42 AM
Yes, true..

But wow what a dip, shit i was a sleep... that was very nice buy..
I've been watching all day waiting for news one way or another. I leave for less than 20 minutes to eat something, come back and its dumping cause Swede decides he is going to make a post at 10:00 PM ET saying he hasn't heard anything. I lost everything I made from the recent rise and I sold at .003.

The sell-off began before Swede's comment.  In fact, I think he posted it to perhaps help stop the sudden drop in share price when news didn't materialize.
I've been watching it right up until a few minutes before he came on here, there was no massive sell-off. The sell-off occurred when he made the post. The price was at .0034? - .0035? when he posted that info. Same place it had been for the past two days. Then the bottom dropped out.
