A pool you guys can recommend?

Is there a way to get the XBC source?  I want to compile the daemon on Debian so that our pool can payout in XBC but I can't find a repository anywhere.

Hi guys,

my computer unexpectedly failed and now when Im starting the wallet I get a runtime error eventually and it never starts. It seems like I probably have to re-install. Could someone go over the best way to do that and if that is the best way o fix this issue?

That's good to know.

Sometimes if the wallet is not shutdown correctly the runtime error appears upon restart.Like always ensure you have your private key saved for ALL addresses that hold balances and a latest backup for wallet.dat saved from a fully synced wallet containing your balance.

With the the tor and other added anon technology through the network it can take a while for the wallet to grab connections especially if your connection is slow mainly due to the tor part.

Egghead and myself have been exploring ideas where WE would like to take the coin. And in the absence of ideas being put forward we will start to progress these ideas to the next stage. At this point I don't want to give everything away but one idea we have would involve changes being made so that various 'content' can be stored on the blockchain. There is lots of research ahead of us and I would hope to produce a road map of sorts in the next few months. I am currently working on a proof of concept application to assist us. (Web app). If the current price of XBC can be sustained then XBC will have funds left over every month to progress this and funding becomes less of an issue.

However I am extremely mindful of the fact that this coin is a community based coin. So this is a last call to the community for specific ideas and suggestions before Egghead and myself start to spend any more of our own time on this. Forum can be found here http://bitcoinplus.org/

Fair enough. But you have just posted on a site that uses https and has itself been hacked numerous times so i'm not sure what point you are trying to make. In any case we have reverted to using a shoutbox which people seem to prefer. The forum is closed down. The shoubox is an iframe hosted through https://ishoutbox.com and you can access it through any page on the main website.
