Virat Kohli alone may win one or two matches for India but he cannot win the cup for India all alone. The whole team needs to perform well in order to win this world cup.

I am fully agreed to you with this point. obviously you are right and No good player can win a world cup alone. All player need to perform their best to win a series or a world cup.

I have a feeling that the presence of Virat Kohli makes the other members of the team (I mean the batsmen) very complacent. The thinking is like, he is going to score all the runs... so why we should bother? And I am not joking. In those matches where Virat is absent, I think the other team members do put in a lot of effort and hard-work (which is missing when he is present).

I am not sure whether anyone playing for India will be complacent as they are representing their country and if they cannot give their hundred percent someone will take their place as there are a lot of talents waiting to play for the national side, Virat Kohli is a great player but i do not see him as a great captain without the presence of Dhoni i am sure he will struggle to take decisions during critical situations. If India has any chance to win another world cup this is the best time with Dhoni still playing.

I don't think this gonna happen with Bangladesh. India is strong, at the same time Bangladesh will prepare themselves to face India in a better way. Bangladesh has got more young players who have been contributing good to the team with the continued progress. Tomorrow it won't go as an one sided match.

England is playing very good cricket in the recent days. The team is a balanced team and I think I have read in the news that this current English team is the best team in their history. Afghanistan is not a very good team. The win against Pakistan was just an upset which in a sense all faults are Pakistan's. They are unpredictable team. They can even lose to Russian team LOL

On the other hand Bangladesh is not an easy team. They are way more stronger than Afghanistan. They are not gonna break so easily. Even if India wins the match I think they will have to earn it in the hard way.

Agreed, I personally don't like some Bangladeshi players due to their behaviour but as a team, they are not a dummy. No one can afford to take Bengal tigers lightly in the cricket field, they may be a not big team in the cricketing world, but they are fighters and don't give up quickly which I admire.

I watched the England vs Afghanistan match today.

England packed with all country players and played with the small team. Really feel funny to see England team. They did not even have the potential to pick the players from the own country.

Then you (I mean in general) will say England is a racist country, they discriminate immigrants and give priority to their own race. I hope you got what I mean. It will be a good warm up match for India, Bangladesh has a good team but they do not have any swing bowlers that are suitable for the English conditions and hence it will not test the Indian batsmen, it will be a confidence booster for the Indian team as they can play freely and win the match before the real tournament, they should have pushed the IPL after the world cup and they should have a tournament in England before the world cup if they were serious about winning the tournament, but it is what it is and they have to deal with the situation now.

KL Rahul and Mahendra Singh Dhoni both struck a magnificent hundred, after 50 overs IND made 359 out of 7 wickets. Such a nice total after early wickets. On the opposite side, BAN demonstrates very poor body language. Here what I hope some great batting from Bangladesh.

Bangladesh too is doing well with their batting. End of the over 20 Bangladesh have scored 90+ with two wickets lost. It won't be a win to Bangladesh, but they prepare themselves good for the upcoming matches. India had a poor performance on the last match and now this is a perfect recovery.

Guys, have you noticed the batting of Tom Bundell from New Zealand? He is fairly new and there was a lot of people talking against the decision of calling him in the team. He is playing nice.
Bangladesh till now is playing better but chance of losing is high however, still Musfiq is in the field and if he can continue, it's possible.

I would say that the inform team heading into the World Cup would have to be Australia, as I said in a previous post when they beat England, Australia would have to be favourite or second favourite to win. India has come into form at the right time as well, not sure about England as they did win their last warm up match but it was to Afghanistan which didn't put up a fight. I'm thinking that it will be out of these three teams followed by SA, WI and New Zealand, the dark horse for me is Bangladesh.

It was a good match for India, but they need to shore up their game before the group matches. Openers have failed for consecutive matches and Vijay Shankar looked quite useless out there. Rahul's form is good news for India, and I hope he will be able to relieve some of the pressure from Virat Kohli and Mahendra Singh Dhoni. India still depends on these two a lot in the batting department.
