This has resulted in huge losses for the PCB, and as a result they are unable to properly fund the domestic game.

Good to hear that things are improving, saw some PSL matches and then some of the old highlights and there are some young talents and these tournaments will help the young talents and the entire tournament is conducted in Pakistan and none of the cricket boards were having any objection regarding the security and foreign players were happily participating in it.

I believe if India was ruled by a liberal government and with Imran Khan in power in Pakistan there was a real possibility of sorting out their political differences and go about peacefully but with a right wing party who identity them behind a religion and carrying out their agenda without taking care about the constitution it is an impossible task.

Even if the left-wing parties are in power, I don't expect any improvement in the situation. If they compromise, then the other parties will make a lot of noise and put them under pressure. The best phase in India Pakistan relationship was achieved when AB Vajpayee was the prime minister of India. He was a right wing politician. But the overall political mood has changed a lot, in both the countries.

Whether he is guilty or not, his reputation will be tarnished forever. In South Asian countries, it is considered taboo to have sexual relationship before marriage. What he did was worse. He had the relationship, and then he dumped her (Hamiza Mukhatar) when she demanded him to marry her. Babar should have settled this out of court. But he and his family tried to threaten Mukhatar, and this worsened the situation.

There is some good news today with the Victorian government now allowing 30,000 fans to attend the Boxing Day test match up from 25,000. I think they could allow a lot more as there hasn't been any virus cases in Victoria for over 40 days now but I guess they don't want to risk it.

I have heard about the accusation but did not bother to look too much into it. Now you are telling that they knew each other and they had a relation before Babar Azam was struggling and now he moved on in his life and she is public about the relationship. If that is the situation people do move on with their life, i was reading news headlines about sexual assault and i thought his career will be destroyed with accusations like that.

Remember that in the United States, there was a large spike in the infections after the thanksgiving celebrations. At the press conference the day claimed she had with physical relations before Babar Azam getting his stardom. Indeed very serious matters in South Asian Cricket, before that another Pakistan star Shoaib Malik has faced a similar Scandal. Damn that is nasty, so basically you cannot break up if you are in a relation  . It is clear that she is after the money, may be she has blackmailed him and he rejected and now wanted to have a share to keep her silent. No idea about how the law is in these situation but it is clear blackmailing.

On the other hand, the female partner can call off the relation whenever she likes. The male partner can't file a complaint against this.

I support equality in each and every aspect rather than picking and choosing  .  Since you choose to say these, the context is important, just yesterday the Delhi high court squashed a case filed by a lady citing rape while they were in a live in relationship for 7 years and married another woman, if there is exploitation or domestic violence then you are in trouble.

Some of the South African players are trying to migrate to US, so that they could be eligible to represent USA in three years time. Amir may also be thinking the same.

Amir was 18 years old when he did the mistake and there were senior players who might have forced him including his captain during that series, atleast this is the sentiment he got from the bigger audience including senior players who retired from the sport and hence he was spared from getting banned for life and he literally ruined his cricket career along with Asif who i considered to be the best bowler during that period.

May be he is planning to migrate to other countries but the shadow of match fixing in which he is trying to hide will be there forever.

Is this even real, to break up with your partner is impossible  . How can you remain in a relation if you do not want to continue and you are not married either to share the half of your wealth and many people consider having a live in partner rather than legally marrying until you are sure about it. It looks really stupid if they blackmail people into getting married even if they do not want.

I understand the rape charges as we are living in a crazy different world than before and i know a common friend of mine who was accused of rape even after having a consensual act and things are really dicy.
