Why are people scared of taxes?

I think taxe service is convenient and reasonable for all of us . the way we go, who is to take care of them?
Taxation is a service that is absolutely worthy of the things we pay for taxes. If there is no tax, who will be the provider of social services?

But then, what is the proportion of the total tax revenue, which is being used for the social services? In my country, a part of it is used for providing education and healthcare. But the vast majority is used for providing salaries and pensions for the government employees and the bureaucrats. And obviously a large part gets stolen by the politicians.

it is because they just think that they do not need to pay it.
for me, why do we need to pay taxes?
we but our things with our own money,
so why we should pay amount of money to government?
for me, a good country is the one who do not need taxes from their people.
but remember, it is only my opinion.

Taxation is a duty of every individual and business when it comes to trading, investment and storage. But many are afraid to pay taxes. They evade tax or spelling the law to not pay taxes. They have to pay out of course that is what nobody wants. No one wants money in their pockets.

I do not think anyone can be afraid of paying taxes. Everyone can pay their taxes, so why are they afraid of paying taxes? I think the money they spend on taxes is not worth what they received  .

Actually taxes are good and people are not really scared of taxes. Taxes are used for public and social development. It should be used for projects that would benefit people who are paying taxes to the government. However, government officials are stealing taxes and using it as their own money, that's why people are think that paying taxes are not worth it because they will just make government officials richer.

Maybe some taxes are just thrown to some officials pockets.And some people are afraid because it is so expensive to pay.And you have a business you have to make a monthly,quarterly,and annually.So wheres the profit.Nothing because there are a lot of taxes that a simple merchant is paying.Its okay if it is just annual.

In a country where tax is been deducted before collecting your salary you can't be scared of tax because if of no use. The problem here is where is the money been deduce going to especially in a developing country where I reside you can't say precisely what the money is being used for

Because people might think that the Government would corrupt the budget which is somehow true. Not all, but it would be nice that the taxes would be in a good hands for insfrastructure etc.

That's not about taxes themselves, it's about the amount of money out of them spent on any purposes. You certainly can't be sure all of your X euros will be spent on parks, for example. Preeeetty much of it will land in some clerk's pocket...

In the country I live in, for example, if you want to be honest with paying taxes be ready that you will have to pay even more than you have to. That is why I think many times before I make some steps forward to this system

Because they know their job comes from the rich. More taxes on profit means less money to pay them and possibly being let go. And if you make more than 60k your getting taxed kinda bad. And many locations 60k is just about the standard cost of living.

Do you remember the movie - Robin Hood? Taxes in that movie were bigger and bigger. Same goes today in our countries. It depends on which country are you living in. Some countries have situated financial situation and taxes are well organized. On the other hand, some countries have so much tax on irrelevant things that poor people can only cry in the end. Taxes are necessary - I agree! It must be some order but people fear of taxes is approved if a rate of taxes is decided by people in government who even don't care about the common man and are just caring for themselves.

The problem is not only with the amount of money that i pay, the problem is that those money goes somewhere but not there where it should, they are not invested. The person who can appreciate their work are those with their own business so such a behavior with taxes is not pleasant.

Actually taxes are good because it is used for projects that would help the society. However, people hate paying taxes because they are aware that government officials are greedy and corrupt, and that they are stealing people's money. So, people are tired for paying taxes that are kept on greedy government official's purse.

People are just aware that taxes would just be a waste because people from the government are stealing their money. Some government officials are corrupt, and they are stealing people's money. They are getting rich because of stealing taxes from the people. People will not be scared of paying taxes if they now that it will help everyone and if it will be used properly.

I agree that taxes are great thing. But I also understand why people hate taxes. Because simple workers are the only ones who are paying taxes. Many rich companies and rich people have some way to avoid paying taxes, or part of it. So it is unfair.

Why is the employer afraid of taxes? Because they think they are making money with their own business and they do not want to give the result to pay taxes to the government in other words the entrepreneur does not want to give the producer to pay tax

Everyone should be aware of taxes not just entrepreneurs because taxes we are obliged to pay as a tax-abiding citizen do not harm the state by not paying taxes, because the taxes are also useful for the development of the country to be better, build public utility and others

There are lots of problem for scared of taxes.In my country there are many incident  happened.The rate is very high and sometime they charge extra cost.
