While I think CP3 is going to do wonders for that team as far as winning games and developing players, I worry he might actually lead them to the first round of the playoffs with Wemby and I think that will hurt them in the draft. Honestly, I don't expect impressive results from the Spurs in the upcoming regular season. However, it's worth noting that Victor has been very lucky to play alongside Paul and under the coaching of Pop. There is no doubt that Pop and Paul will be able to help Victor improve many of his skills as long as he can avoid serious injuries due to his size.

You could also gift them to your sons and grandsons someday like inheritance especially if it will gain value in the future.

I knew it, Buddy Hield is a consistent shooter, so it's only right that the Warriors signed him. His career is about to take off again since he fits perfectly with their system. I can't wait anymore! We're still in the preseason, but it already feels like the regular season is here. In his last season average, his shooting percentage was 42.5%, placing him in the top 3- pretty solid...

It's just preseason. Buddy Hield could sometimes play badly when it's crunch time. True, he is a solid shooter but he is being passed in different teams because something might be wrong. But in the Warriors system, he might really be a fit. They need catch-and-shoot players for their plays as Draymond handles the ball most of the time with every player moving without the ball like what Steph and Klay did before. Buddy needs to work hard to learn those kinds of plays.

I think it's more of the mentality of Buddy Hield that's why he might have been passed by different teams. Maybe he has some weakness, he could be like in the case of KCP when he was with the Lakers, he has a good shooting, but during crunch time, it was no where to be found. Even Lebron commented that KCP doesn't want to shoot. However, when he moves to Nuggets, it was a very different KCP as he help the team win a NBA ring. So hopefully, that will be the case on Hield, maybe the Warriors can unlock Hield's psychology and become a better player.

But what good thing happened to them this season is Wemby really got a nice support thru presence of Paul. For sure that he could find good looks and penetrate inside compare before where he missed to many good position since he's team don't know how to find him.

For playoffs they have chance to go first round but for finals, I doubt it will happen since what I think its early for this team to reach that far.

Spurs is another exciting team this season and will see what happen to Wemby x Paul tandem.

In my opinion, I really can not tell right now if this is a heated game as I can not see some real action in the defense department but the shooting was there, it is that I am not used to Draymond Green being pushed around easily by Sabonis well, what do I expect with the preseason game but Buddy Hield was great but let's just see if he can get it going in the regular game right now the Warriors still got that shooting power and level it up even though this game is not that serious enough.

For sure the Warriors are letting their new member experience their system and embed Buddy Hield in that kind of mentality and gameplay in getting into the Warriors' team but this is a sure experience for Buddy Hield and we could surely see the newcomer for some teams playing in the preseason for sure just like in the Warriors teams the other teams will not let the other team take a look at their advantage with the other teams or they will not show their 100% capabilities, so it is obvious that it is not likely good to make a bet but we can likely do so.

I think they got Hield not as a replacement to Klay, two different players and we can't really compare them. Both could have their strength and weaknesses. But for sure the Warriors are expecting something big from Hield and hopefully he will provide something for the Warriors.

Fans is just giving that comparison since maybe they missed classic Klay contribution to Warriors. But looking at current situation where everything is doing good with Warriors at the moment the fans think that Hield is good replacement for Klay. Despite of separation of splash brother in Warriors we can say that this team became more better and have more chance to win a championship compare to their last year roster. Hopefully they Warriors could convert expectation to reality then we see them perform so well as a team.

I like the combination though, for sure Wemby can learn a lot of things from Chris Paul. And even if Chris has been in the league for so long, I think he can still play as he is a point guard so there is no wear and tear on his body, although he had several injuries on him specially when he was with the Rockets and they almost made it and beat the Warriors that time.

So for sure we will see a lot of alley-oop and this is expected of him and Wemby will be the recipient and it could be lob city again. Just like when he and Griffin and DJ was with the Clippers. This is a good start for Chris Paul x Wemby this season.

The Spurs will have to bring some good players in team, as we have seen teams right now that have 2-3 superstars, and yet some of those are not yet enough. So what more with a team such as the Spurs who just rely on their sophomore and still a lot to learn in the league. And even getting the "point God", I'm not seeing them even landing in for the play-in as the West is really very crowded with great teams.

The difference between Klay and Hield is age, and Hield has age which is better, but Klay had the team chemistry ,they were happy together. Lets see what happens but I believe we are going to see them be great eventually, there won't be much issues if they had Klay or Hield, not too much different. I believe the best we can see right now would be focusing on what to do, it will not be considered as something that causes too much trouble.

We are going to end up with anything bigger eventually, what we are going to see here is what we can get, and we can definitely get what we want out of this. In the end, we shouldn't really see Warrios having a downtime because of this switch, they have what they have and they will do whatever they can with it. Not like they were getting a title this season if Klay was there anyways, and they won't with Hield neither.

One of the reasons LeBron didn't win the championship against the San Antonio Spurs in 2014 became the same reason why LeBron and the Los Angeles Lakers won the championship in 2020. lol ma boy Danny Green has more rings than Ray Allen and other three point shooters out there. He has nothing left to prove and it's really okay that he retires now since his game is different compared to his prime. Danny Green is a sharp shooter no doubt.

Hield is definitely not half the defender Klay used to be, but the trouble is Klay isn't the defender he used to be neither. The bigger difference comes from offense, Klay used to shoot threes like crazy, he would go nuclear, and he would shoot a ton, and now we are seeing him not have that type of crazy shooting anymore, the result looks different.

We should probably consider this as an upgrade for Warriors but barely. The biggest benefit they got is Hield is younger, meaning they will get this level of output from Hield for many years, whereas Klay got older and came back from injury, so he is not great anymore and getting older and worse. The best approach here is try to adjust Hield into Warriors system as quickly as possible.

There's nothing much great roster added and its just Paul somehow creating some good changes with their team. But I also think that's enough to win a championship since then again there roster is still not capable to do so since maybe experience is not enough to fight back with other strong teams.

Reaching playoffs would be great achievement to them and I think developing Wemby is their main target here. So for sure that people will look forward how far Spurs would able to reach this season and also how Paul could affect the game of Wemby if he could able to release his monster side each game they play.

This is somehow great development for Spurs so provably that we would see more from them especially when regular season came.

I got a chance to check out the first episode of the new Netflix documentary series on the NBA last night. It’s called Starting Five and follows some of the NBA’s best. The first episode seemed mostly focused on LeBron James but it looks like episode 2 is going to be mostly about Anthony Edwards. Looking forward to watching that.

Expect more of that lob plays from the Spurs this regular season. This is why I called the Spurs the new "Lob City" months ago because of the acquisition of CP3. Let's remember that the Clippers became a lob city years ago because of the Jordan-Paul-Griffin lob plays as well. Now it's the Spurs.

Let's not expect that much for the Spurs because after all, their roster is very young, and they don't have any all-star player at all aside from CP3 of course. Let's not also forget that all of the teams that CP3 played improved big time (let's exclude the Warriors for now). The Spurs are focusing on the development of Wemby and their young players as well hence they acquired CP3. They also have Stephon Castle which is a good PG as well so he will also learn from the "Point God". As for the injuries, Wemby will not be injured that easily. Remember when he tweaked his ankle during an out of bounds play against the Rockets? He just stomped his foot after that like nothing happened.
