As I have said before, the Warriors is really moving differently with this set of players that they have. Reminds me of the last time they become a champion. They've won with another huge lead against the Jazz as Utah looks disorganized at the start of this season.

Buddy Hield lead the Warriors with 27 points and again, display his showing touch in the 3 point zone. Curry struggle in the first half, but finished with 20 points. Let's see how far this version of the Warriors can go this season. Again, they could be one of the dark horse in the West for this season as nobody expects them to play good as they've lost half of the Splash Brothers to Luka and the Mavs.

Just to add on this one, the Warriors are the first team in NBA history to win 2 consecutive games with 35+ points or more.

The addition of Buddy Hield plus other role players really is helping them on both on offense and defense. We know it's only just 2 games, but we are seeing the glimpse of how the Warriors will play into the regular season. Buddy Hield really is helping them in offense, and I know this sounds too early, but he can be a candidate or might be the winner of 6th man of the year just by looking at his performance in his first 2 games. With this, Steph doesn't need to focus on offense that much because he can make some assists as well and that's what make him more dangerous. Imagine the greatest shooter of all time that can also make plays. Hmmm.

And we can say that he perfectly fits with the Warriors offense, as he knows how to move without the ball and then finding those sweet spot of his. Most likely this is what we are going to see for him in this season. But yeah, it's just 2 games so there could be a lot of things that is going to happen to them. But again, as I have I would consider them as a dark horse and maybe it's good to bet on them when they are the underdogs.

Klay is happy now that he's in Dallas, and as for Golden State, they found a new Splash Brother already. Let's see how they will play the whole regular season.

I guess the chemistry of the Lakers has improved a lot from last season, Rui, Reaves, D'Lo started to blend with AD and Lebron. As you can see the points of AD is mostly inside and from the feed of Austin. And then Rui mixing up with outside shooting and then penetrating with a dunk.

I badly want to see Westbrook focusing on the defensive end. He can be so aggressive that it will wreck the play of the opposing team and he should avoid shooting long-range shots. Attack the paint as much as possible, if the defender leaves him open then he will have more room to get momentum and get a dunk or a layup.
It's all Jokic and Murray on that game against the Clippers and that cannot happen because it ain't the recipe for a win. Everyone must participate but what happened is that Jokic was forced to score every time just so they could get a point. That is because it is a high chance shot compared to trying to get in when everyone knows you will.

The Thunder won against the Hawks by 24 points 128-104. Nothing surprising knowing it's the Thunder that they're facing, and we know how strong these youngsters are. The culture of the Thunder right now is for me is what I like about them. I mean you can feel the energy, the excitement and with some additional entertainment during the interviews especially at the end when all of them support the best player of the game.

As for the Westbrook Curse, I would slightly disagree with that... or should I say it's too early to say it since we're just starting the regular season. What I believe is that the chemistry between Westbrook and his teammates isn't there yet. We know that Coach Malone is a great coach, and he will do everything for the betterment of the team.

I would say that their past relationship as close friends is a factor to this one. Maybe Lebron saw a potential with him hence, he chooses to follow what he's saying. We've seen screens that we've never seen since Coach Ham handled the team. We've seen plays that we've never seen from them ever since they won the title. We've seen Russell and Reaves being a better defender compared to how they defend a few years ago. Maybe it's too early to be optimistic about them, but if we will base on their first 3 games, I will say there's a huge improvement on the team as a whole.

For all the statistics lovers, the Lakers haven't started 3:0 since the 2010/11 season.

Most people even expected 0-3 or 0-4 start for the Lakers as the were facing top playoff teams, but JJ Redick really made a good adjustments if they're down. That's something we didn't see from Hamm. Giving Gabe Vincent more minutes especially in the 4th quarter really made a difference for the Lakers early this season, and not to mention LeBron being the 3rd option is somehow clicking as well. Noticed he didn't make enough points in the 1st half, he's letting his teammates get a hot hand as it will come in handy down the stretch.
They'll only need to be consistent and the Lakers will once again be a top caliber team.

Yeah double digit leads really mean nothing in this league these days, especially when an underdog is holding such a lead. the game has become so fast and with the increase of shooting threes 10 points can be turned around in 2 minutes easy, so you are basically never on the safe side.
+11 looked like a sold bet I think but seeing the fir power and talent of OKC it still tough to get that. They are elite on both ends of the floor, especially after adding a defensive specialist like Caruso. With Holgrem protecting the paint and also still run in transition this team is destined to make big runs.

I don't know if you can call it that way, but it seems that Reddick knows how to rotate his players as he had given a lot of time for his bench as well and they did respond well. And then Lebron James taking over the game at the start of the 4 quarter and rally the Lakers and then takes the lead. However, the Sacrament Kings are not that easy to go away as they make a good comeback. But that 3 of AD is the dagger, and again, with JJ's rotation, entering the 4th, AD looks fresh and Lebron as well and most of his starting 5 that's why they have legs to finished the game as compare to the Kings who become so tired of chasing that big lead of the Lakers in the 4th.

So what can we say, JJ's has that ability for the play and then rotating the full roster to play and all the players he put at least score 2 points or more. And then will be travel to Phoenix this time to face the Suns again and for sure this could be another great game as the Suns wanted to avenge their early lost to the Lakers.

Could be true or not but I guess he's not really comfortable on his position. Maybe there's really a problem with his side and just can't accept or adapt to the new rules set by management to him. He's not a superstar caliber anymore so maybe he should settle up and contribute according to what Nuggets like him to do. I guess this is the last chance of Westbrook to prove his worth since if he continue to leave a statement that he is a curse on every team that would get him then maybe next time there would be no teams will get his service.

We should admit that Lebron game last season is kinda meh since he is not carrying the team anymore while AD is can’t carry them consistently due to his on and off game. I think Lebron finally stepping up his game makes the Lakers solid this year.
