Are they going out in order of when the order was placed?

Hello, this is my second order at bitinstant, and I have a problem this time... My payment has already been confirmed by ZIPZAP under Account Number: 335119806 since last friday (april,12) but bitinstant only show my order as "Loading". Whats going on? Wheres my money? The first time was near instant payment to Mt.Gox... and now 2 days has passed and nothing... I lost a lot of good opportunities to buy bitcoins at a low prices (60,70 usd)... I already send 2 e-mails and did not receive any answear...

Okay, I will patiently wait. Just to confirm, my Mt. Gox account is under the andrewb12345678@gmail.com email address not the one on your list, I assume that doesn't matter for this purpose as you have my account number, but just want to make sure that won't cause any issues.

Also can you edit my other email address out of your last post if you get a chance, rather it not be public if possible.

CVS transaction on 4/3, support ticket list on 4/9, and as of this morning 4/15 I finally have my money in my Gox account. I'm allitle upset that bit instant still kept their fee. I still need compensated for the price difference, and I will be checking URSAY's sig in a sec to see how I should go about obtaining the difference. I will say after this experiance I will probably not be using bit instant anytime soon untill they have proven to get it together. But I will say it wasn't all their fault. MtGox had a hand to play in this as well. Basically every bad thing that could of happen, did happen. Unfortunate as that is it is going to hurt gox and bitinstant. I would like to thank URSAY personally, I have watched him get bashed for the last 2 weeks like all of this was his fault or something. He was literally the only person who was helping for the longest time, and although I am not pleased with the swiftness of my transaction still, you all should understand none of that is in his control. Thank you so much for all you have done with my order and everyone else's order URSAY. Everyone be polite and patient and your money will come.

Good to hear that you've finally received your funds!  I would be happy to submit a ticket for a fee reversal request if you can provide me with some info...

BTC destination address and what you think you are owed.  Please keep in mind that we can only lock in the price at time of order when we are expected to execute the BTC purchase.

The issue I have now is I haven't received the correct amount in my account. I paid for $96.01 but received $87.87. It's a small amount but the principle is what matters to me. Can you help?

Looks like there is an issue finding your Gox acct. but you've appeared to provide the acct. info we have on file.  I'm not sure how this type of issue would be solved so your best method for resolution would be to log everything at bitinstant.com/contact

Even if i did lose about $26 from the original price i might consider using bitinstant again in the future.

My first support ticket (after 1 day of placing the order) was NEK-JBDME-321 and second one (logged on Apr 13) without any ID (tough the email has a title with ID: 861406, which probably is NOT my support id)

If you submitted tickets thru bitinstant.com/contact then you should of received an automated email which states that your issue is logged and we are looking into it.  Is it possible you received any btce coupons?

Yes Ursay, I'm not an idiot. I've used your service probably a dozen times now. My total was $100 before the fees. After the fees I should have received $96.01. Where did the other $8.14 go? Please send me what I paid for.
