Hello, I have absolutely no idea what to do, I've never used BitInstant before and It's been almost 2 days since I made my successful ZipZap payment and I don't have my money.
I don't have my order ID number or anything, I never received an email from BitInstant with anything I have no clue how to even begin this process. I have all my information from my MoneyGram payment but absolutely nothing else. What do I do??

Okay I just used my internet search history and it looks like this is my order/event ID: Order ID 09ba09b6-2dbf-4df0-9cee-f0dac838e383 Event ID 9e4acbb5-a44f-4d1b-9af7-597e8d5803cd I hope this is correct. I began two different payments since it was the first time I'd used this service, but I did only pay for one so I hope this is the right order. Thank you. This same issue happened to me on monday the 23rd of april! I still haven't recieved my coins, yankee maybe you can help me, I made 2 deposits on monday, one in the AM, and when I saw that it wasn't going through, I made one later in the day. The 2nd one was transferred without a problem, but in regards to the first, the transaction doesn't even show up on blockchain! I did a cash deposit at duane reade to my bitcoin address. The second problem is I do not have access to the email that I used. My email provider has been down for the past 2 days, but I did recieve an email saying the transaction went ok. Please if you can get in touch with me, the email I can be contacted at is levy42088@gmail.com and we can try and figure it out! Right now I am out $243.95 and no bitcoins or record on block chain to prove it I do have my name, my email, and my phone number though, so please get back to me! My ZIPZAP reference number is 64972062

There is no way to make a support request for this order since I did not receive any email with any further information AND VouchX is not available to choose from on the website. How strange is that!

The name with the purchase is mar ley, my phone number is 7189960132 and my reference number is 64972062. That's all the info I have with my reciept. All the order number and everything is in the email that I cannot access. and the date I made the deposit on was April 23rd at 9:57 am
