Unfortunately Qora has the fate of other promising coins. The technology is great but it lacks of the broad support and user base. I think this is also due to the stain of the PoS. For many, this is a no-go even if it offers many advantages over PoW. But I remain positive for Qora overall.

I've been into Qora for a long time and agree that its a stable and highly innovative coin, infact one of the best crypto coins out there. However, we have to value the market response and right now, Qora is not looking good. The volume has gone very low, and the value hasn't been keeping up with its expected potential.

I think Qora might be headed for a delisting in the next round of Polo delistings. Maybe we should get listed on Bittrex

We need
1、Join Bittrex
2、Improve GUI
3、Improve BLOG

Yeah I definitely hope it goes to Bittrex because I think it is likely to be delisted in the next round of Poloniex delistings which may happen early February. That would mean we were not good enough for Poloniex. It will take a long time, maybe years (if it ever does) to get back on a decent exchange.

THIS is the best time to make serious things happen

Qora a great coin! poloniex members know that.
I wouldn't paint the devil on the wall, and think about delisting, overall the volume is really OK! we only have sometimes short periods with a low volume.
Just wait, when the btc money will flow back into the altcoin markets!
Qora will benefit in the future from the btc rise, that's for sure.
Just buy the altcoin tips and be patient Smiley

It's a bad idea to increase coin supply and change POS to POW

There would be no change in coin supply. Merge Mining as PoW would only gain transaction fees for miners of Burst. If there is no TX Fees there are no rewards.

QORA is a Static Supply of 10 Billion coin, Never More... Quoth the Raven!

Sounds good. We should go up nicely with a roadmap about POW implementation. It would secure the network really well like Crowetic said. Right now, we are quickly heading towards 5 sats

Works for me, someone just filled my buy order at 5, so cheers to whoever that was.   Grin

It won't last and they'll be kicking themselves when it's back up to 15 or more.

Do you think it can go up 250% soon? Seems quite hard, but with the 3k+ nodes of Burst network supporting Qora, it may be possible. We still don't know when it will happen

What's happening here folks? It's been a while I was away on a long holiday. Holding quite a lot of QUORA! I know it's a longterm project, so not really bothered about the price.

A lot of people (including whales) have paid between 15 to 25 sats for Qora in last few months, so I think we can possibly go to that price range again soon, maybe after the new update about merge mining with Burst. It is quite possible I think, especially with the current low marketcap of just $630k. It wouldn't require much. I would expect quite a bit of sell walls to disappear once it starts going up more

Yeah I definitely hope it goes to Bittrex because I think it is likely to be delisted in the next round of Poloniex delistings
...

Probably unlikely. Sort the Polo-Coins according to minimum volume. You will see there are many other candidates.

delisting is definitively NOT possible! imo
The only question is how high Qora will go after the updates!
I think the highest spikes will be somewhere between (20sat and 50sat range)
time will tell Cool

Help those who want to help you. Provide as much detail as you can. Assuming Windows OS. Assuming version 26.0 from https://github.com/Qoracoin/Qora/releases/tag/0.26.0

Did you see the following in post a few pages back? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1358722.msg17239037#msg17239037"As for the database and crashing issues... I've had a temporary qora.jar file compiled, and after some testing I've not had any chain db corruption issues, even upon closing incorrectly. However, I did have 1 corruption of the wallet db upon crashing the computer on purpose, but I restored the wallet by deleting the wallet folder contents, and restoring by seed. Then everything was fine."

Anything is possible in crypto Smiley but I agree, no way delisting due to lack of trading. Qora is fairly active. Having a second exchange will offer a sense of security to newbs like me though. And I kinda wonder how much Tristan et al are going to put up with db (or other) issues that might arise. Don't know of this ever being a reason to delist but it is a thought that speculators might have.

There are no more coins being generated from PoS. iirc, Qora will transition to PoW mining.

We had a bunch of people already posting their wallets and we sent over the assets and paid a few dividends as well. We want more! Your help will be paid for!

Since we're not allowed to post address, please PM them to me.

I was wondering if this is still true. Sent my wallet address 3 weeks ago but did not get any answer or assets yet...

There is quietness, absence on social media and lack of marketing during these times when altcoins are getting a lot of attention. How else do you really expect Qora to grow? Features alone won't help and if you miss times like this, Qora can't grow. Very disappointed.
