DOGED was one of the few coins that could be withdrawn from m Craptsy for a long time. I  ould dump all my coins, buy DOGED and transfer to Bittrex, just in time for the pump - much fun and profit. Great fan of XVG since then and still holding some🤗

there werent many doged left on cryptsy before they closed, and the settlement people dumped the coins on bittrex last year (probably in order to raise bitcoin to pay people back)

Promising times may be ahead for VERGE. IF we're ready for that. For now there seem to be some loose ends here and there. Remember you don't have to do this alone dev. Just ask the community to work together. We can do this.

yeah, mkinney just helped me get the mac build for travis-ci back on track on github. also i just realized the new QT version will let me put the radio into the windows wallets finally, so since we're launching a new stand alone radio station, im going to set it up in the new wallet, but also give it its own repository (https://github.com/justinvforvendetta/radiocrypto-qt) so anyone can add it to their wallet/qt application. lots of good things coming for verge. a new round of special android wallets coming too, and the next win wallets will have some improvements other than just the radio stream.

as soon as my replacement motherboard gets here tmrw night, this week ill be releasing more i2p nodes, more tor nodes, and new electrum servers, as well as electrum on i2p and tor.

also some upcoming things are: relaunching the vergecurrency.com/radio page, into a standalone site, radio.vergecurrency.com, as well as a stand alone site, radiocrypto.com. also, once the electrum servers are back up, im going to make android wallets that connect to the new i2p and tor electrum servers, for mobile ip obfuscation. hmm what else.. oh and the verge radio will also be in the new windows wallets i release shortly, and they'll be compiled with the newest qt (5.9) that was just released 2 days ago, along with updated openssl and boost libraries.. hmm.. hmm let me think what else i have in the works... oh, ill be setting up relays for our irc chat users (still between 50-100 people in at all times) to a new skype chat, as well as expanding our slack chat and hopefully permanently getting the relay from slack up.. so any of our chats from skype, i2p irc, steam, freenode irc, and slack, will all be able to talk to each other no matter what platform they are on. eventually i'd like to incorporate that into the wallet as well.

no, definitely not. why would we go segwit, especially now? it's a much better idea to see how it plays out for sys, ltc, and btc over a bit. we can always consider it in the future, but with 1 minute blocks, we can already handle 10x the amount of transactions bitcoins chain before their fork to segwit.

that may be so, but that's not what we're about over here. we don't just jump on the latest hype bandwagon to pump the price, sorry. we'll watch how segwit pans out for btc and ltc, and we can always consider it in the future. right now we can handle 180,000 transactions per hour on our chain, verse btc having only 18,000 per hour.

It didn't help DGB to pump, why should it with XVG - apart from that pumping a coin doesn't help it in the long run.
