I see people are having issues with the current desktop version of the wallet.

This guy essentially stores his verge in his mobile wallets (he had a hard time getting the desktop version to work).

Any plans for future wallet release? I think a hassle free wallet will definitely boost VERGE. 

we released 2 wallets today, for electrum clearnet and electrum tor, both for windows.

im not sure what the issue he has with his wallet is, he wasnt very specific, and seemed to think it might just be him.

i would imagine 32bit users could take a while loading the block index, since 32bit limits how much resource an application can use..

core wallets are being updated and released again for all platforms soon too.

Took 2 screenshots one just before it finished sync , was off yesterday (maybe day before)

and then the next shot is after sync.  dont know what problems are... mine works fine.

win10 64bit.   (32bit verge client i noticed)

sent 500 verge coins to an exchange to test. that works fine too.

Hey DEV, you should get XVG added to dark market and open bazaar sites as a currency.  Great for TOR.  I think that would boost value even more than the pump going on now.  XVG should be pump and pump, all you whales out there.  Keep up the good work DEV

Exactly, verge should be developed as the next zcash. Or add some new feactures like staking, masternote, or something like that to keep people buying and holding verge.

They have various servers, but was unsure if their "Onion over VPN" is same thing as i2P, as your site states that this is required for one of the secure Web Wallets.

you can use our tor web wallet if you like. or you can use our tor electrum client.. or just send to cold storage (paper wallet generated offline)

Thanks! I downloaded a couple of Paperwallets yesterday offline, and was going to use to store smaller amounts.
It took me a while to get it working as I tried the Ubuntu Live CD that I got from Bitcoinpaperwallet.com and thumbdrive of v2.rar, but had problems getting to print, so used yours offline instead, and they turned out good!
So Onion is the same as TOR, rather than i2P?
I will try and do that now. Have been learning a lot lately, but obviously have much more to learn

Backup backup backup.  (and not on the same device! lol)

(i am assuming android wallet works like PC wallet here...)    make backup of your wallet.dat file, email it to your gmail/yahoo account, if nothing else.

better yet, put it on a thumbdrive and put that into a safe.

find other ways, to put the file, safely somewhere else.
