I'm actually astonished it took this long for something to be done. Now we just need BFL to lock this thread, and then the forum might actually have useful information and relevant discussion again!

I'm just going to keep repeating "it's an Altera HardCopy" because I haven't the slightest clue what I'm talking about.

This is the BFL asshamster wheel - it works like a giant grape press. On the other side of the wall are Unicorns - they are squeezed and the Unicorn blood is condensed into ASICs.

"USE THE OFFICIAL BFL THREAD FOR ALL BFL TOPICS"

Great, now we'll have a 1000 page thread. What's the point of using forum software. We could do it with a mailing list.

The sad part is most people stopped reading at "USE THE OFFICIAL BFL THREAD". I can almost guarantee you that half the stuff posted in here will not be about BFL, and the other half will be so biased one way or the other it'll be impossible to discern any new information. I"ll just stick with browsing HERE for any new threads/information.

Nah, he just [probably] disowned BFL as a legitimate vendor. Sent all the redundant threads into limbo, where even BFL cannot find them.

BFL should pay Theymos the ad rent they owe.

Now ASICMINER is our new attention. BFL Who?

BFL should pay Theymos the ad rent they owe.

Wat nao?

They "bought" forum ad slots and didn't pay?

Why would forum ads not be sold on a prepaid basis only?

Signatures. BFL "buys" signature space by holding a sweepstakes for BFL products on their own forum, where they require players to have a BFL ad in their signature on BTCTalk and to keep up an active presence on BTCTalk. In essence: they have created an army of unpaid shills.

Josh has confirmed that the new date is for the delivery of the chips, not the shipping of units.

Quote
For the chip delivery, but I will be walking the chips through the rest of the process, so ~1 week for that.
