I'm checking this issue in Linux, so I will have some news in a few hours.

Also, even though I have the ADL v10 linked in my /usr/lib, the miner complains about no ADL installed. This is with Ubuntu 16.04. Any details regarding this would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

ADL SDK v10 contains sample code for overlocking, but it created for Windows because code loads "atiadlxx.dll" library. ADL SDK v9 also contains code for Linux that loads "libatiadlxx.so" library. So either AMD devs forgot to include code for Linux in ADL SDK v10, or Linux is not supported by ADL SDK v10.
Right now miner tries to load "libatiadlxx.so", if it writes that ADL is not supported it means that you don't have "libatiadlxx.so" file.

PS. Now I can duplicate issue with Linux (gpu fault detected), but it will take some more time to find the reason and fix it.

Hi Claymore, I found a version of AMD drivers that now include libatiadlxx.so, it's in the SteamOS repo for AMDGPU-PRO drivers 16.40.
Found it through here: https://www.phoronix.com/forums/forum/linux-graphics-x-org-drivers/amd-linux/895520-amdgpu-pro-controlling-hardware-settings-for-polaris

Does miner show temp/fan with these drivers?

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

@claymore

Thanks for the update including LBC but could you add support for blake2s and blake256+vnl(XVC - Vcash)?

ETH+Lbry totally kills my hashrate on R9 390. down from 31MH to around 25.

My test rig: 6x390, stock clocks, gives 172MH/s ETH in ETH-only mode.
In ETH+LBC mode, "-dcri 16", it gives 167MH/s ETH + 167MH/s LBC.
If you have big drop on ETH even on "-dcri 16", make sure you use 15.12 drivers.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

@Claymore

I have a problem with GPU temp control under Ubuntu 14.04 and AMD RX480 , CDM says no "AMD ADL library not found, temperature management for AMD GPUs disabled".
I tried to install ADL 10.1 but the install instructions doesn't work, nor I can find any info on the net how to compile these files.

Any help appreciated.

Asus & Msi 380 4gb ETH only : 21.4 MHS
Asus & Msi 380 4gb with -dcri 16 on lbry : 16.2 / 15.7 MHS

So its a drop > 5 mhs which is huge.

My r7 370 get about :

5.81 Mhs on eth
8.35 Mhs on lbry

My HD 7870 XT (Tahiti LE) and yes 15.12 drivers are used
17/250 Mh/s oin EXP + Sia dcri 30
13.3/7.3 Mh/s on EXP +  LBC dcri 0
9.7/9.7 Mh/s on EXP + LBC dcri 30

Thanks for your update but doesn't work very well, since on your op you say with no reduction in hashrate as you can see that doesn't hold true.
I don't mine ETH or ETC as my hashrate drops to 11.3 MH/s so diff and hashrate diff make expanse more profitable.

Is 15.12 still the driver to use?  If so, where is a good place to download it?  It looks like AMD removed it from their list of downloads.

Everybody on Win who have RX 480 are using latest drivers (16.7.2/16.8.2) for a long time

Why should you use prehistoric drivers?

hd7970 mining eth/lbc 12mhs eth, 14 mhs lbc - epic fail ))
Claymore, why you waste your time for that?
You need to completely remove memory controller load in lbry as _sp did with his private ccminer, then it will be good for dualmining. Else, fail.

AMD page - manually select driver - (select OS and card) - "download previous drivers & software" on the right

Of course useless for newer gen. RX series...

-di    GPU indexes, default is all available GPUs. For example, if you have four GPUs "-di 02" will enable only first and third GPUs (#0 and #2).
Use "-di detect" value to detect correct GPU order for temperatures management (requires non-zero "-tt" option); note that it will not work properly if you do not want to assign all GPUs to miner.
You can also turn on/off cards in runtime with "0"..."9" keys and check current statistics with "s" key.

I can't get it (-di) to work. I have a 295x2 and a GTX 970, and I put -di 01  but it still mines with all 3 gpu's!
