That is the door to being an addict to gambling, you can't resist it, you cant stop yourself from gambling even if you are still losing, but I think you are still on the position where you can still save yourself from being an addict in gambling. As long that you can tell this to yourself, you are still aware of where you are and what you are doing.

And also you are having a confusion of what is the reason while you are still coming back but it may be because it is exciting and fun which means that you are enjoying and just taking gambling as an entertainment or a pass time.

It is really hard to give up anything you are addicted to.For me it is not that a hard one because i can switch it off just like that when i feel bored gambling all the time. If you find it difficult you need some help.

Staying as long as you want doesnt mean that you are going to be addicted. There are many poker players that only treat the game as a sourc of making money, they have no other intentions so that doesnt mean that they are addicted. Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about not hapfmthe afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust ga!going casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

No one is saying quitting gambling is easy but you can try at least. My suggestion is to play with the faucet money only or with some promo money they give you but never with your own money. That's for starters and then you get bored and quit it for good. )

Yes that is very right, and specially for those people who are addicted to gambling, so it is very difficult to them to stop gambling, some time when they work hard they control their self for some time, but in fact most of them start playing gambling again. if you want to stop then stop immediately, asking for play money to gamble is just ridiculous. you need to
take your mind away from gambling find some outdoor activities like camping,exercising,playing a sport that
you want or some hobby that will make your hand and mind busy if you dont want to go outside. quitting on
something that you are addicted is never easy and your biggest weapon and enemy is yourself.

i think it is very easy to say but very difficult to apply. i think one of the msot difficult job in gambling is to stop gambling. i think most of the people after they become addict they find it very hard to stop gambling for ever.

That's great, as long as you will stay in control, losing would not be a problem. $8 is a small amount of money and I'm sure you
can afford that. I lose more than that amount in a daily basis and I feel alright about it because I love what I'm doing and I do sports

We had our very own weakness and I can say you are right with it, we can include gambling as a weakness for each of us. And even we are keep on telling that we will quit gambling very soon, we just can't because it's our weakness and it is almost attached to our lives. Having a companion and helper with this type of weakness is needed.

I think there is more to addiction than you might think. There are stuff you get addicted because you do it too much but there are also stuff that gets you addicted because of biological reasons.

For example you do not get hooked on drugs because you do too much, there are chemicals in it that gets you addicted, you do not smoke constantly because you do it too much, people who stop smoking for years may relapse. So there are more reasons to getting addicted than “doing too much of it”.
