I have a problem! Hello Heatheads, I login at heatwallet.com. It says I have around 20k heat on the top right. On the A2A it says on the left I have only 167 heat. When I try to send >167 heat it says I have insufficient balance. I can neither sell more than 167 heat nor can I send it. I need help. I can not even sell my heat anywhere due to this. I just want out. STOP HOLDING ME AS A PRISONER!

These idiots seem to be releasing a new version every day now, still nothing works. Instead it gets worse every time. In the beginning I was at least able to send Heat, now absolutely nothing works! Really nothing, a2a broken, sending heat not possible, shows wrong balances, forging not possible. This is the worst crap I have ever seen, how can someone release such a piece of worthless shit of software? NOTHING WORKS! I am asking myself why my computer did not explode yet. If you want to fix this guys, maybe you should hire this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdXKdRoB9Wk

It is working, at least sporadically. The devs are working hard, that's all we can ask at this stage.

Be patient, I am witnessing improvements with every release. Faulty transactions will be fixed, devs have replied every time to my questions.

I would like to see the promised 100k teansactions a second with a stable blockchain. We need a product for that, with a coin Exchange you will not get this transactions. Not now.

Hey man what are you talking about? I have a record of 0 transaction per day? And if you divide 1 by 0 it results in Infinity!!!!! Yeah I think we solved the scalability issue!

Large volume trading with instantly matched trades no longer produce any hindrance thanks to HEAT’s HFT processing speed.

HEAT answers the call for blockchain based distributed applications in its own ingenious way. We have named the technique "Distributed Services Architecture" [DSA].

There is no forging at the moment. The rewarded forging will be turned on as soon as all issues regarding network and AE have been fixed.

Redemptions status have no reflection whatsoever in webwallet. When you transfer the BTC asset to company account for processing, that's the only transaction written to blockchain as of now. Whether it's been processed or not can be only seen in our internal database and your bitcoin account.

If your redemption request (the transfer of BTC asset from your account to company account) however has been rolled back due to exceptional circumstances / technical instability, you can recognize this by observing the disappearance of your BTC asset transfer and returning of the asset to your account.  This shouldn't be the case lately, unless you happened to send the tx to one of a quick forks that still do happen but are removed quickly.

That's how it functions in all the complexity now, not how it's going to work anyway. The decentralization parts of the exchange are designed to improve stability, not undermine it as they unfortunately still do.
