Co-operation in integration of the HEAT wallet on the existing 3rd party exchangers is moving ahead as we release new versions on github to improve stability at quite fast pace. New exchanges will be pursued when the p2p network, transaction propagation and the HEAT decentralized asset exchange have been proved stable.

I also found the emails - yes indeed I asked for listing of FIMK and inquired about helping HEAT (whose name remained secret in mid June, so it was not identified) in the ICO as escrow, for later listing on Bittrex. In a followup to their canned reply I offered the 3 BTC quoted somewhere on their site, with communication stopping there on their side.

Yes you did. And the inconsistency existed then, as it does now.
Bittrex have no record of any inquiry other than FIMK, which would be consistent with you saying that HEAT was not mentioned. So why say this?.....  "Prior to HEAT ICO I've talked to Bittrex personally about listing HEAT"

2. Coin distribution:
All coins were bought, and distributed in the planned genesis accordingly.
The actual coins were bought, and everything was distributed accordingly, but a clause for a refund/buy back was never cemented. A refund/buy back happened, so those coins are up to the heat team's discretion once again, outside from the distribution set up which was performed.

What you say here seems reasonable.

In about 18 hours from the time of this release we will reach block 65,536 which is the moment the hardfork will be applied.

• This release fixes the fact where we allowed order cancellations to exist for orders that have not yet been applied. This was most likely the main cause for earlier forks.
• This release also contains an addition to the legacy API, added was the GetBlock call.

This release also contains the preparations needed to better keep the replication database model (what is displayed in the AE) better in sync, it uses a new event dispatching mechanism which is directly bound to the binary balance, asset and order storage components which basically ensures that if something is written to or removed from the blockchain.
It is immediately updated in the optional replication database model, this should solve the wrong display of virtual (or real-time) balances.
