Wow! Just received letter from avalon store, that my orders can't be delivered, cos no phone number. But my Order Page is empty Sad Suppose I need write another ticket to support...

It means that they are working on batch2 delivery already
When do you got it?

Did you create an account to place this order or was it placed as a guest? Or did Walletbit mess up by not redirecting you back after the payment confirmation to the avalon ordering site?

I tried in vein to open a ticket to link my guest orders to my existing account so I can check and update the shipping address and phone number but never got a reply

Order were placed as guest. Walletbit all messed up and didn't redirected back. Orders were directly inserted to store by Yifu. I write support ticket to link my orders to created account, but never got a reply or action on it.

I got a similar mail, telling me there is no telephone number, which is wrong!

There is a telephone number, but it is inside billing address!

Shipping address has no space for telephone numbers.

I've just opened a ticket, let's hope they can find it out.

I got the same email (order #1089). It gave me a panic attack. There is no instruction about how to send them my phone number. That would have been helpful. So, I sent it through every possible avenue I could think of.

Yes,

I have, so far, opened four tickets with them, two of which got a response.

But the problem is that on their shopping site there is a place where you can insert a phone number, this place is inside the billing address, I had my number there since day one, but it is not shown when you look at your order, #1077 for me.

So whoever sent the mail could not see it and/or could not access the complete billing address info, hence he sent the mail!

So how much money do you think we are going to get out of our batch 2 avalons? It seems like batch 2 and 3 and all the bulk chip orders will go out at the same time, plus difficulty will continue to rise from other sources. At one point batch #2 pre orders were selling for 30k$ usd on ebay, now maybe 20k$? I'm just projecting the potential profit I will get from this I'm hoping for at least 15k return before difficulty skyrockets and melts the potential profit away.
