Is Zcash worth to invest in it?

I guess that this coins would be great, well it will need time to increase the value. Patience are the key and keep in mind that this is a long term investment which will give a great return.

I think Zcash is not the best investment.  I advise you to invest better in eth.  By the end of the year you are guaranteed to earn a minimum of x2.

The coin is quite promising. And it is quite possible that ZCash will become one of the reserve currencies for everyone who needs confidentiality of transactions. The team behind this cryptocurrency is planning to present a number of updates this year. The name Overwinter is mentioned as well as Sapling. The purpose of the updates will be to improve the operation, safety and ease of use of ZCash.
The release of the first update under the name Overwinter is scheduled for July 2018. The main direction is network security and subsequent updates. The appearance of the second is scheduled for September 2018, it is based on the Protocol Sapling, aimed at strengthening the capabilities of transaction confidentiality.
In addition to these, the planned appearance of other updates with the aim of enhancing scalability and added functionality of smart contracts. I think these updates should favorably affect the course of the coin.

For supporters of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, but wanting more privacy, ZCash is a great alternative. It gives the same opportunities and additional anonymity. Functionality is not sacrificed for the sake of it. Since Zcash launch, prices have been around the $1000+ mark, however after a few days the price has gone down, and I think that it will continue to do so for the following days until it reaches the total supply of 21 million coins.

In my own opinion, Zcash has been overvalued, (considering that there have been privacy oriented altcoins before like Monero) and the fact that Zcash does not enforce anonymity by default (unlike Monero), it makes me wonder whenever Zcash would be a good investment or not.

If there is one thing that I don't like about Zcash, is the fact that it is behind a company, as well as having a sort of premine called Founder's reward, which seems kind of fishy to me.

Please let me know what do you think about this. 

I think at the moment, worth investing, as it is too long coming down and I think that is already reached or will soon reach the bottom and away from him.

Price is now relatively low.. and I doubt it'll stay here for much longer. Expecting at least a 2-3x in this highly liquid market and holding this for the long haul.

Zooko is a paid by Ver/Wu shill. He deleted Peter Todd's Asic resistance code. Peter Todd is a famous Bitcoin Core developer, and as we know Ver is in open war with them. We all know that the money in zcahs team came exclusively by Ver, so no doubt what is going on.

I recently read that Japan wants to ban coins with high anonymity - monero, ZCash and Dash, like those that are often used for criminal purposes. I would not recommend investing in Zcash.  It is better to invest this money in BTC or ETH.  I think this is a good choice.
