Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ?

I do not use Bitcoin for drugs, pornography or any other, but I use it for 2 reasons. At first it's my money, and no one controls it. And secondly, it is also an investment (which is now going up)

It seems like you confused the question. Question is not why people prefer bitcoin over cash. Whatever you count is valid for many cryptos. I guess answer is about risk taking. In my own experience I chose bitcoin because I can easily earn money. While in fiat it is really hard to increase your investment money but in bitcoin you can earn it anywhere as long as you know where you can earn it.

I agree. And use of cryptocurrency is far better than using paper money because you have the assurance that cryptocurrencies are real and have value. Also it offers a lot of convenience because every transaction requires only an internet connection and your phone

I find this to be more worthy than any other form of investment. In terms of risk it has got an level higher than that of the common investment plans. Another thing is that through online haven't come across a growing platform with such kind of legitimacy even when there are scammers around. i think based on transactions because fiat is better than bitcoins as it needs time for it to be confirm and would have to pay more for faster confirmations.But bitcoins are far superior than fiat in terms of investment and security.I would always prefer bitcoins over fiat as bitcoin's values will rise more in future because it's in limited number and are in demand in crpyto market.And value of fiat i don't think so increase easily.

People prefer bitcoin over fiat because bitcoin is a digital currency that is fast, secure, decentralized and acceptable worldwide. When you hold a bitcoin it adds more value over time unlike the fiat currency. when you save fiat currency in your bank account you can only get small interest while with bitcoin may even double your money in the same period.

I strongly agree on your opinion and believe that, Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. And I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. And adding also my opinion that, Some people prefer bitcoin over fiat because on some places bitcoin is tax free. I guess it's not bad to use bitcoin for something as long as you're not breaking any law/rules from your place. There's much more misuses of btc but if we continue this discussion it's getting kinda off topic when the title is about bitcoin and fiat. because with bitcoin you'll get yourself stay anonymous or when you do some transaction to other people you'll never now the identity of the person you transfer into and they didn't know about you either, they can't track you from your transaction either. because of that i think people prefer bitcoin over fiat.
