I think my view is quite distinct from other folks here. Most of the Individuals choose Bitcoin over Fiat due to the fact of the conversion costs of Bitcoin to USD and then to everyone's nearby currency. Users can receive BTC or altcoins from the internet and in conversion they will get a nice quantity of Fiat.

For me, the reason why I choose bitcoin is because I can bring it anywhere with my ledger. I can go to different countries without needing to stand in line to change paper currencies. Also, fiat deflates annually that is for sure.

as we know, bitcoin is anonymous, so it's easy to use for negative things by irresponsible people. such as illegal weapons transactions, illegal drugs, etc.

Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
People today preferred to use bitcoin or cryptocurrency than fiat because bitcoin is flexible than fiat money and it is used online in which all of us are using gadgets today. |

I are not able to realły get the complete matter of the dialogue, and what is concern about, even when i have read the thread name couple of instances.I believed it is kind of obvious that men and women prefer fiat currencies in excess of cryptocurrencies, and exact same with the causes, they are quite obvious for me and I are not able to comprehend how can somebody not feel about the specific very same point.You dont use BTC to pay out your expenses, you relatively dont use it to make every day purchasing this kind of as groceries or even when you go to shopping mall to get clothes.Fiat is much less difficult to use additionally it is acknowledged just about everywhere.

People prefer bitcoin over fiat because fiat's value will always be the same unlike bitcoin it will change from time to time whether it will increase or decrease it's price. We can also sell it if we are really in need of money for our daily expenses no matter what would be the price of it. so, I think that's the reason why people prefer bitcoin specifically those people who already have idea about it.

Yes agree with you bitcoin defiled  but i thik people prefer bitcoin becuase the bitcoin continiously to increase to the highest price then they will wait until the bitcoin became high and then they will convert it into real money called fiat. |

When it arrives to carrying cash then I think carrying bitcoin is a lot safer then fiat as there is no opportunity that your bitcoins will be get stolen or get robbed by the thieves and even you can carry any sum of bitcoins in your wallet and no 1 would arrive to know how significantly cash you are carrying with you.

You are right. bitcoin becomes a very profitable long-term investment for now. many people are buying it and investing. there are also many ways to invest one of them to buy some altcoins. everyone has their own way to invest. |

You are right. bitcoin becomes a very profitable long-term investment for now. many people are buying it and investing. there are also many ways to invest one of them to buy some altcoins. everyone has their own way to invest. Bitcoin will be useful if you really can hold it for long term. You must to remember do let by any reason make you want to sell your Bitcoin while you are holding and still the price of Bitcoin still can not give you profits. Of course, it is not easy as your thought, when you start to hold Bitcoin, you will understand it is very hard  . |

Well,I guess people prefer bitcoin over fiat because bitcoin will have increase of the value itself but in fiat,it is just the same amount that you will see everyday unless if you put it in a bank. Banks can help fiat increase its amount but then there are many unsatisfying review that it gets from people because of the small interest from it. Bitcoin may nit have the stable price but it does have a potential and so much more satisfying outcome aside from being famous in particular countries who adapt it. I suggests that bitcoin offer a stable income and have a continual process or purpose in our society. |

In my way of thinking people prefer bitcoin over fiat because of it's chance of making money. And if it's not with the price of bitcoin most of us will not be here, admit it everyone was courage to use and prefer bitcoin because by just doing nothing we will have enough profit with it's price movement. This make us want to have more bitcoin and prefer to invest those fiat and convert that to bitcoin.
That is right, that is why they prefer bitcoin over fiat because of the opportunity to earn more money if they will put it on bitcoin because they can earn by doing nothing in bitcoin and it can occur anytime because the market of bitcoin is so volatile and it is like a jackpot to invest in bitcoin and if you will hold it for long then it will definitely result for a very huge gain for your investment. There are still people who are depending mostly to fiat and we are here. I haven't seen someone that's totally depending to bitcoin because the wide adoption of bitcoin isn't yet happening. But there's already a mass adoption that's happening and the bitcoin community keeps on growing and growing this is why many of us prefer to get into bitcoin because the population of bitcoin users are increasing and as well as the services too. |

because the fiat money can be printed with not control, and bitcoin can not be created after 21 millions, that means that fiat is inflationary money and bitcoin is a deflationary money.
the inflationary money can be exponential, so in the nature an exponential is untenable meanwhile deflationary money can be sustainable in long but very long term.

Bitcoins is not widely used in porn sites as you may think.(I know many of my friends still use CC and cards to pay for it.) It's true that yes people use bitcoins to pay for porn sites but that is only a small part of the market which bitcoin is used for. The large part and considered widely used for bitcoins are trading and investing sites. And bitcoin is invented and intended not to be used in illegal activities.
As for the issue of misused currency people have the right to use their money wherever they want as long as it is not something illegal. I know that buying unnecessary stuff with bitcoin is a waste but using bitcoin is what makes it alive and by paying for goods and services gives income to other people so you can also consider it helping others while also receiving something in return. I only wish that people will stop using bitcoin for Illegal stuff so that it will not tarnish the name of bitcoin.
