I think more than 80% of the people who come into the knowledge of crypto universe will definitely prefer Bitcoin over fiat. Bitcoin is unique and have lots of advantages over fiat, so why not.?
Obviously when there is astonishing currency like bitcoins, why anyone would go for paper money? Bitcoins have the tendency to increase multiple times your money within few weeks. They are decentralized and anonymous as well giving you full authority over your money. Bitcoins are going to touch sky after the Segwit. Thats true bitcoin is unique and the benefits offer to users. It is adopted most over fiat because of bitcoin fluctuation price that anyone can earn income. With the bitcoin grab the opportunity to earn profit by investing their money because bitcoin will for sure increase the price so it can monitor easy by the users. |

I don't agree. If bitcoin was adopted most over fiat then why bitcoin is still not popular? Try to asked people around and check if majority already knows bitcoin. We are here everyday that's why we can see how active the bitcoin community is but to the point that we must thing it was adopted most over fiat, I don't believe. Also if bitcoin will only be adopted more just because of profits we can get from this then I see it's wrong. It must be used a currency too and not just as an investment since you guys wants bitcoin to be the main currency. |

Do many people know about bitcoin, but ask them who uses them? I think that the answer will be no. For me, bitcoin is much better than Fiat for this I have a Fiat it happens only when I need it. Now it is 10-15 percent of all my purchases. But the old man will never recognize bitcoin.

Because bitcoin is the future ! Everything must be have a risk, take an ex: paypal, do you think paypal not used for drug/hacking/pay-to-watch porn ? How about visa/debit card ? In my experience exploring internet world, there is always disadvantage like this for any kind of payment, so don't blame bitcoin, blame who used it for bad habit, beside it we can't stop people doing criminals, that's why there is cyber police who monitor us every second.

Bitcoin uses technology that helps people to do their daily transactions easily, The idea of paying bill and shopping on-line is really good specially for those people who find it hard to go out and do those transaction manually. Bitcoin gives freedom to it's users and also you can do transactions without disclosing much of your information unlike when using credit cards instead of bitcoin. In bitcoin there is also opportunity of investment without doing nothing, imagine if you buy bitcoin and keep it in your wallet you will be surprise that the next time you look on it the value gets high it's more than a savings on bank account.

Bitcoin has more advantage than fiat money online. It has a special characteristics that made user got attracted and interested. I am using them both daily, it just that BTC is very unique, we can earn it in faucets and other services.
Well, bitcoin has a special characteristic than fiat. In additi to that, now a day bitcoin become very useful than fiat because you may use it in different kind of transaction in online. I think the main reason why they choose the bitcoin is because of its price that always increase. |

Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
Not everyone prefer Bitcoin over fiat but everyone who likes Bitcoin, I think it's because some reason. Bitcoin can make transactions everywhere, it's just like other online payment services. Bitcoin is anonymous, if you use Bitcoin in the right way, you can be anonymous yourself. And Bitcoin price is changing everyday, who know which price it will be tomorrow? |

because bitcoin can be used anonymously. Its easy to transact using bitcoins and its less hassle because you can use it online to buy or sell something in just a click(virtual currency). And one more thing the value of bitcoin will grow as the time goes by. |

That's why others who did not really understand the role of bitcoin will just immediately conclude that bitcoin is bad because of its misuse and because of its nature being not traceable will just make it simple for people who has no good intentions to use it. But still there are so many people who use it to gain and use it for good intention and earn for their families needs and wants. It's preferable over fiat for its huge gains in just a short span of time. |

I think we can not do anything about it as black world always have back doors from where illegal use of any type of currency, valuable stuff or anything with priceless tag is misused and not taken care of.
Just look at the fiat currency such bad use is done with it but no one is able to do anything. Thats the way it is. Indeed it hurts about bitcoin being used in that way.

One thing, because bitcoin can be use in many ways compare to fiat that can only be use in limited ways. Also bitcoin have more benefits than fiat, bitcoin is faster and convenient rather than using fiat online when buying stuffs and so on. Bitcoin is more valuable than fiat too, because its price is always fluctuating, right now, its price is fluctuating from lower to higher.
Well, I agree that bitcoin have more benefit than fiat. In addition to that, now a day bitcoin become very useful like you can your bills easily and you can also transfer money without any paper works. And also, the price of bitcoin was more valuable than fiat and there is a chance that the price of bitcoin will rapidly goes up and because of that you could make a good profit. not so, easy but the things you are mentioning are doable by bitcoin. but you cannot deny the importance of fiat money bitcoin is not vast enough to reach its level in current scenerio. To do for all those things that you are mentioning you need to have any device and internet connection and aware to use is which is not possible all around the world. |

That is the fact that if a criminal will willing for any bad activity then he will do it with any currency he will have and for that we cannot blame bitcoin. If they will find cash then they will also use cash. They can do the transaction anonymously when they will pay hand by hand. So bitcoin is not blamed but we need to improve our society. |

I am one of so many bitcoin holder here. Yes I love bitcoin and I will not stop loving it most probably because bitcoin price changes and it increase its price. But if I were to choose, I much prefer “fiat” over “bitcoin”. Why? Because fiat is STILL the only currency that is used and accepted in my country. There is no any store that accepts bitcoin and maybe they still don’t know about bitcoin. In that case where I should use my bitcoin? See it is still fiat but of course I need to earn some bitcoin to have that fiat.

Only irresponsible people who use bitcoin for illegal acts. Overall bitcoin is created to facilitate our financial transactions, with bitcoin we can make transactions easily and quickly. Bitcoin is much better than fiat, bitcoin has no space and time limitation. We can be free to make transactions whenever and wherever we are. |

I prefer bitcoin over fiat because even though I earn 0.1 bitcoin, it is a very big money in my country. Compare in my currency, if I earn 0.1 currency of my country even buying a water will not be afforded by this. If I earned 0.1 bitcoin every month (let’s just assume), after one (1) year I will own a big amount of money. But what if the bitcoin price increase before my one year spending in bitcoin? Then I may became a millionaire. Maybe there are people that uses bitcoin in wrong way, but not all bitcoin holders do that. I’d rather save it.

We can't please many individuals these days about which of these two is among the best. Obviously, even up to now there is group still put stock in Fiat and a similar thing with Bitcoin as well. Despite the fact that Bitcoin here and there was being utilized as a part of some unlawful exercises, yet at the same time ending up more grounded in light of the request of the group in Bitcoin  basically a profit is always in the search by all people in the world and if indeed bitcoin give you an advantage already will surely make everyone use it, so although bitcoin is used for something a bad thing by some groups it is not give bad impact to the users. Because it depends on demand and supply, if it can still be in control so it is an advantage for us.Better that you deepen or reproduce the experience, so that in the future an advantage you can get.
