You might be right about how Japan and North Korea deal with inflation but their banking system is not up to standard when it come to interest and this drive a lot of retiree there to invest their retirement into bitcoin.

Well yeah you're right. The volatility rate of bitcoin is much more lower than fiat.
But still I prefer fiat for now as the confirmation of transactions haven't resolve. It's just that I don't want to get stuck or wait longer hours when I shop or dine. I just prefer to pay in fiat, less hassle and no fee.

Maybe because bitcoins value is not that stavle just what fia values are. Just got example 100$ in fiat, after a year it will still be a 100$ but if a 100$ in bitcoins after a years bitcoins rises that money can even doubled its price maybe tripled it depends on how much bitcoin increase. But we all know that bitcoins also drops, but the times of pumps are more dominant than drop so a lot og people much prefer bitcoins rather than fiat.

the state officials began to realize that bitcoin has a great power in shaping a payment system
and maybe this is what the government wants to use as an additional source of income for the country

There is no way to license bitcoin because no one can control it, the government are only up to regulating the exchanges and even if they will order a shut down bitcoin is still here to exist as long as miners will do their job.
