What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017?

Most people here are only concern about the price of Bitcoin, but leaving the fundamentals that would drive the price up. I hope the scaling issue would be resolved finally this year.

For me not only those my priority i think we need to think about if what sites are accepting bitcoin or more company and locally accepting bitcoin. that i hope someday it can be happen that you can use it locally..
Bitcoin also added more feature that actually can be useful more in the future..

Also the campaigns are paying me alot.
All thanks to them , because of them only i can buy what i want.

My thoughts now in bitcoin was the price is too high. Hard to invest directly into bitcoin, that's why while I'm waiting for the price down a little bit, I am buying altcoin for the mean time which has a cheap price. Then I  trade it in the exchange site platform.

It is right that the price of bitcoin will rise more higher and you do not need to wait for the price to come lower because the price will no longer come back as everything is going better in bitcoin and everyone can invest directly no matter how much is the price because the minimum buy rate on exchange is not much high.

Well as of now $ 905.83 is the value of bitcoin over dollar that price is really high for now but how are you so sure that the value of bitcoin would not go down anytime soon? I think it will still go down but not really now because yes the value is getting pretty interesting for me and it is the best way for us to invest on trading and to save a lot more bitcoin.

Agree. This year will be huge for Bitcoin, as more people join into the game, as well as businesses and corporations. Also, if SegWit gets the consensus of the majority of the miners, then it will be a nice addition towards Bitcoin's success during the year. It will only be a matter of time before Bitcoin hits $1500 and beyond.

As long as Bitcoin doesn't fork like Ethereum did, when implementing scalable solutions such as the Lightning Network, then everything should be fine for the continued growth of the cryptocurrency. The best thing that Bitcoin has, is its development team and community when compared to the majority of alternative cryptocurrencies. Just my opinion.

I think we are going to see a slow increase in price maybe some pumps here and there especially at the end of the year but I think we will have a price above 1k for some time without the signs of a bubble forming.

Yeah you're right, good point to take in consideration. But since i am, too much, optimistic about bitcoin i still want to believe it is really possible for this year.
Back to the reality, i do think the price could incrase by 20% to reach ~1200$ still and why not up to 1500$ and this before June-July. With 20% I think it is a good return compared to others investments opportunities (ie banks with 1% interest yearly )

Yeah you're right, good point to take in consideration. But since i am, too much, optimistic about bitcoin i still want to believe it is really possible for this year.

Price is expected to go higher in this year and this year would be surely a better year for bitcoins so I have a feeling that the current price is still the best price to buy bitcoins as eventually it will bring good profits and which is never possible with any other investment products.

A new cryptocurrency replacing bitcoin this year is just impossible. Bitcoin will stay on top and cannot be replaced by any other coins. Though China will replace its fiat digital currency, to replace Chinese Yuan, will have an effect to bitcoin and all cryptocurrency as well; bitcoin will still survive and will climb up and increase its value. If bitcoin will be replaced it will not be this year but possibly 20 years from now.
