What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017?

Before Bitcoin can become more popular though, miners need to actually agree on scalability issues and finish these annoying half-finished jobs that are scattered around.  Otherwise, what's actually going to happen?  More people join Bitcoin, decide that it's bad because transactions cost them loads of money each and take several days to actually confirm, then less people use it again and it drops back to its core supporters.

That's the point. If there is no consensus reach among miners, and nodes then Bitcoin might not become scalable and thus it will limit its ability to grow at any point in the future, since people woudn't want to pay higher fees just to get their transaction confirmed in a short amount of time. The more users join the cryptocurrency, the slower confirmations would take making it even closer towards traditional payment processors with their high fees and extremely slow transactions.

When all this happens, people will just migrate towards another faster and cheaper cryptocurrency like Litecoin or any other alternative cryptocurrency. Then, Bitcoin would be left as a store of value, while the rest of the cryptocurrencies would be used for everyday transactions.

Still, despite the facts, Bitcoin is the strongest and most secure cryptocurrency around, with its huge hashrate, dedicated development team, and supportive community. I hope that one day, miners, nodes, and the rest of the community would come up to an agreement, to make Bitcoin better than ever. This year, would be full of surprises for sure. Just my opinion.

Even though Bitcoin is slow in transaction confirmation times, and fees are increasing each day, it is still cheaper and faster than traditional payment processors like Western Union and MoneyGram. I hope that if Bitcoin gets the acceptance of scalable solutions like BU or SegWit, it would become huge this year. If all goes well, then I expect for its price to go at least $2000 by the end of the year. It will only be a matter of time before this happens. Just my opinion.

$2000 is a new dream after we think about $1000 last year. Well, I think bitcoin fluctuations price make us support it until now. It makes us dream day by day with all the questions and speculation about the price and development.
I always beleive, 2017 will be a great year for bitcoin.

That dream will surely come true, it's still very early and we are in third month of this year and yet the progress is already awesome. As the price will continue to rise bitcoin is getting stronger in our eyes and for me, this year could be the best year of bitcoin but thanks to the last halving for making this possible to us now.

I agree with you, this year is truly a good year for bitcoin, because its price is just fluctuating between $1000 and $1200, so, we are expecting that the next price of bitcoin would be $1500 but we don't know when will this thing happen. Most of the people will be hoping it will be bullish the whole year. But I assume it will have a fall at the end of second quarter. It is just an assumption. There are some factors which is indicating that there might be a fall of BTC in the coming months.

Well bitcoin is still relaying in demand and supply but you got the point we are not fortune teller to know what will be the price  this coming months but yeah there will be still fall will be happen in bitcoin.. but it will grow more.. because is just a normal the same as previous year..

And note that the bitcoin ETF was not approved by the SEC so we should expect that the bitcoins price will fall, but right now, bitcoins price is on its way on increasing again, but still, we should expect fluctuation because of certain DUMPs that going to happen because of the SELL panic. But we don't have to worry about this because this fluctuations is just normal on bitcoin.

We just have to be wise on making decisions on selling and buying bitcoin, but HOLDING it is still the best idea so far, because we could have huge profit from it in the long run.

The price will rise once again, As I can see, Dollar looks different now, and also, investors from bitcoin is now on the go. Meaning they are now using their own bitcoins in converting them into dollar. I don't know if this would be the year that bitcoin would make a big impact, just like last year bitcoin value is still movable and I think that is not very usual cause it is always happening even in the past and the value just turn to $1K but right now it fell to $904.39 value and I think it is still early to say such things but that is just my speculation and we could really never know what would happen in the future!

For me, my thoughts for bitcoin this year is to have a high vale ofcourse, to have a better use and earnings this year and to have a small amount of lose. We all know that there are few people used bitcoin. I hope this year many people will accomodate bitcoin and hope to see what are the advantages of it. Yes I think so.  Probably most of bitcoin users and investors are really believe that the price of bitcoin is rise naturally. So they still keep their bitcoin and do not doing panic selling even after ETF was failure.  In this march 2017 the price of bitcoin is over $1230.  By the way bitcoin is give us so many advantages of using it.
