next year everything will change. and a chain will consist of a new algorithm. I think bitcoin will affect this the most. there is a structure supporting Altcoins. right now, bitcoin is very valuable. TEZOS Crypto will affect the market with a different strategy.

Can you give more details on Tezos strategy?

I just read that. I really thought this one was different.. But this is the price we pay for moving away from our principles. The decentralization aspect is what we love and admire about crypto, having a central entity controlling tezos resulted in this fiasco. I hope they continue with the project and all but i'm pretty sure it'll get dumped to oblivion when / if it gets listed on exchanges.

About the author: Nick Ayton ...

Quote
Nick designs Blockchain Operating Models, has spent 35 years in technology services and 8 start ups behind him the last Fintech self service pensions platform. A frequent speaker and writer on all things Blockchain he is expects to publish a book on Blockchain Implementation Strategies in 2017.

If you love the grammatical errors that Nick penned in his bio, then you'll jack off all over yourselves when you read the linked-to article. FWIW, I can now somewhat relate to those who've said that reading Ayn Rand's works are is a chore.

If they refund I also want my Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold.

Matter of fact. I think we can learn a lot from Synereo. There also a conflict happened among devs and now the price is 1/10th of ICO.

My take on it is that, Breitmans were no longer happy with the deal after they saw that ICO raised a lot more than they expected, so they could be basically threatening to sabotage whole thing, unless they get better deal.
They should have known that going public with this would hurt Tezos, but they did it anyway.

yes  the more fund raised  through ICO , the worse  to the project,   because  dev team  no need to do  things to  earn more  profits and  reputation. Dont  join in ICO with out an hardcap.

I think the project will suffer! Who do you think is working on the project until the legal issues are solved?

A possible ending for this project with order by SEC to return the money to investors. There is not even a single good news but uncertainties and question mark on the future of this project. These things have scared of of future ICO's where people also suffer to see team fighting over funds.

I would love to know what are these "unique" features.

Smart contract language - OCalm
Updates of the chain without hardforks
Transaction speed at the begining - 1000 tx/s (but i'm not sure)
POS staking

Ethereum also has it's own smart contract language.
There's lot of coins with high transaction speed already
Nothing new in POS staking.

Update without hardfork = softfork? I don't think there'll will be updates in Tezos base protocol without hardfork.

This is definitely interesting project, but still waiting to hear more about those unique features...

This project just raised too much money, quite more than the required amount, and now they are just fighting themselves for the control of the fund instead of focusing on the project.
I'm an investor in this project and i want to see the product but they just shifted their date. Really don't know what's gonna happen to this project if the dispute doesn't resolve.

To me, this has nothing to do with the product tezos have to offer, it was stated that they will launch in 4 - 6 months time after ICO, February is not far anymore and it's still within the plan.

I'll hold my Tezzies and not dumping a shit

Is there a way I can recover my priv8 keys, my hard drive crashed Sad

Look for stellar phoenix...it's a great tool for recovering files from a lost drive. I use it always to get my files out anytime I have hard drive failure.

You can pm me for full version of it with working product key if need be

Tezos has working testnet that devs can work on and it’s been running for sometime now, there is a lot of FUD going around at moment but most is un substantiated, anyone looking for information about Tezos project should come over to Riot channel where Arthur posts regularly, there is no need to worry Tezos is moving forward and 8 weeks delays to a project this size is nothing, would rather have a great blockchain take a bit longer than rush code out the door that’s not ready.

can you share the source of this updates I think you don't know about the statement of SEC there is possibility of refund. There are some legal issues so that is really worry sign for investors.
