That would mean somebody has to sell their private key to you. How can you know that the person is not quicker than you in redeeming the tezzies later?
In other words: You can have my Tezzies for 10BTC. But when I am faster than you, I will get both ... Your BTC and MY Tezzies.

Still going to wait for what would be the incoming plan from the dev team as tezos progress still in questions and the holders still
waiting for the fate of this project, maybe early next year some information will be provided regarding to this matter.

I would not recommend that right know before the release. Since it´s easy to get scammed

I don't like IOU markets. It's all specuations. But some makes money over there too.
